Very nice people and ambiance. I had the Balinese massage, manicure, and gel pedicure. Clean and inviting and relaxing environment. Come if you want a relaxing and soothing experience. It is a bit expensive. I spent $850 Q or about $120 USD without tip. The manicure and gel pedicure were not on the level of what I get back home. The gel pedicure is not solid/opaque. It looks like it needed another coat. And already it has chipped from when I stubbed my toe slightly (not very hard), which never happens even with much harder impact on 8 week old gel pedicures done back home. But they did a nice job with shape and cuticles. The massage was pleasant and relaxing. Overall Y’Spa staff were very nice and it was a pleasant and relaxing experience which was really what I came for. Update: Y'Spa reached out to me after posting this review to try to improve my experience. I thought this was very gracious and conscientious of them. They definitely want to protect their reputation of great service and will go above and beyond to do that. Come to Y'Spa where you will be treated like a valued customer and receive a lot of hospitality!

Their relaxing full body massage was excellent along with the spa itself, the facilities and the tea they give you afterwards. Definitely recommend!

Book it now, don't keep looking, trust me! It's pricey for the area but for very good reason!. My girlfriend and I had a 1 hour relaxing massage after hiking Acatenango and it was heavenly. Vicky and Angie were incredible. Go for 1.5 hours if you can!

Such a relaxing experience and ambiance! Somewhat small, but just enough space to feel quaint and immersive. I did the facial, and I’d definitely recommend it. Vicky was friendly, professional and skillful! The facial had me feeling refreshed and smooth after. She even included intervals of massage (feet, calves, arms, shoulders and neck) which further enhanced the relaxation and experience! There was also aromatherapy in the beginning and end, to punctuate the treatment. I fully enjoyed every element! I think this is such a great value and would definitely return for this service, and to try their other services. Thanks again to Vicky!

Very soothing atmosphere, attentive and gentle masters that really seem like they know what they are doing, our session ended with a cup of delicious herbal Guatemalan tea - one of the best overall spa experiences I’ve ever had. Had an amazing experience. I got to enjoy a couple massage and the qualily of the massage was really good. Service was perfect, everyone was kind ! We even got Guatemaltan tea at the end - And it was delicious. Hope I was in Antigua longer to try the other services - but I highly recommand this place. Excellent deep tissue massage. The masseuse had a good sense of where my pain points were and was responsive to my request for more pressure. They also have a shower to freshen up after the massage. Great experience and fantastic customer service.

An awesome experience! Chose a relaxing massage and it was a perfection! I'm one of those people, who always has 100000 thoughts in my head, but during Vicki's massage I relaxed so much I fell asleep! Much needed after the Acatenango trek! Loved it so much, that thinking baout staying longer just to do it again hahaha

I had one of the best massages ever in Y'SPA :) I can highly recommend this salon - it's super clean, decorated with a lot of love and the Ladies absolutely know what they're doing and treat the guest just amazingly. In the end you'll even get an organic Guatemalan Tea :)

I booked the Masaje Relajante and I really enjoyed it. Even though next to a busy street the space is very quiet and relaxing with nice music and great smells. Vicky, my massage therapist was very good and friendly! First class experience!
