Y’all I don’t know what they doing in that kitchen. Who puts tomato sauce in grits??? It’s not specified in the item description on the menu. This meal was $18, plus 20% mandatory tip added. Menu price for cocktail read $14, when I got the receipt it was $17. The food is microwave/ fake and bake quality and it’s only 5 meal options on a brunch menu: shrimp, grits, or waffles and eggs. I advised I’m not happy with my food, the manager offered to make it over bc all sales are final, but I didn’t want it anymore. No flavor, runny grits and 5 chewy shrimp smh. How y’all pose to be upscale but serving microwave dishes??

I went to Brunch on Sunday. Online reservations highly recommended. Parking is $15 and $35 for VIP. Securiy check at door. LGBTQ friendly. Staff was friendly and attentive. Outside and indoor patio seating available. 2 hour time limited on tables. Food was the best!! Very tasteful, hot, and quick. Only issue was the dirty cups used to serve warm mimosas. I pulled mines in plastic cup over ice. Very lively atmosphere, great music and ATL favor. Looking to experience what ATL has to offer, than this is a must go to. I left day party tipsy and full!

My steak and eggs were delicious with strong drinks! Service started well BUT server end up forgetting about us a few times. My spinach didn’t arrive with my food so once she finally came back I told her I no longer want the spinach BUT she stated she couldn’t remove the spinach, there’s no sour cream and forgot to bring my friend his drink. I can see she was doing too much in probably took on too many tables. I think she forgot to put our second round of drink orders in to enjoy with our food. Soon after so much time we just wanted to pay & leave. I still enjoyed the patio and food.

Im disappointed. 😳 I Made a reservation for 20 guests with a $200 deposit that goes towards the bill (which Is cool) . Parking was $40-$60 (which is cool). Though, what makes upset is that walking in the door, i was told that each of my guests had to pay $20 to walk through the door. (WHY WAS THIS NOT EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN RESERVING VIA TELEPHONE??) . Walking in, i was expecting to be seated at tables NOT a section. There is nothing “Restaurant” about Atlantis.. The food was decent. I feel shame to have brought my ppl here. Though, i would come again but alone or with a plus one because i liked the dj and my server! Overall , i feel as if Atlantis is overrated and should work on communicating everything that should be know when reserving. But we made the best of it for my birthday !

Visited on a Saturday during brunch. The food was pretty good and reasonably priced surprisingly. I had the fried Lobster with fried shrimp and mac n cheese. Service was also good. However, for a place that charged $20 for parking, $60 for ONE mimosa pitcher and automatic 20% gratuity, I expected real glassware for the mimosas and real silverware instead of takeout packages of plasticware and a piece of napkin.

Great vibe, went to brunch...go for the waffles instead of the pancakes if you opt for the southern breakfast. Food was good, but got cold waiting for server to bring silverware, server was very nice but a tad bit slow. A little loud inside, but patio area was perfect. Day party brunch was pretty cool if you like that sort of thing. Be prepared for $10 or $20 valet parking. There is no street parking available nearby. Overall good experience.

Pricey! Server was awesome! DJ was amazing! Manager was rude and unprofessional. But we didn't let that ruin our visit!

Brunch here is extremely overpriced for what you get. Microwaved cold food. Fake eggs. Pancakes taste like sand. $45 for bottomless mimosa per person. Awful customer service as well.

Can’t enter the restaurant unless you park in their parking lot for $20, as opposed to the cheaper parking lot that’s right next door. Honestly, the parking attendants from the adjacent lot had better customer service than the restaurant attendants. 20% Gratuity is automatically included, regardless of party size, which probably explains why our waitress wasn’t good, she already knew she was getting paid. There was only four of us. The mimosas are $60/pitcher which is extreme considering the glasses are plastic/cheap and don’t appear very clean. Food was okay and it came out quickly. Wouldn’t recommend brunch here.

I had a birthday party last Saturday and it was such an amazing experience! It was busy but the manager (Ahade) was able to find me and my people a section. Great management! My waitress ( Rose) was very attentive and brought a cake out with sparklers for me! She made sure i found me phone when i lost it, and made sure all my friends were taken care of. The music is so good and the DJ gave me a shout out with my bottle. The food was great and came out very quickly. It really felt like everyone was there for my birthday🤗. It was my first time in an Atlanta club and I will definitely be back!

