The only thing good in the hotel is the location, the parking not enough for all guests the place not clean at all the logistics is very bad you can’t use the plates and cups it’s already used and not clean also the toilets 🤢 , the staff is not polite at all even the supervisor and the reception. The general atmosphere not uncomfortable. You can find a lot of alternative options on the same street. I don’t recommend the hotel at all

We stayed for a business trip. The front desk staff was very courteous and welcoming. The hotel is newly refurbished and well designed. It exudes luxury and class. Their lobby was always bustling with people.

Extremely Disappointing Experience My one-month stay at this hotel was marred by numerous issues. Upon checking in, I immediately encountered problems with my room. Despite my request for a room change, the reception informed me that no other rooms were available that day but assured me of a room change the following day. However, on the second day, they claimed the new room wasn't ready yet, so I requested to inspect it. After finally seeing the room, I asked them to reserve it for me and inform me once it was ready. To my surprise, I never received a call. Upon returning to the reception, I encountered a different receptionist who falsely claimed the room had been allocated to another guest. After I protested and requested they contact the previous receptionist, they told me she would return in 30 minutes, and miraculously, the room became available within 15 minutes. Additionally, it's baffling that basic amenities like plates and cutlery were not provided upon request. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff neglected to change the bed sheets daily. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing to complain here for sure. We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel, especially since the hotel made sure to adhere to all our requests such as a quiet room and early check-in as we were celebrating our anniversary in Joudyan. Housekeeping always ensured that the room was kept clean and also that water bottles were replenished. Front office staff and concierge were also very helpful to us and we are really grateful for all the assistance rendered to us! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The location is great, and it's a modern facility for a 4-star category. However, the windows were a significant issue regarding tranquility. They were thin and not soundproof, making it challenging to get a peaceful night's sleep, especially on weekends. Olaya is quite noisy, and due to the window situation, I could hardly sleep on Thursday night. Around 4 AM, I alerted the hotel staff, hoping to change rooms for a few hours until my 12 PM checkout time since it was the hotel's oversight, not mine. Unfortunately, they were only willing to provide another room if I packed up all my belongings at 4 AM, which seemed unreasonable considering there were several available rooms. I'm disappointed with the behavior of the Duty Manager, Mohammed Al Somali which was very arrogant and not helpful at all!!!

Amazing 4 stars hotel, really polite and mindful staff. Good gym, sauna and swimming pool. An excellent service!

One of the best hotel experiences ever. Super peaceful vibes. The rooms are extra clean and well equipped. All the hotel amenities are luxurious. Will definitely come back!

Very satisfied with the service the hotel and everything. The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are great and the cleanliness of the hotel superb. Overall the place is truly wonderful with the staff going that extra mile to make sure stay will be a special one.ill gladly come again with my friends.
