A rather new restaurant in the gigantic Metropol Shopping Mall. Part of a restaurants chain. Ordinary in terms of decoration and atmosphere and tables are extremely close. You basically eat with the nearest guys together. I also witnessed a waiter pulling one of the two small tables apart hastily to make it available to another customer. The problem was a lady was eating and had her stuff on it already so she didn't see it coming. Overall the staff is inexperienced and unprofessional. Service was rather slow but I guess they're faster on not-to-busy times. Food is fine overall but nothing special. Portions are too small.

I ordered a house 🍔 with potatoes. It should be served with the onion, mustard, and caramelized onion, it didn't have any of them just a burger and cheese. I'm not interested in the service. They didn't bring me ketchup or wet paper and any sanitizer on these awful days for COVID-19.

One of the best restaurants for breakfast option… the place is wonderful and the service is great… the waitress names Kamrun is so friendly and professional… he helped us a lot and was of a great service… Highly recommended ..

The worst experience in Istanbul so far. First of all, lack of service and customer orientation. There were the mistakes done from their side. Nobody ever apologized to us or give us the solution, or talk to us. 1. They brought us a DIRTY glass. It was with the stains and sticky from the top. I noticed that after I poured the water into it. When they took it, they didn’t even look at me, just grabbed and brought a new one. Without the water. Even though I paid money for that. I did not say anything, but it is not fair!! 2. I ordered the dish and asked them to make it NOT spicy. They agreed. Sadly, they forgot about that, and when I burnt my mouth with the first bite, I told them about that. They just grabbed the plate without a word, not saying whether they gonna bring me a new one, I didn’t know whether I should wait for it or not. Nothing was clear AT ALL. Afterwards, they came to me saying that nothing is wrong with the dish. I pointed out that it was spicy again, they agreed, and took it away. Afterwards, nobody came to me ans didn’t tell me what going on. Eventually, they brought the right dish. 3. They didn’t service any napkins during the service. Overall, the staff was kind of grumpy and not in the mood of work. Not only will I not recommend this place to anyone, but also I would discourage people of visiting it!! P.S. the meals tasted okay.

Excellent bar cafe with great selection of food, appetizers, entrees and various spirits. The venue is large with ample space for seating. Location is excellent being in Metropol İstanbul with easy freeway access. Service is excellent with friendly waiters with knowledge about the food and everything else. Highly recommended.

For breakfast I had a delicious omelette on toasted sourdough bread, ginger linden tea with mushroom and avocado on the side. The texture of the omelette was perfect, it has a smooth silky exterior with a moist soft-scrambled interior, fresh herbs on top. The ground pepper gave it a nice kick but overwhelmed the flavor of the eggs and I don’t like peppery food so much.

One of the best venues in Metropol Istanbul. I love trying their cocktails. Here I’ve tasted the best crispy asian style chicken fingers in Turkey. Service uses to be slow but now I’ve noticed they improved it. Although I prefer to sit outside, It has a well designed interior like the rest of House Cafes.

Korkunç kötü yemekler , mide fesatından ölüyoduk. Daha önce bir puan verdiğim yerlere gerçekten ayıp oldu ,buraya bir puan aşırı yüksek.Köfteli ürünlerinden yemiştim, sanırım midemi yıkatmaya gideceğim az sonra hastaneye ,bu zulümdür ağlıyorum evde yediklerimden.inşallah sabahı edebilirim ,kussam rahatlarım belki.marketten aldıkları köfteleri sosa bulayıp satıyolar,düşündükçe midem daha kötü oluyo.

The restaurant is so pretty on the inside and the vibes are so cute especially if you go there at night. The food was also great but the service was kinda slow. We had to wait a good while each time we wanted to call any waiter because they were barely giving attention to our side of the restaurant.

Nice quite place. Seating is outside and heated during the winter. Coffee was acceptable not great. Food is also average.

Very friendly. Excellent service. Best House Cafe I have ever been to. Great for kids and delicious dishes.

Beautiful atmosphere. The goat cheese omelette was good.
