Baby, if I could give this place ZERO stars I would. 1st off, people hype this place up way too much.. If you like loud music, horrible service, watered down drinks and overcooked food, you picked the right place. We ordered two mango drinks and some hot wings w/fries. How can you mess up wings & fries 🤷🏾‍♀️ The fries were burnt and stuck to the paper, the wings were so hard, I almost broke my tooth trying to bit down on one of them, basically over cooked, the drinks had no alcohol whatsoever in them. When we reached out to the manager, he treated us as if there was no problem at all, he didn't seem to care that our service was poor and our food wasn't prepared correctly..We ended up paying 40$ for fries and two drinks. We will never go to Top Golf again..

First time at Top Golf. We had a great time. We arrived at 10:30am on Sunday, no wait since it was early. We had a bay for 90 minutes, price was definitely worth it. We'll be there again for sure. The atmosphere was nice and everything was clean. I love the smart balls and being able to see replays of our shots as well as the stats for each of our hits. The different games for different levels of players is great too. I'm definitely not a golfer at all, but I had fun.

Great staff and great environment. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this to anyone looking to do the same. The food was good. We had the carrot hummus, chicken dip and I ate a burger. Someone else tried out the chicken nachos and they looked pretty tasty. They have a variety of games you can choose from that play on the screen. They track where you hit the ball and implement it into the game. You could do a point based game, or even play angry birds. It was a really interesting and fun experience. If you come during peak times expect to wait at least 30 minutes.

I have to admit, I love it here. I love that they allow walk-ins, they aren’t pressuring for guests to wear masks nor show proof of vaccination. As a visitor from NYC, this made things so easy for me. Our host was very helpful educating us about the games & how to use the devices. Our food came out at a decent rate. It was hit and ready too. Our food was flavorful and good. I love that their food doesn’t taste like freezer made meals. When in ATL and your crave golfing, GO HERE!

I FINALLY had the opportunity to go to TopGolf & omg it was so fun. Playing the game wasn’t for me, as I couldn’t get the balls to travel very far but I still had a wonderful time. I like that they have an area indoors if you’re not playing where u can still drink & eat if you’d like. I was with a group of about 16 we ended up buying 2 lanes & had fun the entire time. The food was very good , I had Mac & cheese bites and most ppl ordered the hamburgers & they said they were delicious. Also they have Heineken 0.0 for those that don’t drink. I’ll definitely be back! ⛳️

It's like a driving range but with different game modes. You can watch the replay and stats of your swings - it's probably great for training. I came here for a work event and it was fun - you don't need to have any skill or even knowledge of the game to play. Some of us had never picked up a club before. The aim is to hit the ball towards different targets, depending on the game mode. They had lots of food and drink options to graze while playing.

Terrible food. Server was Terrible. Manager was nice. Drinks were ok. Mac n cheese balls were disgusting. Taste like mush. And the lemon pepper boneless wings were so salty. Total waste of money. Ordered a dip it never came out . Golfing was fun tho.

We arrived a bit early for our reservation so we weren't able to check in. We had a great time at the bar with Nick, who was so nice and attentive. We had a couple drinks (I really like the spiked lemonade), buffalo chicken dip and burgers. We ended our evening with a round of top golf. We discovered we were terrible, but the disorganized clubs did not make it any better. In all we had a great night and we will be back again soon for another local activity.

We had a blast! Brought the whole fam with kids. I like that it is themed with games so you can decide whether you want to just drive or play by theme. We did Angry Birds. The service was prompt and friendly and our reservation had zero problems. You get your own waiter and they were really good about checking in. One thing to note: you will have to give them a credit card to hold when ordering food and drinks! Enjoy!!

Wow, just wow. While this venue is outside of the city center, it is certainly worth the trip! We came here for a corporate event. The food was excellent. There were ample play stations with an assortment of golf clubs. It was a load of fun and even more fun with the scores being broadcasted on the TVs.

Came here with my boyfriend just to have some fun on a rainy day. Overall this place is beautiful and spacious. There are 4 floors to this facility. You can golf. Eat. Drink. Play foosball or pool. Foosball and pool are free by the way. Prices are pretty reasonable and there is a big free surface parking lot available. The waitresses at the bar can be a little faster with their service.

