Nobody speaks English. I booked appartment with balcony, but received it only after long discussions . Some Russian woman helped us to talk. Finally appartment was very good, all is new and clean.

Clean apartments. No lift. WiFi was not working when we were there. Staff is not available in night to give towels etc.
