    This place should simply close. I arrived around 1:50 waited over 30 mins for a server. The host when we walked in informed us of everything they didn’t have, pasta, ranch, potatoes, and a few other essential food items … we agreed & sat as we were coming for $5 margaritas. There was no seats at the bar, the server eventually came… she was the only one working the dining room. 1 bartender 1 server & 1 host who sat on her phone in the corner… the food came first the margaritas came as desert I suppose… for a Sunday afternoon this was a hour plus wait for a quick bite & the best thing was the salad. I understand being understaffed due to pandemic but when you have 2 employees and 10 tables sat & a full bar you should close. The whole entire restaurant is in despair at this point.

    I ordered through door dash and it was a terrible experience. Once I started eating the food had a weird taste. I put my fork down because I thought I saw hair. When I picked it up it was instead a baby roach. I was disappointed and disgusted. I will never go again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else go.

    My family went to dinner last night. When we arrived we were sat immediately. Our server Jeremiah approached with plastic ware. He took our order without having to write anything down and got all the orders right! The food took a while to come out... I order the surf and Turf. My steak was good but overcooked. I requested med well but it was well done. My brocalli was very plain and pungent. The loaded mashed potatoes were really good. My mom ordered a burger and she loved it. My hubby got the pick 3 and his food came out cold! Jeremiah had it redone fresh. Everything was good except the fries. You could taste the oil on them and they forgot the season. The drinks were really good and strong. My niece got the Buffalo wings and they were dry. Looked like they barely put sauce on them. I would go back but wouldn't order anything fried. I hate that oily taste hopefully they clean their oil.

    Shaquioa was a Great server I enjoyed my stay and I will be back thank you. Food was fresh and good and I appreciated my seating. Everything was clean from the tables dinning area to the restrooms.

    So I ordered through doordash and the food I received I just couldn't believe the cook still decided to package my food and still send .This is ridiculous and unacceptable. PEOPLE IF ITS AFTER TEN AND YOU DONT CLOSE TIL 11:30 OR 12 .We the customers still want fresh food .Employees get lazy and just do paying customers any kind of way .

    This was the WORST experience I have had. We sat down at 7:00 p.m and I’m writing this review at 9:00. We only have drinks that took 30 minutes to receive. We switched servers twice and on top of all the confusion we were giving a long, extended list of items that they were out of. We couldn’t order burgers, pasta, chicken fingers, salmon, no corn, no chili— at Chills, no lemonade, and no chips. I was jaw dropped honestly, he sat us and let us look at the menu; then proceeded to ask us what we wanted, knowing they we’re missing items. Another thing I found funny, was how we were rushed to order and half the menu was missing. We could’ve went to another restaurant and skipped all this but they were more concerned with the dollar, mind you the dollar that comes from the customer, which is us. If I could leave no stars I definitely would. Now… to top it all off the light above us is broken and there was PLENTY of places we could of sat. They honestly need to close until they can get it together. That’s all.

    My family and I walk into the Chilis and the first thing we noticed is the “short staffed” sign place on the door, so we obviously expected slow service, but never did we expect the HORRIBLE service that we were faced against. We were seated and not attended to until one of us flagged down a server… we ordered and waited for our drinks which wasn’t too bad, but all the trouble started when they brought out the food! My crispy chicken sandwich reeked of peanut butter, and it also tasted like it, due to the old peanut oil. The Chicken on our salad was uncooked and cold, and so was some of our other food. Ultimately, the food was terrible along with the service, if you want to have a good day DON’T COME HERE!

    Visited Chili’s and it was not good. I ordered the sizzling fajitas and there was nothing sizzling. The rice was definitely not fresh and over cooked to mush. The chicken was bland. The steak was over cooked and the peppers and onions were watery and salty. The roasted street corn was cold. I will not return to this location again. Definitely not worth the money that was spent.

    So I just ordered a to go order of the shrimp bowl. I opened it when I got home and there was barely any food in it. I wish I had taken a pic. About a teaspoon of each ingredient and 3 1/2 shrimp. Seriously? I had to go and get another plate of food elsewhere just to get a normal portion. A waste of my money. The only positive was that the server that brought me the food was quick and polite.

    Went here on a date with my BF. We both got the fajita dinner , it was really great , server was great overall great experience. Definitely recommend and will revisit.

    Not bad. Service was pretty good. Food was pretty good, nothing amazing, but it hit the spot. Drinks were good. Ended up getting steak fajitas and the cocunut margarita.

    CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION - We often frequent Chili's because this is my son's favorite spot. Today, three only difference was we visited the location at Camp Creek vs. Stockbridge. The service was horrible, the food was trash, and the drinks were watered down. EVERYTHING came out cold and incorrect. We had to send it back twice. Third time, we asked for a manager. The manager came over talking before we could even say one thing. They knew the errors. She offered to make the food over and for the inconvenience give is 2 baskets of fries, but we only got one. My daughter never received her food so I ended up giving here mines. Everything was cold. The only thing good was the fries. Our server lacked customer service skills and was rude asl. If you're hungry and craving Chili's, DONT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!

    Went for lunch with my family and was definitely disappointed. Our order come out in a decent amount of time, but the potato soup was room temperature and served with no spoon. When we let the waitress know she had an attitude about it. Other food was okay… but it definitely seemed like the staff there were just for a check. The chilli’s we eat at back home would make this place look like a joke. Thankfully the kids food was hot and fresh

    A soft reminder to ALWAYS check your to-go orders! I ordered an 8pc lunch combo and was given this as an 8pc. What a joke! I ate on the fries on the ride home and discovered the wings when I got home.

    The service was garbage first of all you walking the door four five six tables of people eating the rest of the restaurant was empty so I ask how long is the wait the girl say let me ask the server because we only got one server so we waited about 30 minutes before we were seated the food was actually really good but unfortunately because of the service we will not be going back ever

    I placed an order through Uber Eats and it was horrible! The worst was the spinach queso dip. They sent a small cup of spinach leaves with about a teaspoon of queso and unmelted shredded cheese. An absolute joke. Needless to say, they’ll NEVER get anymore of my money.

    They wait tonight was only suppose to 20 minutes. Atleast that’s what was given to us. We waiting 37 minute before receiving a table. After receiving the table we waited and addition 20 minutes before we were greeted only for the server to tell us that she’ll be with us shortly. Meanwhile we are watching her serve everyone else collect checks, run back and forth to gather food for other table. I wasn’t even offered a drink. Horrible service, I totally understand some restaurants are low on staff between Covid and taxes but this is ridiculous. The host didn’t even notice that we were never waited on and continued to wish us a good night After waiting another 8 minutes. we just assumed we were not going to be served and left the establishment. Literally waisted two hours of my night to receive no service.

    If I could give this place a zero I would, but aside from the fact that our car got broken into, the food was at least good. This Chili's specifically has a lot of car break ins according to the manager, so be careful. Bring all belongings inside. Staff was nice in letting us know about the incident but its something had I known was a regular occurrence, I never would've come here. Manager also thinks its ex employees that are apart of the robberies at this location. Kinda sketchy that he thinks that... cameras don't seems to work very well either. Police take hours to show up if your car does get broken into. It's a terrible location. Be careful.

    Dining room was more than half empty, hostess said it would be 20 minutes to seat us. The couple in front of us left, we got seated and no one took our order for quite a bit. Once the food was ordered it came out super quick. Food was great.

    When you walk in you almost have to walk up to the bar to get someone to acknowledge you. I’ve been here and when I come in no one is there to greet us multiple times not just once or twice… then you stand there looking around for some help and no one comes. The over the phone order is a waste of time. I called once before I left my house which is 20 minutes away, I was still on the phone waiting to place an order when I got there, listening to that long automatic chilis message… to get the best service here, order online pick up in to go spot.

    Avoid this place if you value your time. Upon walking in there was no team member to be found. No one at the bar, no one at to go and no one at the host stand. Finally I spotted someone at the to go desk and was able to place my order. I was told my food would take 10 minutes. Over 30 minutes later the team member brought my food out. I get home and the buns to my big mouth burgers are soaked in honey chipotle wing sauce. The wings were fried hard, almost tasted like all breading and no chicken. I used to love Chilis but it may be time to find a new option.

    I reviewed this place on door dash but I apparently did it too soon. I originally gave them 3 stars for not having the coke and ranch dressing that I was charged for. Unacceptable. No excuse for missing something when you have a typed out list of items to be included. I've made mistakes and if I had written instructions and missed something, that was unacceptable as well. The chicken quesadillas were over fried and cold. I could blame that on the delivery driver but the rest of the hot food was pretty warm when it got here. The mozzarella sticks were very over fried as well. This order just reeks of laziness and poor management. Which is sad considering how expensive it is.

