My
husband,
young
son,
and
I
were
lucky
to
grab
the
very
last
room
in
all
of
Boston
(7/21)
at
the
Beacon
Hill
Hotel
on
a
late
night
when
our
flight
got
cancelled.
Though
our
night
wasn't
going
as
planned,
the
gentleman
who
answered
the
phone
and
assisted
us
with
booking
is
the
same
person
who
greeted
us
at
the
hotel
with
helping
hands
and
a
generous
spirit.
The
service
was
hospitable,
caring,
and
understanding
of
our
situation.
The
room
was
not
only
a
clean
and
safe
place
to
lay
our
tired
heads,
but
a
charming
room
with
updated
bath
and
amenities.
The
decor
and
attention
to
detail
in
the
room
was
like
those
at
a
5-star
hotel.
The
area
was
a
block
from
the
park
and
all
of
the
quaint
shops
at
Beacon
Hill.