As a first time patron of this establishment, I was quite nervous when exploring a birthday gathering location for an approximate 40-ish person party. The events manager that I spoke with made all the planning very easy as she sent over complete details about price packages that included food provided for our guests (as we wanted). Upon arriving, we were met with a pretty full and busy atmosphere which allowed extra time for our guests to arrive and find parking and get settled for the start of the party. We had a total of 7 bays reserved which gave us plenty of space to mingle and also for every individual to comfortably take their chance at the golf driving range. Our waiters were excellent and handled everyone within our party very respectfully and promptly. Our attendees loved the food selections and did their very best to make sure we did not leave much food for the cleaning staff (smile). We want to THANK everyone at Top Golf for making our party a very enjoyable occasion that we would definitely plan for another personal occasion. The atmosphere was perfect for all age groups of our guests (our little people enjoyed just as much as our older ones). Management was excellent in coming to introduce themselves in the beginning and outline the timeline of the party and what to look out for. It was a nice place to go I went with a group tonight the golf was fun. But when I tell you the good wasn't hitting on anything u can tell they did not put any effort into it. We ordered wings at least three different flavors most of them were cold and super big. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and my bun was so hard I couldn't eat it. And the grill breast was so small I couldn't even see it in the sandwich at first. My hubby ordered the cheese fries the cheese was so dry the little cheese they put on there you couldn't even see it. The fries were stale all around the first time here won't be back I had to pray over my good 3 times 😞

Atmosphere is really cool. Fun place and judgement free for golfers of all skill levels. Great for a group of 6 friends or fewer. Food is standard bar type food. Overall it was a fun night and a good time to hang with friends

My family had fun overall. We had a few issues with the timing but the manager fixed it. Where they had us seated the fan didn’t turn our way so we were extremely hot. We waited a long time for our food and when it came out, the fries were over cooked and cold and they served us old stale, carrot sticks, and celery if I’m going to spend $30 on wings, I would like my carrots and celery fresh.

We had so much fun playing games. The weather wasn’t too bad and the service was good. I had 2 blueberry lemon drops and my date and I shared the flatbread pizza.

Total Fun and quality yummy food. Absolutely loved the 4 hours spent here. Played several games including the Angry birds. I do not play golf but this place is very addictive. Third time here and would keep coming for sure. Both Alpharetta and Atlanta places are good.

I have been here a million times and it is a fun, interactive place. Great for hosting a group of people or for a celebratory night out. Definitely try their Texas Margarita for a nice drink and their chicken nachos are amazing!

This place is GREAT. My law firm and I went there and our server's name was Jamaury Ellis, who was AWESOME. We tried to get him to come out with us after Top Golf and I don't know whether that happened because I had too much fun and had to take myself home, but he was a great dude and Top Golf was so much fun.

Love the calamari and drinks here. It did take a little time to get started on the game but we decided to sit and eat in the mean time. Server was a little slower than I think planned but it was a full house.

Great atmosphere! I finally went out to Top Golf .and it was an amazing experience. The staff was A1, the food was bomb, and I wasn't half bad at golf. Overall, it was an enjoyable evening spent with good people.

Hubby and I came here after dinner. We were newbies and didn’t know how everything worked. After we paid, we went to our bay and was met with a host that was super kind and patient. He taught us how to operate the game pad and also demonstrated how to play. Our waitress was nice also. We ordered drinks which was tasty. The bays are separated by plexiglass due to COVID-19. We went on a Thursday, no wait, and was not crowed.

So much fun. Addicting to try to beat your friends with that perfect shot... maybe the next shot? Or the next? Bar food but great service (Thanks Sydney)

From the start we loved this location! The manager Akeila (hope it’s spelled correctly) was so accommodating and cheerful! She found a way to seat us with friends in 3 bays next to each other! Our waitress Asia (?) was so on top of all 3 bays, our orders, and splitting our tabs! She never let us wait for anything! The staff checked on us regularly and took a interest in us and why we were visiting ATL as well as making sure we were having fun. We will definitely return to this location! Thanks Topgolf!!

