Excellent apartments, I was surprised, everything is perfect, lovely employees, very good location, it really VIP suite , I advice everybody to try it , lovely manager and she is cooperated with me in everything . The place is very clean , excellent service and housekeeping, you fell really safe , very clean pool , calm place in day and night , 5 star restaurant available in the same building, free parking also inside the building . It deserve five stars or may be more .

What an amazing luck to have found this place ! We weren't sure so we booked two places divided in the trip, this was the second choice ! Lovely staff at welcome, very hospitable. Gave us the keys and instructions efficiently. We actually got an upgrade due to some issues with the room and was that an amazing upgrade ! Penthouse, duplex with 2 beds, 2 toilets, living room, 2 balconies, all the kitchen accessories, toiletries, bath robes, Slippers and so much more! The view from the balcony was to die for !! The restaurant downstairs is an Uzbek fusion restaurant with amazing pliaf!!! This made our trip so much more awesome !! 5 Stars for all the services and totally recommended!!

Natalia made sure our stay was very accommodating, the food from the restaurant downstairs was excellent and the suite was very comfortable. First time visiting Antalya and it was even better than what we expected, definitely would stay again and recommend anyone to stay here! She was also very helpful in avoiding a huge disaster, one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had in my life and I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s!

Our family of 3 had two stays here, totalling around 10 days, in March 2021. The location on konyalti plaj is great, and the area was pleasantly quiet at that time of year. We had a 2 room duplex suite on the top floor. The layout was good and amenities decent, though one of the two suites lacked a dish washer. Our one complaint is that the bathroom fixtures were cheap, and the water temperature fluctuated wildly, which made showering difficult. The hotel owner also ran a travel agency, and was helpful in booking onward travel for us.

Stayed at Only residence for 33 days and despite the pandemic situation, the entire team went the extra mile to make my stay as comfortable and as memorable as it can get. This is the only place in Konnyalti by the beach (15 meters walk) that provide a home like experience. The apartment was spacious, furniture and the building is all new and excellent quality, delicious restaurant on the ground floor as well! Thank you Natalia, Rauf, Helen, Katia, Zerfe and the entire team for your great hospitality 🙏

Stayed in Only One during my business trip to Antalya. Clean and comfortable apartments with well equipped kitchen. Amazing sea view! Good restaurant downstairs. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Great stay at Only One appartement. We had the one bedroom appartement on the first floor with sea view en loved it. The hosts are very helpfull en kind. If anything is missing, you can contact them 24/7. The cleaning is decent. Whenever you need extra cleaning, you can whatsapp the service and they will come directly. The appartement is great located across the beach with plenty of shopping facilities. The pool is also very nice. I would recommend this staying for sure!

WORST EXPERIENCE BE CAREFUL !!!!! I do not recommend making a reservation!!! We made a reservation and received a confirmation email. And we did contact them to ask if we could take the apartment earlier as we were arriving early in Antalya. They answered us that they would do their best. So the reservation was confirmed... 5 days before, we contact them by e-mail to make sure once again of the reservation, no answer to our e-mail! We try to contact them via Whatssap, no answer. Then we call them and a lady says to us that they have currently a problem on their computer and that she cannot confirm me the reservation and that she is going to return to us as soon as possible. Several hours later, still no news! I contact them again on Whatssap and there she answers me that the reservation was cancelled by their system and that they have no more availability! We try to understand what happened and no return. I strongly advise against this hotel! And service completely null and not professional!

Definitely one of the best hotels in Antalya. Modern, clean and new. Pool, restaurant, lounge, underground parking ( which is very important). Beach is in front, pure water. Highly recommended for families and couples! We will be back next summer 👌
