😠 Awful service. We had a reservation for three rooms and six people. They sent us a cancellation on the day of arrival while we were on the plane... We went to Hotel Basel instead. Staff is friendlier and more professional there.

😠 worst hotel I have been in my life. Very rude service, I felt like an uninvited guest there, the room is dingy and small and the bathroom is hard to even tilt, the shower was falling apart, food hideous. avoid this place if you don't want to ruin your vacation.