I don’t know what I am missing regarding all the hype surrounding TopGolf. Let me explain… My family and I have been so excited for literally years to finally get a chance go here. I received a gift card from a friend, and a few nights ago decided to use it for my Dad’s birthday here. To start, you can only book reservations via the app or website. I booked my reservation at ATL Midtown. After booking, it said “error”, but it sent me an email confirming my new membership. I called customer service to see if it actually went through and she said there was no reservation under my name and to re-try. So I went back to book again, tried to pay my $37 deposit again, and it finally went through. Well, 1-2 hrs later when we were getting ready to head there from another place in ATL, I get a text confirming my booking at a completely different location. I called customer service back, and they said “Oh yeah, that happens a lot with our ATL locations where the system will switch the location on you.” Ummm?! That needs to be fixed ASAP because that is a hugeeee problem. She refunded my money back onto my gift card, but said it would be THREE DAYS to get the money back, so now I couldn’t use my $50 gift card while we are here. Luckily the location we had actually booked for wasn’t busy so we could just walk in, BUT if it had been any other busy night, we would’ve just driven all the way to ATL for nothing for my Dad’s bday. It did suck to lose out on the opportunity to use my giftcard, as that is one of the main reasons we chose to come here. Now, once we got there, horrible experience once again. We restarted our game I believe SEVEN times bc the sensors didn’t work correctly (we were doing exactly as the employees were instructing us on how to do it), and it still wouldn’t work. It would score multiple times when someone only hit the ball once, and there was no way to remove the duplicate scores other than to restart the entire game. You can change the scores and move it to another person, but you can’t remove a play at all which really messed up our whole game many times. We paid for an hour of play time but unfortunately had to spend that entire time just trying to get the dang system to work correctly. It was honestly pretty infuriating. Additionally, I get it, the best way to make money is to rip people off with the whole “pay by time” thing, but it’s such a negative about this whole experience. Even if the game worked as it should, you have to rush quickly bc time is ticking down until you have to leave your section. We had quite literally no time to just chill and enjoy each other bc we had to hurry up and make sure each player went immediately after the other, and we had to quickly finish our food and drinks as well before time ran out. Once the clock gets down to 3 mins, the employees are instructed to force you to make a decision on if you want to pay for more time or else you gotta go, DESPITE all the food and drinks on the table, if you have finished the first game or not, or if you might want to play another game in maybe 10-15 mins. They don’t care. Overall, such a horrible experience being booked at the wrong location, not being able to use my giftcard, not having an accurate system to actually play, and then being extremely rushed to play, eat, drink, enjoy each other, etc. It was a nice atmosphere overall which really sucks bc all this really ruined it. I would only go back if I am really drunk and if it’s not on my dime, honestly. Waste of money! ALSO how could I forget? See picture below of their beer pitcher. Large column in the middle to rip you off. They say it’s to “keep it cold”. I would rather get my money’s worth for an actual pitcher.

Bought a party package for my son’s 9th birthday. I’ll start from top to bottom, I started to book online but online only had 2 time slots, 10:00am & 10:30am so I decided to call. I spoke with Nikki. My experience from our phone call was amazing! She allowed me to pick what time I wanted to come and celebrate. We picked 12:30 but got there at 12:00 to allow people to show up on CP time lol. We went to our area around 12:25 to get started. It was a very cold day but we still had an amazing time. Our food came out at 12:45 as promised. Our drinks came out with no issues. We had unlimited drinks and coffee. We chose the boneless wings & cheese quesadillas platters. The food was amazing. The fruit and veggies were so FRESH!!! The even the dipping sauces were good! The kids played and enjoyed their time there. Staff constantly checked on us. We never had to look around for help. They were very attentive! Mel was our server and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better! David also came to check on us numerous times. Me and my family had an AMAZING time!!!!

I can’t believe how great the service was! Our first trip was a complete success and can’t wait to come back! Maui was super helpful to my son who had never played golf before and really made the experience much more enjoyable. The pricing on Tuesday’s was for fair and the food was very good and reasonably priced! Very impressed with our over all experience and can’t wait for our next visit!

Had the best experience last night! We had a birthday party with about 10 friends, and reserved 2 bays for 2 hours. One of our ball dispensers wasn't working, causing a delay in game play, but the team at TopGolf ensured to make up for it with additional free game play time and exceptional service. A special THANK YOU to Maui & team for taking such great care of us, and providing a memorable experience. We'll be back for sure!

Awesome experience! Had my teens birthday party at this location, The manager Maui was spectacular, made sure we were good the whole time, the food especially the wings was delicious! Very friendly atmosphere, it was cooler that day and we were able to turn the heat on outside. Cannot wait to go again!! We have great memories.

The environment was cool but when you make a complaint good luck. I asked for a chilled patron shot and this yellow drink is what I received. We have a nice tab so in no way was I looking for a free drink. I figured maybe a lime or something fell in it. It tasted like water and even showing them the picture of the shot I received an oh well you took it we cannot do anything. My friend just ordered the same shot and hers was clear as day. Absolutely ridiculous.

