The location of the hotel is perfect, 5 min walk to the sea. The room is clean and new, but small. I was complaining about noises in the room and the owner of the hotel, solved my problem and relocated me to the different room with the balcony. It was very nice. The stuff is friendly and ready to help you any time! There is a pizza place on the first floor, and the pizza is very good! Conclusion: If you are looking for good location, cheap, cozy and clean accommodation - this is the place for you!

This was one of the worst experiences i had in antalya hotels. I paid for their best room at maximum price even paid more for DAILY cleaning(i emphasise on the daily part because it was not done as i requested)the rooms hygiene condition was awful upon my entrance to the room after multiple times of telling them the jaccuzi was still not clean and i had to do it myself.the AC unit was broken but they didn't want to accept and told me to let it run for an hour or two and it will be ok . Three hours passed and after calling them four times they finally got a handyman to repair and it seems the engine was broken(how delightful).apart from this the towels put in the room were not clean and had yellow spots on them all over The staff were not well mannered and were quite rude for every request and question Although they claim to be 24/7 online on their whatsapp number it would take them ages to respond or at least read the messages All in all awful experience I do not suggest it to anyone Keep away!

I used to live here last January , rental price was so cheap , around 6000tl , but now every thing changed to so high 1100$ (20.000tl) for month 😅 , actually this room not handly for this high price … but location is good and safety !

Towel and sheets were very dirty, found more than two red and green spots in the sheets and towels so I went downstairs to talk with the owner respectfully and he said “no it’s clean” without even looking at them. The owner was extremely rude. I have no idea how he keeps a business running!

Best time to solve your problems: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ☮️🖤 so you can talk in English with them. Generous and considerate manager.💙🌐 If the hotel is not busy you can stay as long as you want. Very good in the summer Please don’t expect much in the winter. If you don’t like smelling smokes or have allergy to smoke this hotel may not be your favorite cause you can smell smoke of the fast food beside it from 6 p.m. to 12 p.m. Almost in every floor. Don’t spit in front of other staff on the ground they may take offense and report you. Then you need to go to reception and say i am sorry to the staff and it may be ok. Spit outside please. If you saw any inappropriate behavior from the cleaner report it please. For example cleaner touched my hair while i was alone in my room which was so abusive for me and when i informed them, nobody told they are sorry about it. If the staff ignored the language barrier between you and them, ignore them and go to reception. 🔔 Sometimes staff wear black and smoke in your face. The design of reception office needs to change, it is not comfortable to walk in the reception office here. Something violent happens at night? Don’t tell the reception they may do nothing till morning. Call the police directly and don’t bother yourself then sleep well. ♥️🧿 Best time to be cute and loud and make love 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. 🦄🐲 Try some pizza please. Margarita pizza was quite good. I stayed almost for 6 months here.

Advantages: 1) Good location: 5 min walk to the sea 2) Cleaning: We were here just 1 week and our towels and bed-clothes were changed 3 times Disadvantages: 1) There was a smoke smell 2) Very noisy, as there almost 24/7 was working some ventilation system (probably it is from nearest caffe or from the basement 3) bad WiFi signal (it was working just in one place in the room)

Nice hotel im fetheyie. Price is above average. Cozy place. Great staff. Although i didnt prefer the location. Nearby supermarket and calis beach. I went in July and it was very hot summer. Great swimming pool.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been and I’m sure it will be the worst in all my life. The „3 star hotel“ is not a hotel it’s a HOSTEL. Whoever wants to enjoy vacation in a nice accommodation is wrong here. We were staying in the basement with no window (that’s what we knew before). What we didn’t know before: - rooms don’t get cleaned everyday - the room smells like a public toilet from time to time due to the pipes - it’s unbelievably noisy, you hear the outside and street as well as noises from The pizza restaurant next to the hotel. In addition to that I could hear every word / step from any guest/ staff in the hotel. The so called „public area“ close to the pool is mostly used by staff especially at night. After few days and bad experiences here I checked the google reviews- most of 5 star reviews are odd, check yourself. So I would not Recommend it.

Room is very small. AC not working. Hotel staff refused to change the room.
