Extremely
Disappointing
Experience
My
one-month
stay
at
this
hotel
was
marred
by
numerous
issues.
Upon
checking
in,
I
immediately
encountered
problems
with
my
room.
Despite
my
request
for
a
room
change,
the
reception
informed
me
that
no
other
rooms
were
available
that
day
but
assured
me
of
a
room
change
the
following
day.
However,
on
the
second
day,
they
claimed
the
new
room
wasn't
ready
yet,
so
I
requested
to
inspect
it.
After
finally
seeing
the
room,
I
asked
them
to
reserve
it
for
me
and
inform
me
once
it
was
ready.
To
my
surprise,
I
never
received
a
call.
Upon
returning
to
the
reception,
I
encountered
a
different
receptionist
who
falsely
claimed
the
room
had
been
allocated
to
another
guest.
After
I
protested
and
requested
they
contact
the
previous
receptionist,
they
told
me
she
would
return
in
30
minutes,
and
miraculously,
the
room
became
available
within
15
minutes.
Additionally,
it's
baffling
that
basic
amenities
like
plates
and
cutlery
were
not
provided
upon
request.
Furthermore,
the
housekeeping
staff
neglected
to
change
the
bed
sheets
daily.
I
cannot
in
good
conscience
recommend
this
hotel
to
anyone.