Topgolf is always a cool spot especially, when you go with a good group of friends. The service was great! The boneless wings… not so good. The drinks were good. The ONLY Major problem I had, was it was my birthday and I didn’t want to have to wait too long so I made an online reservation that required a $15 deposit (no problem). But that deposit does not go towards ANYTHING. Basically, it’s a deposit that allows you to come in the door… even though it’s free to get in 🤔 the great waitress we had made it better but be aware.

I had a wonderful time, but I know next time, eat before I go. May want to have your own drink as well. Food was cold, overly priced extremely. Drinks were pretty much no alcohol and very high priced as well. For me my drink didn't have alcohol in it. I mentioned it to my server and he assured me it did, even though I'm the one drinking it. He did offer to make me another though, at the same price as the one I was already drinking. Horrible experience with me drink, and food, but even though the food was cold it did taste good for what it's worth.

Top golf Atlanta ⛳ was great until the server forgot to communicate before she started taking my food and throwing it away. I wanted to pack my food up. She was nice until then. I wished she would of just communicated that they needed to clean. Instead of telling us we can finish eating our dessert at the bar. As I was packing my dessert up the next group was already coming to the table. The lack of communication at the end I give them a three. It had only been less then 10 minutes after our play time was up. Don't rush me I just paid over $100. I just ask for clear communication as that was my dinner she threw out.

I always have a good time coming to top golf. The food is great, the drinks are great and so is the service. I think I ruptured my spleen swinging for the fences. These nachos are amazing. The flatbread pizza and the bbq brisket are always winners. Love coming here.

Paid over $500 for a kids bday party. We had a total of 3 bays. From 2-4. Checking in for the party was kind of crazy But the experience didn't get any better. Apparently, we had 4 too many parents in attendance. We were asked by a manager to ask the parents to go to a bar down the street and come back to pick up their kids...NEVER. We asked if we good buy another bay and we were told yes, but it would be on another floor from the kids. HUH??? Do people just leave their kids. I guess we were not moving fast enough...the manager went and got his manager. Who should have come in the first place. He was much more accommodating and miraculously found us a bay near the kids party. While I do understand restrictions and COVID guidelines, the delivery from the initial manager could've been better. He was like a blood hound, kept coming by counting, asking people (who were waiting on their bill) to leave, he even threatened to stop having the waitress serve us...if people didnt leave immediately. No problem stop serving us...you lose money...we keep money. The kids had a great time and disnt notice they chaos l, but I think the parents were feed up and probably hesitant to return. ***Our Waitress (Randi) was amazing, despite the obvious pressure that was being put on her too by management.

Food, drinks, and golf! Always a great time! This location is large and has a bar and plenty of food options. The golf is fun too, even when you're terrible at it like me. Highly recommend for a fun friends outing or work social.

Loved it. Had such a great time. Our server Dee was awesome on time with the drinks and service. She was familiar with the menu and drink options and offered the perfect suggestions. The food was good and presented appealingly. Could have been bigger portions though. The mixed drinks were really good. I would recommend this outing for friends, family or corporate outings.

Great experience. It was my first time at a Topgolf and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Chase was a real cool dude who was patient, helpful, and checked on us just the right amount of times. When he noticed my burger hadn’t made it to the table yet (without me saying anything), he apologized and made it happen quickly. The food certainly is priced more than it’s worth but that’s to be expected at any place that doesn’t allow outside food/beverages. Alcoholic drinks aren’t anywhere near worth the price for what you get. The games offered are pretty sweet. We especially enjoyed the Angry Birds collaboration. Although this place lacked in a few areas for such a pricey experience, the level of service we received definitely made it worthwhile. Also, it’s Atlanta during a pandemic — of course you should make a reservation to visit anywhere you can.

Showed up at 11:30 in the morning, top floor had zero people, bottom floor had zero people and they told us it was a 3 hour wait. Kind of ridiculous to be open but only able to serve a couple of people.

The food is amazing and a great overall atmosphere. The bays are heated so even when it's cold outside you stay nice and warm. I recommend getting an appointment before going though otherwise you might have to wait a long time.

Were here out of town and wanted to take our son to play, the parking lot is almost empty and they told us a 3 hour wait, due to no servers on the 1st and 3rd floor. Ridiculous.

A little more costly than I would value as being worth it but my family and I had a good time.

Extremely fun...will be going back soon.

The food was good! It was the servers that we had. We had two different ones while there. The first one had an attitude.! Then she came to us and told us she was leaving and some other girl came a black girl. Don't know why! But the white server (Nanesi C.) I think this was her name.We took from her that she didn't want to serve us so she got a black girl to do so. Because she never left. Both girls came with an attitude. FROM THE START!!!! This the reason for the three stars.
