I Love it here! They literally have everything a healthy eater would love to eat! They have a variety of fruits and vegetables, and rice to go in the bowls. The only setback is the parking situation. They will boot you if you eat here then decide to walk the neighborhood. I always bring my dog with me, so it's nice to eat and then walk off your food afterwards. It doesn't matter if you paid $40 for two salad bowls and drinks; you are not allowed to walk off the premises after you eat or pay for your food. You would have to park elsewhere. If you park in their parking lot, you cannot leave the premises after dining. They watch you like a hawk. They have a guy sitting in a truck watching your every move. Two people got booted as we ate. They are extremely strict about parking. Other than the parking the food and juices are exceptionally delicious!

Let me start off by saying that I do not know why people eat nasty fast food when there is a place like Upbeet! Walking in: First glance: Clean and inviting, hip and fresh environment. The staff will greet you. They are well groomed, neat and virtuous. Ordering is easy and the lay out is spectacularly lengthly with everything explained and named and staff are always willing to lend a helping word. The variety is very impressive. Anyway who is looking for clean organic food will find a wide layout of fruits and veggies, cooked and uncooked to suit a plethora of pallets. They have meat and fish and if you want to skip the meat and not the protein, they have beyond meat. They have healthy fruit bowls and drinks. Another added bonus is their plastic cutlery and bowls. All biodegradable and as you can see in the pictures, they also recycle. You can ask for any better. This place is amazing in every sense of the word and should be in every 5 star listing in GA. It isn't just clean food, it is the experience. When you have good clean food options with service of excellence and squeaky clean interior, you guys know how I am.....this spot has it all. I drive 2 hours just for this pleasant dining experience and it is well worth every drop of gas. I hope this restaurant grows and flourishes all over GA and then coast to coast as it really is a beautifully put together dining concept. I can't wait to return. Bravo

I think this place similar to sweetgreen, but upbeet has more meat options, Grain options and they sale smoothies. They give alot of food in your bowl which is good. I felt like the kale was chopped to large and my sweet potatoes chunks weren’t done all the way through. My preference is sweetgreen, the quality there is great all the time and it’s slightly better priced. However, this place is definitely worth a try to determine your own preference.

I’ve given this place two tries and yes it looks fresh but the bowls always end up like a big bowl of mush I am dairy free due to a serious dairy sensitivity and there’s definitely some form of dairy in the way they prepare their food. It could be a preservative there are lots of dairy hidden things out there and I think it’s irresponsible for them to call their dishes dairy free when they truly are not!

I love their smoothies, but they need to get their hours straight and work on their service. The sticker on the door said they open at 8am for smoothies. I went at 10:40am and the door was locked. Went back at 11am, and the lady seemed exasperated that I was there. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had this type of interaction. I understand in fast food places the service won’t be great because employees don’t get paid enough. But this place is not cheap. Açai bowls are $12-$14. Maybe instead of the image of sustainability, they can pay their staff better and provide them training.

Very reliable spot for healthy food. As their menu says, its mostly organic, made quickly much like a chipotle style line, and there is a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Parking wasn’t terrible but its a tough intersection to enter. I did a build your own bowl which was delicious but it does get very pricey (over $21 before tip for a bowl for lunch. This makes it impossible to come here consistently unless you’re legitimately rich).

After trying all the healthy food spots in Atlanta, I’d say Upbeet is the best of them all. There’s a huge variety of options here and they really pride themselves on have the freshest ingredients- tons of gluten free and vegan options as well. The smoothies here are delicious too. My personal favorite is the macro bowl with grilled chicken. My body feels incredible afterwards which is a testament to the quality of their ingredients. The price is very reasonable and the vibes of the restaurant when dining in are very cozy and welcoming. Picking up is a breeze too- they have designated pickup spots and you can just text their number and they’ll bring your order out to your car.

One of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta. Today I had the coconut kale salad which had a homemade ginger miso dressing which was absolutely fresh, flavorful and filling. I also strongly recommend getting one of their lemonades. Another favorite salad of mine is the Aloha bowl.

