I went to Arby's on 1360 tunnel rd in oteen on 6/12/2022. I went through drive through around 7:00 pm to order for my family cause at the moment I've been having surgeries and so has my wife so we haven't been able to cook for family yet so we decided on arby's. So as I was saying I went through the drive through and informed them I had 2 coupons the woman working the drive through told me to go ahead with my order, i ordered with one of the coupons and the next coupon said 2 regular roast beef sandwich for 5.00 and it said you can use up to 5 times the deal the so I ordered 5 times the deal which would be 10 roast beef sandwiches the woman said ok but came back a second later and said I could only use it 2 times. I told her the coupon said up to 5 times she than said the coupon also said only at participating stores. So I told her never mind on my 100.00 order I was fixing to spend there. I instead went next door and gave bojangles my money oh by the way they said thank you once I told them how I was done. So I called the manager at 1360 tunnel rd today 6/13/2022 to ask him do they except coupons he said yes and only said he would check into it cause evidently they had other employees from other stores i also told him that the information about coupon was confirmed by their on employee . So someone at this store was just lying to me trying to save money on coupon not being used but in realality costed them money. I would think twice about eating at a place that is not honest about their products or coupons or just being lied to on a simple coupon that they send out. Especially when the gas prices are high as they are now we look forward to using coupons when we can if you send them out to be used don't lie to someone that is trying to use one of y'all's coupons (please come on now thats a new low). So if your going to lie about something like that what else you going to lie about dropping food or food being outdated or keeping money that you overpaid or perhaps you could lie about anything right. I just don't like eating at dishonest places. Remember if they ain't honest about the simplest of things what else are they not being honest about. Remember that the next time you bite into one of their products think to yourself was it dropped or did they do something else to save money and is lying about it or just not telling the truth.

Waited half an hour in the drive through. Got back to my hotel (two minutes away) with cold fries, an okay roast beef slider and an inedible hard chicken strip stuck to a bun that was supposed to be a chicken slider. Dry, no sauce. The photo I ordered from showed sliced chicken. What a waste of time and money. If I had wanted a chicken strip I would have ordered one, but I can't eat them. Going to be hungry.

I met the nicest employees I have ever met in retail at this little Arby's. I am old and stiff and was trying to throw away a plastic bottle and I walked up to a small person that worked there and I asked her if there was any garbage cans and she said there was one inside, and then she said I'll take that for you. She was on break, she didn't have to do that, but she did and then she said happy mother's Day!

Night Manager is very lazy and has an Attitude if you come at 9:22 pm . They was closing 30 to 40 before it was time to close . But comped an attitude because I place an order and they still had 40 some mins. before closing time . The young man that's the manager at night needs some professionalism training on how to communicate with the public

Ordered the smoke house brisket no onions the cheese was not smoked gouda.... both employees I dealt with directly no masks on at all, used mask sitting on the counter... haven't been in a while, I guess it will be quite a while again.

Steakburger and crinkle fries excellent. Love the peach lemonade!!

The same way I would expect Fries with my burger, I expect my French DIP to come with the DIP. I have started checking every SINGLE time I leave because it wasn't included. (Which is probably a good practice to have anyways) Please make sure you include the French DIP with the DIP. It's the same as sending out a sandwich without fries.

Very good food! Hot and delicious. I had the roast beef slider and it was fresh. The jalapeño bites with the Bronco Berry sauce is soo good! Great service!

They don't just have hamburgers here.They have a big selection of sandwiches, and u won't get soggy or cold food.The place is clean too.They do have a limited choice of milkshake flavors.The flavors that are available are good though.

My order was taken with excellent customer service as well as given to me in a timely manner. My soda was a little flat and bland but I can't complain too much because my food was both fresh and just what I ordered. The restaurant also had both a clean exterior and interior. Definitely overall a good experience that makes me want to come back in the future.

Good service, orders are usually correct, specialized orders are correct as well. It was a pleasure to have my order correct every time. I do recommend this Arby's.

I got the meats!! Keep thin slicing the meats!! (Sometimes it's thick and that throws off the flavor. :( ) Otherwise always faster than most other Arby's in town!

Ordering easy, cashier suggested fish sandwich, would’ve been good hot but it was cold. Gyro was good, curly fries were fresh but crinkle fries were cold.

We visit Arby's often. However, this Arby's to not live up to the usual standards. The tables were dirty, and the floor by the drink machine was VERY sticky. Then our order was not up to par. We ordered a large fry, and it came half full in the container when my husband went back to the counter, the lady told him that was a large fry. What????? She said they recently changed their sizes. BS. I won't be back there again.

Always Great Food. Super staff. When I go in Always clean.two of my sandwiches was not in the order when I got home. I called. No problem, they were so kind. Told me to stop by pick up the sandwiches tomorrow.. awesome customer service. Thanks Arby's

I don't even think they give you the bread to go around the beef if you didn't ask for it you have to ask for everything else

I ordered the 3pc tender combo with curly fries. I also ordered the fish sandwich because I heard someone say it was good. • Well my tenders were not fresh and they drier than sandpaper. • Fish sandwich was cold and dried out. • Staff didn't seem to excited to be at work • On a good note, the soda was very strong and good I most definitely will bypass this location in the future

The place was very dirty everywhere, yes everywhere.! Food order was wrong and the food was cold. Ate 1/2 our food and left. Do not go there the place is worn out!!!

Arby’s, update google hours if the posted ones aren’t correct 🙄 People do actually check Google for a closing time.

The food was fresh and hot. The people who work there were very nice and pleasant. I normally go through the drive-thru and eat in the car. I actually went inside and ate and had a nice experience.

It's fast food at its best here at this Arby's, every time I have been here it has been very fast from ordering to getting your food. The staff here as always been great and I have never had a staff member argue with me or give anyone a hard time. They do there very best to give you what was asked of them.

Waited at drive thru for 25 minutes....the new prime rib cheesesteak was totally cold, and I wouldn't call it prime rib...cost are too expensive there.

This was the craziest Arby's I have ever died in. There was a whole family, literally a blood family, working the shift. At one point I thought the whole family was going to go out and kick one drive-thru person's butt when they came across rude over the speaker system. They had this sweet little woman listed maybe just over 3 ft taking our order and diffusing the drive-thru confrontation. The dining room could have been a little bit cleaner but overall it was one of the fun-exciting experiences I've had in a long time. Would I stop there again, you bet! They were not politically correct and you were very welcomed as soon as you walked in the door.

Went there around 8:30 or so Wednesday night. (October 12th) They weren’t busy so as soon as I was ready to order the gentleman waited on me right away. Nice guy, I think he was the manager on duty. Chit chatted back and forth a bit while I waited. Cooked me fresh fries so there was a tiny wait. Totally understandable and proves his commitment to customer service. Even thru in a roast beef and cheddar they had extra because of the wait. Which wasn’t long at all.