    Hadn't ate chillies in years and decided to give it a try. - order took 1.5 hours to prepare was delivered fast but still cold as if it was sitting before being given to the driver. - mashed potatoes was horrible and tossed in trash. No flavor and a bad aftertaste - salmon was horrible and tossed in garbage. No seasoning. - the Broccoli was had little brown specs like a bad crop. Not seasoning. - the ultimate pasta was fairly decent but they got the order wrong and added chicken. - I ordered 3 plates and received not 1 napkin, fork or condiment. Needless to say I won't be eating at chillies willingly for another decade or more.

    Literally just left, the waitress didn’t seem to be thrilled about work; no smile, greeting, I can’t even tell you her name. The food was literally NOT good. The young man bringing the food from the back was more courteous and respectful than the young lady serving us! Definitely won’t be visiting again.

    Great service! Being short staffed on Sunday, it was challangung to cover tables and and the bar area with two waitresses. Quick and efficient service, properly delivered beverages and meals - awesome! ...until I started to pay the bill on the little electronic device (little touch screen self service device) that you find on every table. Everything was correctly included on the bill - appetizer, meals, beverages, discounts/rewards. On the "Select the Tip" screen, the percentages/$$ amounts caught my attention. For a second I thought they were incorrect. The calculator assured me that tips of 18%, 20%, 22% are/were incorrect. The total amount for the tab was 44.74 (including tax $3.78). The 18% tip that was offered on the electronic device was $9.05. The 20% tip (of $44.74) was calculated as $10.05. The 22% = $11.06. I customized it and left a gratitude of $8.05 (18% of $44.74). Future customers, do not let these instruments trick you (Camp Creek management.....benefit of a doubt).

    So this was a fail as far as the service is concerned but the food is really good. Me and two other friends went here for lunch and it wasn't busy at all, however each of our meals came out separately. Again the food was amazing but we didn't really have lunch together. Fortunately the manager came out addressed the situation and agreed to comp the food for us. I felt bad for the waitress because I know she was fighting for us and I didn't have cash to leave a tip.

    Waitress was pretty polite, food took about 30 mins top was not crowded, ice cream was awful it tasted cheap cookie wasn’t done in the inside but ion mind eating half baked chocolate chip cookie. Plenty of food to take home afterwards. Will return overall

    The wait staff was super friendly. We had a large group and wanted to sit together but the manager advised the best they could do was seat us close to each other. " they weren't going to turn the tables for us". I'm assuming I ordered a popular dish as it came out quickly some item where not as hot/ "freshly prepared "as others. Ordered food to go which was not a hit for the family.... that henny rita was bomb tho.

    So I ordered curbside pick up, nobody ever came out. After 20min went by I went inside and my food was sitting on counter. They weren’t busy at all. Once she gave me the food it was cold so I asked if it could be remade. She caught an attitude and walked off with the food. She wasn’t sympathetic at all and she was moving very slowly after having me wait all that time because she neglected to read if it was curbside or pick up. Even the drink was watered down. Just go to another location, she was very unprofessional. She was light skinned and had a short blonde hair style with glasses on.

    Wish I could leave 0 stars. I should have taken the hint upon arrival. There was a mother and daughter that reported waiting 15 minutes and the hostess had not shown up. I had to go to the bar and request the hostess. He said she was in the back but he would go get her. 10 minutes later she comes out with a lackadaisical attitude. She seats the first pair then comes back for us but never greets us, drops or menus on the table and walks away wordlessly and disappears. We don't see her for 5-10 minutes. She reappears only to seat a family that came in. We flashed her down and asked to order. We ordered drinks appetizers and entrees at the same time, requesting to receive our apps and drinks first. Our apps came before our adult beverages. They had to be requested again! There was a nice young fellow that had brought our apps out that returned with only my drink! The bartender then appeared saying no frozen drinks. The young fellow appeared again much later but only had my food and was missing the extra slice of Texas toast. He said the cook said the other slice would be right out. The other person in my party had no food. My pasta was cold and looked as though someone had already started dining on it. My Texas toast was so hard that it clinked when I sat it down in my plate. The other person in my party food arrived 15 minutes after mine. They missed the hot sauce that was requested at time of ordering. This was overall a terrible experience. This store is in desperate need of an employee overhaul.

    Unfortunate experience, our server Jeremiah got us the wrong order, never asked what term we wanted our steak and brought us a different dish which was way more expensive and not worthy for the steak we got and dry broccoli. We make the mistake of paying without checking the bill. The manager instead of supporting better, emphasized a lot about the time it would take to hold the money in the account if she did the refund.

    This place should probably be closed for business. I think our server was the cook as well. Giving it 4 stars just because he was really trying. Ridiculous wait time for food with anempty restaurant. The bartender called in ,so no alcoholic beverages were available, unbelievable. Corporate office should do something.
