Well I purchased a fresh smart phone recently, during my purchase the sales person tried sweet talking and made me buy the premium warranty for 2 years. Later that night after unboxing the phone it kept on shutting down automatically for no reason and also had issues in camera/video. Even after going to the store for 4th time in a row they literally found no solution to it."VERY POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE ". Even with the warranty on the table they kept asking for more money for the repairment yet it still isn't functioning. I REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO FALL IN THE TRAP OF THESE SALESMEN.

I purchased a samsung phone with extra paid warranty. From the next day phone was not working properly. Now 3 months over. They didn't repair the phone until now.

Bought a printer cartridge today. Came home and installed. It was empty. Within 2 hours sent back to them with the photos to ask them for a replacement. They told bring the printer, need to analyze the printer, need to send the to service centre to check and all stories. They were not ready to listen or belive. All for 52 SAR, I need to be behind them for 3-4 days.. I will never go to this store again. Good bye...

Worst experience ever, these people play with customers. I came here to Jarir (Malaz) to purchase a mobile phone by exchanging my current mobile with the new one with extra money added. They offered something a week before. And now when i came here to buy, they offered a disgusting price. The staff doesn't have experience. I won't recommend anybody to buy anything from this store.

I am sorry but it makes me to write this. Last week I visited Jarir store of Alihsa branch. I ordered Dell laptop along with MS office 365, selected one HP printer without FAX (I purposely told them to give without FAX printer) then I started taking other office stuffs. It was around 8k bill under company account. While reached office I there wasn't MS office 365 and printer was with fax and very slow. Now owner asked to through printer in dust bin and buy another printer from good shop.

Jarir Bookstore original location (late 70s/Early 80s) was off Jarir street in Malaz; grey building to be exact. It was walking distance from our apartment and we used to there often to meet our stationery needs!

Good and verified book store as well as electronics store. You can find here most of the electronic and stationaries ranging from pen pencil - laptops phones televisions etc. All the volunteer here are very kind and will support you .

-Electronics: can be crowded if you want to take a look at the cellphones section. Tablets and computers it has a decent selection and average prices. -Stationery: Everytime I go I found better selection and very cute stuff in arts and crafts, but slightly more expensive than others places. -Books: It has just a "decent" collection of English books, but if you are looking for new stuff then go to Virgin Store.
