I am a satisfied regular customer of this hotel chain but this time they totally let me down. So, you think is fare to charge me 40 USD for a 2 kg clothes laundry? It’s a robbery, bye bye NH, never again.

NH Hotel in Antofagasta is located on the shoreline, but some warehouse is built right in front of it, which blocks the view and access to the Pacific shore. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Rooms have two sets of queen/king beds. I had breakfast there which was normal and the staff did their best to provide a good service.

I stayed in this hotel 5 days: Rooms are outdated, and we ran out of water two days ago. Cleanliness could be improved. However the view and the sounds of the sea at night are priceless. Services: could be faster as there seems to be always a line at the counter with a minimum of 4 minutes waiting time. Location: there are good restaurants around, and they are near the water. However we seemed to be outside of "downtown". The breakfast is great, and dinner is good, just not outstanding.

Nice rooms . But no lobby bar or restaurant.

Good enough but could be a lot better with little effort. Reception welcome was good and the lobby is impressive enough. Rooms are a bit tired, especially the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant in evening was a bit hit and miss. Breakfast good. Used the small gym. Good facility to have. Pool would have been lovely had it been heated. Overall OK.

Very good hotel! The breakfast buffet was just AMAZING! Extraordinary, so many choices and a lot of vegetarian and vegan options! All was very delicious! They have a large selection of everything you could dream of including different juices, lots of diffeent bread, spices, vegetables, fruut, baked goods and more. There is something for everybody! Would go back to the breakfast always. It has a pretty narrow parking garage so if you have a bigger car...

The place to stay has good facilities, bedrooms are well equipted and confy. I have a great Issue with the coocking of this place, I once ate at the restaurant and was a huge dissapointment, I had never had such a bad steak, it had no flavour I felt like I was eating plastic, I could not even eat the French fries and that I love Fries. My colleagues have the same opinion and have promised never to eat at that restaurant again. Please do something about it, you have a great hotel to be loosing points on something so trivial

The hotel was very good looking and placed at a perfect location at Iquique, near to quite everything and next to a pedestrian street. The room was quite big and there also was a pool and a gym, free of charge. A parking lot was available underground and accessible from the hotel elevators. The bad points were that, first of all, the air conditioner did not work in our room. It was a very hot night, and I had to ask the receptionist for a solution : they offered us to change room or to lend us a fan, that saved our night. The pool water looked quite dirty, not very transparent. We found a restaurant nearby for dinner, but had to reserve by phone, and neither me or my wife spoke Spanish, so we asked the receptionist if he could call for us, just to reserve a table. He said he had too much work and he would do it around 30 minutes later and call us in our room, but no news 1 hour later, we had to do it ourselves with Google Translator. We spent a nice night but were a bit disappointed of the points I mentioned.

Excellent hotel by the Pacific Ocean. Breakfast is not included. Nice views.

Older hotel , quite well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful. June 23 entry is quite tricky by car due to municipal work. Downside no direct access to the water although the foreshore is quite rocky so not sure it would be a good place to visit anyhow given alternatives in the area, and it is a bit far not walking distance to other food and amenities.
