Myself and my family together tried "Museum of Heist". We actually failed in our mission, but we had full fun. I strongly recommend for everyone to try this with your family and friends. It's not about winning or losing. It's about spontaneous thinking and working together. You have to just follow the rules, you will win automatically. One thing I want to inform is that they kept the AC temperature too low. So wear a full covered dress if possible. All the best.

Excellent brain challenge, innovative activity and fun for everyone. But some rooms are scarier than others, you must love solve puzzles and find clues. Be a detective for 60 minutes and find your way out. Everything was perfect and recommended for everyone but youngsters under 15 should be accompanied by someone older.

Mashallah-for a first time experience-with my wife and kids (5 and 7 years old) -the museum heist was amazing and thrilling. It was exciting and mentally challenging-also testing our “problem-solving” capabilities as well as our collaboration/cooperation as a family. Lots of fun with high emotions and very memorable. The staff there is friendly, patient, provides clues/hints and with very clear communication. This was my first experience in an “escape room” and I highly recommend it and will definitely do it again. I definitely recommend to make a booking/reservation ahead of time as it gets full pretty quick.

Great fun Escape rooms that challenge the adults and so much fun for the kids. The staff are very friendly and supportive to make sure you have fun! Will come again to check out the other rooms!

I really liked the rooms I tried Cell27 and it was so challenging room and we win at the last minute, and I tired 1408 and it was SO FUN even when we lost but we had fun and a wonderful 60 minutes, one more thing very friendly stuff especially Mr.Mohammed he was so kind and respected person, I really recommend this place for anyone who wants something new and fun family or friends, definitely I'll come back again ❤️💯👑 .

Faisal was our game master and he gave us the best experience, from customer service to game introduction. The room we tried was cell 27 and were able to finish it with 2 min left, lots of action and amazing quality. Highly recommend and we will come back again. From bahrain 🇧🇭

Cell 27. Man, that was entertaining. My team lost, but it does not change the fact that it was one helluva experience. Everything was well prepared. The design of room was fantastic and realistic. For the puzzles, I felt like tasks were not equally distributed for multiple players. Overall, it was enjoyable wish astonishing atmosphere. The staff in reception were wonderful people with good manners.

Unknown Room offers a great experience with variety of rooms to escape from. Many creative ideas and puzzles to solve. Different themes to enjoy depending on your taste and age. I’ve personally tried the Museum Heist and The Organs. The Organs had a great environment, eerie, thrilling and bloody, however, the sequence of puzzles compared to the time given were not coherent enough. The amount of time given should match the puzzles given. As for the Museum Heist, it offered great sequence of puzzles with reasonable timing. The environment and the theme offered enjoyable experience. The staff were kind, passionate and energetic, they gave positive energy to the experience. I even came on my Birthday and they were wholeheartedly welcoming. Thank you for the experience.

Amazing experience. Really interesting, funny and enticing activity. We were three people and all of us had a very good time. The staff of the Unknown room is very friendly, helpful and nice people. We tried the Museum Heist and all of us agreed that the Unknown room is the best escape room in Saudi Arabia as we tried several before it. I highly recommend to try it and I can say that it will always be a very good experience. We will come back for sure. We want more!!!

Room 1408 is scary and entertaining. We enjoyed the thick atmosphere and lots of jump-scares. The puzzles are fairly easy but they need concentration. The room is in excellent condition nothing is broken and quality is good. The staff is friendly and helpful especially Mohammed. Good job to 👏🏻Unknown Room Team 👍🏻. Really loved the experience.

A big thank you to the staff who were very tolerant and patient with our group of boys. They did the Museum heist, and enjoyed it tremendously. Prices are reasonable. Booking was online. Our group of five 11 year old boys were not able to solve the room in time but still came out feeling like winners. Highly recommended. Will definitely come again!

I cannot express enough how fun and scary it was! I played the 1408 room and I almost lost my mind. I tried many escape rooms but none of them had this much interactiveness with the player. also the the staff was so nice and welcoming. Definitely will visit again!

