The food was great, we didn't have to wait long and the staff were very friendly.

Don't go in the evening. The food was cold, and I didn't get half of it. The other half was wrong. How do you miss 1 of 2 burgers and mix up apple pies for blueberry. they just stuffed some stuff in a bag and passed it out the window. Night service was terrible. Would not recommend

This place was terrible. There was not one thing prepared on the racks or fryer. They had 25 min wait time for a hamburger and I was the only one there! Both drink machines were out of ice they had no tea made and the bathrooms were filthy! Stay away from this rat hole! It has salmonella written all over it! I'd give less than one star but it won't allow me to!

Please give the person with the black hair, a promotion. I went there and my online name popped up it “Was Jesus loves you”. I was nervous because I knew asheville wasn’t ver kind to people who believed that. But the person there reassured me, and told me not to be ashamed of what I believe in. They left me a kind note and even threw in some apple pies with my order, I’m gonna be back there someday to give her some money, please give her a promotion.

I got there right as they were opening, was told they were out of fried eggs??? Just didn't want to cook one. I ordered the monster sausage biscuit and got a flat bacon biscuit that was horrible. Thank goodness I ordered a side of gravy or I would have been really hungry...

I called to inquire if this establishment was open at 7pm on Christmas Day. The employee answer and was not nice at all. I was in the process of asking if the drive-thru was open when I was interrupted with a no! Closed! I was trying to let the employee know that they had a line of 5 or 6 vehicles trying to order and if the drive-thru menu were off or if they posted a sign to inform potential customers of the early closure but they just hung up on me. I have been a regular customer to this establishment. Closing early so the employees can get home for Christmas is awesome and I'm totally for. Rudeness and dismissive actions to someone being polite is inexcusable. I'll not be coming back to a place that allows the employee answering the phone to act as if costumers are not worth their time.

We ordered fries, food was not fresh at all, drinks were flat. hygiene was less than the standard.

It's definitely fast food. I'm not sure why the bathrooms have codes on them or why the eggs were green. But it was definitely an experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

It's been a while since I've went to this particular Hardee's,and now I remember why! From the "what do you want" greeting when I ordered,to the SEC Biscuit,that was probably made yesterday. Everything on it tasted old,it wasn't even heat lamp warm. Sad to see,at one time Hardee's was pretty awesome. Back to BK for me.

This place use to be nasty and overtaken with homeless. I seen it was under new management so I decided to give it a try. Food was hot and fresh staff was all working together. Will definitely return to this location as long as it continues to improve.

Lazy staff, filthy establishment, and cold food. Most disgusting place I’ve been into in a long long time. Shame on you negligent leadership personnel !!! 5 people are staffed, and only 1 (I think) was working. Lots of loud laughing and horseplay coming from the back where the staff hides out.

We ordered french toast sticks and sausage and egg biscuit. We had to wait on french toast that was fine but they did not bring out this order we had to go get them. We went in but the french toast was overcooked hard as a rock. , No syrup. The sausage and egg biscuit had cheese, we did not want cheese the sausage was not good and biscuit fell apart.

I'm at the drive thru window now. I've paid and have been sitting here for 16 minutes. I ordered at the speaker, but when I got to the window, a different worker had no idea I had even ordered. Now, after 16 minutes, they told me to drive forward and wait. My order was ONE chicken sandwich. No fries. No drink. I'm still waiting.

Love this place and love the service in the drive through all except the app and/or website is never working as it should. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered my food come here and my order has not been in the system after double and triple checking the correct location and making sure that my receipt says everything is supposed to. Other than that food is great chicken fingers are to die for and I wouldn't complain about anything else.

The people were fantastic and the place was spotless, but a few of our food items were not hot and incredibly greasy, as though they'd been tossed back into the fryer briefly after having been out awhile. Since we ordered to go we didn't bother turning around to complain, but wouldn't go back.

For a Hardees,this is a great place for breakfast.The manager that usually works mornings does a great job! Now on the downside,if you go in the afternoon,be ready to wait!We were the only customer in the drive thru,and was told to pull over and wait,and wait,and the afternoon staff is not real friendly.

Best eating up and down n all around go here all time no complaints food always good and staff always friendly and service fast n wish they bring tacos back but everything on menu made to please

Don't ever come here!! me and my friends went like a few hours ago, we waited an hour chicken was completely burnt,dry the onion rings had no flavor I asked for coke they gave me the wrong drink 3 times, idiots and it was so expensive. Take my word do not come here

On the way home, stopped in for some chicken stripes for the road. Very fresh and well made. Great service.

We noticed this area has totally improved. Trees and shrubs are trimmed and presence of panhandlers has disappeared. We feel safe going back to Hardee's again. No longer feel safe here. Feels dangerous, day or night.. We no longer go here. So many panhandling persons in parking lot here and adjacent dunkin donuts ( and Dairy Queen) emerging from bushes arguing, approaching cars to beg for money at Hardee's exit. This place is off limits to my kids. Feels creepy and unsafe. Beggars camped between the bushes and beside a dumpster between Dairy Queen and Dunkin Donuts which are adjacent.

Waited a few minutes at menu, we were the only car and when at the window they confused our order somehow. Took over 10 minutes to get a burger and some tenders. Unsure why because nothing was hot enough to have been cooking. Burger was half wrapped and in a pool of grease, fries tasted like the oil was old and they'd been sitting. Tea tasted over brewed.

Stopped here for lunch on our road trip. Worst Hardee’s I have been too. Ordered large meals and had to ask for cups, received medium sized fries, was ignored after the credit card payment cleared, about 25 minute wait for food, food was cold and smashed from the employees checking what sandwich was in what wrapper and arguing with each other. I even cornered an employee to get the code to use the disgusting bathroom. TLDR go somewhere else.

Didn't have any sodas available that I wanted, my husband's food that we waited on for fifteen minutes was not up to par in taste or presentation. The lady was nice, but it would have been nicer to have a better experience!

Food was good. Definitely fresh and hot. Love their fries! Service was good for only 2 workers there. Counter worker was nice and friendly. Apologized about the wait which was not that long. I would go there again.

So...the chicken sandwich was not that great. It was burnt actually, but that wasn't the worst part. I didn't order a chicken sandwich. I ordered 9 straps...which is a different number and I have sauces for strips in the bag. When I called the store, I got no answer as they are understaffed like everywhere else. So it's go hungry, or spend an hour fighting the cookout line on a Saturday night.

The lady who appeared to be the manager took our order at the drive thru window and also was at the pickup window. She is all heart and very nice lady. I had a severely handicapped person in my car and the lady was very patient and kind to her.

I arrived before the dinner rush so it was slow and my order was ready very quickly which was much appreciated in that moment. The original Angus burger was very tasty, but I felt the tomato was too bitter and fell apart all over the place... Maybe fresher ingredients? Otherwise okay... Loved the chocolate milkshake! Let's not talk about the calories!

Ordered Ham and cheese....when my husband got home.....it was a HB with mayo...which I hate! grrrrrr AND...I've called numerous times and a recording says, we're not available to take your call goodbye and hangs up on me.

Everything you order is made fresh. The best cheeseburgers ever! The staff goes above & beyond to prepare your food to perfection!

Amazing! The shift lead there has been there for 15 years! Talk about amazing service! She knew the people in front of us by name. Not something you see as the normal anymore! My wife looked at me and said “I love Hardee’s”

By far, the best Hardee's I have ever had even late in the evening. The employees were awesome and the food was fresh!! I was so pleased, it is definitely a must go for my next Asheville trip.