Food was great. Fried lobster and jumbo shrimp were worth the wait; I def recommend. But the wait is truly agonizing. Music being played by the DJ made me gig a bit...so the environment was entertaining.

Decided to drop in for a to go order. I originally wanted the creamy spinach alfredo, they didn’t have it. I then ordered the rice pilaf and spinach , they didn’t have it. So I had to SETTLE on mashed potatoes and asparagus. The asparagus was over cooked and I gave one star for the mashed potatoes being alright. I also ordered the peach cobbler for 10.00 the portion size was nothing like what was pictured on the site and it had no flavor . Just pitiful.

Made reservations for 6 people which was a birthday dinner. Was told to pay $20 or $40 for parking once I arrived. Then had to pay $20 entry. Nothing on their site states paid parking nor entry fees for reservations. I complained and people blamed the promoter. Please go to Suite Lounge there is no fee to enter and you have the option to pay valet or park free. They overcharged for 1 shot and I have pictures to post. There are too many places in ATLANTA that have a cleaner, safer, environment without the additional fees. There website doesn't mention cover or parking. Beware!!

Amazing food, drinks and customer service! Make a reservation! We were here to watch the NFC Championship game and didn't know to make reservations, but that were so great in accommodating us. We ate chicken and waffles, shrimp & grits, wings & fries. All very tasty. They have unlimited mimosas during brunch - Heaven! We'll definitely be back.

Went here for Sunday brunch. $20 for valet parking. The food was great. The music was kinda loud on the inside. Overall it has a great vibe and food.

Most of the tables are exclusive VIP sections or you have to stand up or sit in the lounge outside. The most cost effective drink is $290.00. I had a great time. Party like atmosphere and good food.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! The waitress are rude. SERVICE IS THE WORSE! We sat at a table 45 min waiting on someone to notice us and we made reservations. The waitress then came to us with an attitude as if she didn’t want to serve us. My thing is why be a waitress if you have bad peoples skills. The food was dry! (fried Shrimp over cooked)

I had dinner at the Atlantis Restaurant and Lounge twice. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is better. Great service. They recently started serving breakfast which is Indian and traditional British food and that was also very good.

I absolutely love this spot! Came in for a Brunch for 1 and sat at the bar with bottomless, brunch, and hookah! My bartender Nialah made my experience the best! Kept the mimosas flowing and was always checking in on me. The DJ was amazing and the vibe was just right. They had the football games on all TVs. Parking was easy and getting seated was quick and easy. Thank you Nialah at Atlantis

Went to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. Decent restaurant, like the outdoor covered deck and live dj but the food was okay. I had the fried lobster tail, shrimp with mac and cheese. The tail was tastefully breaded but it was a very small piece of lobster. I get it covid has changed things for businesses. The drinks were watered down, my mimosa was almost room temp. I asked for extra napkins and was given towels that go in the bathroom dispenser.

I went here with a group a friends to celebrate a birthday. We were sat upon arrival with a waitress. It was seven of us and we all ordered food but once our food came the waitress was no where to be found. Since I couldn’t locate our waitress I ordered drinks from the bar. Once the waitress came back to the table and realized we ordered drinks at the bar she got extremely nasty and said we had to leave and called security. I tried to explain to our waitress that I went to the bar since I couldn’t find her for over 30 mins and she told me not to touch her and we had to leave. I then spoke with a super nice and considerate security guard who recommended I speak with the manager. The manager ultimately sided with the waitress by saying if we order from the bar we can no longer sit in our section. I let the manager know I will never return to the establishment. They should worry about providing better customer service than who is taking drink orders.

I was told by the waitress I had to get up because our table had a 2 hour limit. However other tables have been here longer than us. I came from Florida and wanted to visit due to hearing great things but I must say I don't think I will be spending my money here again! I don't know if it was racial or just a policy but I assume it wasn't since when I mentioned it management accommodated us with a bottle of wine and apology. I still was seated then was ignored until I had to pull a waitress aside and let her know I wanted to order some food. I feel an establishment like this should have better Customer service and not make their customers feel unwanted.

😠 DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Terrible service! The server cannot remember what you ordered…it cannot be that hard to write it down. Friends waited for (Hennessy) drinks…at the same table for an hour and 15min. It took the bartender 3 tries….It took over an hour to get food even with a reservation. YOU CAN...
