This comment i will write has nothing to do with my acquaintance who has an account in the Google Play Store. It is paragraph entirely composed of my opinions. they smoke, but be disrespectful to non-smokers. have special sections made for non-smokers. everyone can't smoke everywhere, who are bothered by cigarette smoke.

Otto Lounge is a restaurant specializing in Hookah Service, and prices are higher than average for what you get in terms of food and beverages. The main issue during my visit was the quality of service. While I always get my water with a slice of lemon in the glass, I never in my life was charged for a slice of lemon. Paying 5.50tl for a small bottle of water, I was shocked to see that a 'Fruit in Glass' Charge was added to my check. A lounge claiming to be a luxury restaurant should be better than that. When asked about the charge, waiters claimed they didn't know who added the charge and they did not bother to take the 'lemon charge' off.

OTTO Lounge RESTORAN-CAFE is a true Gem. No other place would've given our daughter this experience for her 1th Birthday. We are now a forever customer. We thank all the staff especially Bülent bey for their hospitality, and professionalism. See you soon :)

The best breakfast place, some staff can speak English. Just get 1-2 person breakfast, it’s very cool place with wonderful sitting environment.

I found Otto by coincidence this morning. After a quick search, I decided to give them a try. And I am glad I did. I ordered their Serpme Kahvalti for 3 people. I also added menemen and kavurma. Their serpme comes with a variety of Turkish breakfast items. All fresh and delicious. A friendly employee keeps coming to the table and offers hot pişi, simit, and bread. I also tried their freshly made börek which was delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant is pretty cool from the tables to the lighting.

Shisha and food were great! But shisha was too expensive! 345 lira was the price of shisha!

It is an amazing and delicious restaurant. I can not explain how organizers' services they have. I recommend who wants to visit Ankara to come and visit this amazing place.

Ordered 4 cheese pizza, spicy beef pizza, chicken platter, beef steak platter and a side of fries. Everything tasted very good. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend for a foreign style food.

It's billed in places as Russian. In fact, it isn't and one of a couple of Russian dishes (my beloved pelmeni) wasn't available! However it was decent food.

Comfortable and clean place with friendly staff. It was busy when we visited and had to wait 10 minutes before we had a place. Breakfast had good olives, various cheeses, and a nice diversity in breads. There was a salad plate, but all other plates contained either sweet or fried stuff. Unlimited breakfast place: you can get a new plate once you finish it.

The most expensive breakfast one can have when considering the selections. Most of the items wasn't edible, no taste no quality. You can't even get your Turkish tea in classic Turkish tea glass. Location and ambiance is good. It is busy, I presume those people don't mind what they eat....

Very pricey and service quality is fair

Was crowdy, service ok as well. No alcoholic beverages was served. Very good variety of different smoozies. Ice-cream has been served in Turkish style and was tasty and delicious. Waiters are mostly was not talking English, but we have some one. Menu has not translated to any West European languages, pictures helped to select our food. Food was good clocked and served. I have pretty nice evening. People around were gently talking about their everyday deals, mostly have fun around.
