The personnel at this boutique hotel went above and beyond with our needs. This made our stay simply fabulous! Oh yeah and by the way the location is also perfect, 5 min walk and you are at the beach, 3 minutes walk and you have markets, pool looked good and most importantly the price…was just right!

Clean, air-conditioned rooms with good wifi connection. If anything the water pressure of the shower could be increased. Breakfast is tasty and the staff is very patient, even if you come a bit late. They are also very kind and hospitable in all other regards, even if most struggle with English. The hotel has a very good location with beach and main tourist road being within short walking distances. My only real criticism would be the pool being rather cold.

WOW!!! Very friendly people always helping us out. Room was always clean, breakfast very delicious. 10/10 would come again. Also best music, very relaxing but also fun! Music always matches the atmosphere

10/10 hospitality however 1/10 for room cleanliness because there was black mould. You should not offer a room with black mould to anyone because it is a gateway to diseases.

The staff was nice especially the guy who could speak English. Room was clean and the location of the hotel was perfect. My experience overall was great.

Worse place on the world. Filthy rooms and nobody pay attention on any coronavirus laws. If you will come to this place you will definitely get covid19. Receptionist is very rude and incapable. Be aware of ergun he is the rudest guy. He even threatened me. In professional and rude person.

I stayed here for 6 nights i booked online. The price was decent since its the month of may. But the staff was obviously mad about the deal we've got and they were being unfriendly except for the guy who spoke a bit English . they didn't give us a double bed. And they were trying to charge us more for a double bed and it was also worse. The cleaning wasn't daily. the first 3 days they didn't even change the towels. The swimming pool is not available they are fixing it and the place is full of dust. Over all the only good thing is being a bit close to the beach

The hotel is very comfortable, a few minutes to the beach with open buffet. I am very satisfied with the stay.

Hotel for smokers only - cigarette smoke flows to your room from corridor, stuff is smoking right at the entrance, where AC units are located, so bad smell enters your room from AC too. When I first time entered the room it was cigarette smell in the room which stayed for 2-3 days. You see negative reviews in Expedia. It's correct - no matter how low is the price - do not go here. At third day of stay unknown persons probably related to owner tried to get more money from me threatening to call the police and expell me away. The worst guest house. No one of personnel were wearing face masks, no one!

This is a fraud hotel. Very small hotel with small rooms. Staff are extremely unprofessional, rude and aggressive, rooms are messy, very noisy as the outside hotel people play loud music all night. Don't deceive by the photos posted online. Reality is opposite to it. They don't refund the amount even if you don't like to stay. Not for decent couple or families. Please try to get decent hotels on the beech which are inclusive. We have been deceived by this hotel and we had to move to a decent hotel on the beech. There are hundreds hotel on the beech such as Sea life, BEX, Puka boutique, EVA but pls go for the inclusive one as you will really enjoy the facilities.

Unfair hotel that tries to deceive customers. Owners threatened to call a police trying to get more money from me. I strongly do not recommend this, look at reviews on expedia/hotels/booking - marks are very low. It hard to distinct those who work there from friends of owners/other strange people that are loud, smoking cigarettes right at the entrance. Terrible place. Once police came against the police to enforce anti-coronavirus procedures because they has bar working at 12pm. No one of personnel was wearing face masks even when serving food to clients!

I enjoyed my journey in this hotel. It is very well located, only 5 min of waking to arrive to the koonyalti beach and 2 min walking to take the bus to wherever you want. The rooms are clean with all accommodations. However, we have a problem with their mini bars. They do not work very well, so we can not keep our drinks cold. if you need any other things you can ask the staff. The breakfast is good, it's not so famous not 5 stars for sure, but personally, it suits me and it was enough. Regarding the team, Ali, Irhat and Michael make you feel like you are a family, they helped me whenever I asked. Ali and Irhat talk in English, it was so easy to communicate with them. But....I think some other people in the hotel need to smile more to the client 😑 and should not be rude. We come there to enjoy the culture. In general, I can say that the hotel is very safe, no noise, respected, the swimming pool is small but nice 👍 and we can have fun in the hotel private beach called 20 😁 I really recommande the hotel and I hope they can improve it to better.

I have stayed for 5 nights at this hotel with my partner. We arrived at the hotel very late at night. Thanks to Mr.Mehmet for his warm welcome and taking care of us. Even 1 o'clock late night he made sure order us some take away food we were very hungry after a long trip. The room we have stayed it was facing the pool. It's nice and quiet so you can have a nice comfortable sleep. Perfect location beach is only 1 street ahead. Also, Bus stop is very close to the hotel, we went to the old town several nights it takes 15-20 mins to get there by bus. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Great value what you pay. Ones again Thanks to Mr.Mehmet for looking after us.

Scammers. Online Prince was for 187 lira and he charged us 317 liras. Don’t trust this place. Beds were dirty. Sheets were not washed. There were cockroaches and on the beds had bed bugs. Worse place to stay. Filthy place.

I stayed in hotel from 23 - 26 August 2020 if I could give zero start it won’t be enough the pictures actually looks nice but in real life it is totally deferent there is totally no voice isolation like all gusts stay in one room they give us the room not clean toilet had been used before we enter the room from somebody and they didn’t clean yes as price it is cheap but i can give you grantee sleep in your car way more comfortable than this hotel now it is 2 am I cannot fall sleep from people voice please don’t waste your money and come to this hotel