The only reason why am giving five stars is for customer service they know exactly that a bad experience would result in a wider spread of word of mouth. You care and you should care but please fix your room.

I can’t ask for a better experience, as a group of 3 we came from Riyadh and played two rooms in one day both have their own uniqueness, their own creative puzzles and minimum amount of physical locks. The game masters Mohammed and Abdourahman were nothing but absolutely amazing, they made the escape game 10 times the fun. Would recommend for sure.

We book the “Museum Heist” to steal the “De Beers Diamond” the most expensive diamond on earth as a part of the legend professor of LA CASA DE PAPEL. You’d experience a 60-minutes of clue and puzzle solving in a variety ways. Sharing with friends or family is gonna make it more fun. A very lovely place and idea. Would I go there again knowing what I know? No! Would I recommend to a friend? No. Many of the items, that involved electronics did not work. For example, there was a TV in the room, that showed the timer, did not work for the first 15 minutes and kept going off. Other electronics that were supposed to open when a certain code was entered also did not work. We worked on a lock/code for several minutes only to find out we had the code correct but it did not open what was supposed to open. We will not be going back. It was so fun to visit, all the rooms have a different story the employees are very kind and nice it was an amazing experience to try you should definitely try it and would be a great place for a school trip or a birthday party.!(I definitely recommend organs).

This place is a lot of fun and exciting! They have 4 very different rooms, and yes I've tried them all! The staff is very friendly & accomodating. The rooms are such a thrill, especially Organs and Museum Heist. I highly recommend it for any type of celebration or a casual hang out. Keep up the amazing work!

We have been here with 8 boys for my son's birthday. They had so much fun here. The staffs were so kind and they decorated the room so realistic. Highly recommend this place!!!

One of the best escape room games in the kingdom. I’ve tried 2 rooms. They were not that easy to solve and not that hard either. The experiences really great the staff are professionals.

My daughter ( grade 09) went today with 6 of her friends and the experience was much below their expectations . The codes were not activated. 20 min of the hour (135 sar each) was wasted fix technological issue! And last ten min the guy/ supervisor came in and told explicitly the next steps so excitement and anticipation was killed:) Decoration was very good, though.

Such a great first experience at the place. The staff is incredible and very collaborative. We had my friend’s birthday, his ticket was for free and we planned to bring the cake to the game and they helped us make it happen and stopped the game timer so we can enjoy the moment. Definitely visiting them again

I’ve been to so many escape games and this is by far the best one I’ve been to 😍 They room is well made and the level of difficulty is perfect. It’s hard but still possible to be solved with a good team. We had the “Museum Heist” and we did win 3 minutes before the time ends with only one hint from the room master. 👍👍

Super AMAZING !! We played the museum before and it was entertaining. But today we played 1408 and to be honest it was one of the best escaping games I ever tried. It is a combination of solving mysteries and enjoying the fear ! The design, sounds, lights and the puzzles were all amazing. The staff were friendly too. Best choice for a memorable experience. They weirdly insisted on filling their terms sheet, even though we didn’t want to give our personal information. Nevertheless, the staff were nice and helpful, the set looked good but was not well-lit, and the puzzles were well-designed!

From where should I start, not the best escape rooms that I went for two times, they are messing a lot of things, I went twice for a horror escape rooms, and unfortunately it wasn’t what I was expecting at all, not scary they can do better, the time for the game in general or the stuff for what you can do, it’s not that much at all, like you can only do 3-4 thing in 1 room and that is not enough, at least you could put more stuff, but there was a good things, first of all the stuff they were so friendly, second of all the price is good, but not the best, I went two times there will I go one more not sure, but still you can try it and for sure you will enjoy it.

I might have become addicted to this place, i wish I’ve known about it sooner. Really intense experience and the whole crew has been nothing but amazing. Definitely recommend this place for groups of two and more, plenty of themes to choose from!