Upbeet was a delightful brunch spot for my friend and I. We both got açaí bowls that were delicious. The service was exceptional and the space is open and clean. Lots of seating both indoors and out. We stayed and worked for a bit on the patio and it was perfect.

I am a VERY loyal customer. I am here at least once a week. I love love love their Beyond Taco bowl! The reason I am rating 3 stars is that the service is so hit or miss here and not knowing what to expect when I come is extremely off putting. I have a number of examples and I will share a couple below. While coming during the pandemic, there is typically a line outside because they limit the number of people inside. This can be inconvenient but it is absolutely the right thing to do. Today I arrived and there was a huge crowd on the inside and no one regulating the amount of people coming inside. People were sitting at tables marked as unavailable for social distancing. There’s usually a hand sanitizer station right by the register that I use upon entering and even that was not there today. I don’t understand how they are prioritizing safety one day and not the next. Online ordering for pick up is extremely hit or miss. I have used online many times but had to stop because sometimes they completely FORGET to bring your order outside. One time I honked my horn and everything while watching them look at my car parked in the curbside station. I waited over 20 mins after texting the pick up number before going inside and complaining. My food was just sitting on the bench by the door that whole time so I requested the manager. The manager unnecessarily mentioned that she didn’t like my tone although I was rightfully upset. She did eventually give me a gift card and have my food remade. This was appreciated, but the entire experience was avoidable and her response to me was inappropriate. In that situation and others when I am waiting extended periods in my car for the food to be brought out, it is impossible to reach the restaurant via phone call to let someone know you’re out there. I have even sent an email once to the feedback link on the website and I never got a response. Online ordering gives limited options for example I want to add black beans to my beyond taco bowl and I cannot do that online. You cannot order lemonades online. That could be improved significantly. Overall, I am consistently surprised that such a beautiful and tasty restaurant can be so mismanaged. The people who work the food line are always extremely friendly and they always know what goes in the bowls and give generous portions. I really appreciate them! Please improve the management and logistics so that I can continue to comfortably eat here. Thank you!

This place is cool. It’s not great but it’s alright. The outside patio has fans above you to keep it nice and cool. Parking seems limited af. I didn’t like how many flying insects were around. Didn’t seem to be a concern either for the employees. Food could be more flavorful.

Very aesthetic, modern Poke Bowl / Salad restaurant. Amazing service: fast and friendly. Tried the Aloha Bowl with slight modifications / alterations (free of charge) and was pleasantly surprised. May seem to be a bit on the pricier end, but the amount of food was plentiful and the Poke was high quality.

Delicious!!!!!! My favorite Coconut Kale. Just one thing, the vents for the HVAC are exactly above the food, and probably for condensation and maintenance issues sometimes drip on the foods trays. Other that. That is great.

Talk about delicious... We got the Fiesta Bowl and Curry Up Bowl. They were both delicious. Easily can make two meals out of one salad. The ingredients were fresh and tasted great! Looking forward to my next meal there. 😋

I been going here for the last few years and the quality is so consistent with this spot. They have literally everything you can imagine and they are vegan/vegetarian friendly. They cater to a wide variety of health conscious individuals so if you are allergic to all types of food, they got you. I used to be vegan and found it hard to find good vegan protein sources. This place has got the best tofu and tempeh choices to choose from. If you are picky, customize your own bowl. If you are new, pick from their set menu. No matter what you get, just know that you can taste how fresh and well prepared each of the ingredients are. Don’t even get me started on their smoothies and lemonades. Absolutely beautiful spot with even better food ! The vibes are emancipate here 🙌🏻

Lots of food options, smoothies and smoothie bowls but the services was such a let down I’m not excited to return. We ordered 2 Smoothie bowls which were healthy and tasty but we waited so Long it really lost the vibe. We saw the food bowls getting made quickly and many people their food First even those that arrived after us. Whoever was in charge of smoothie bowls was not really on it.

The food is great! Portions are good as well. The price is not bad for the area. Got the curry bowel and as you can see I ate a lot before I realized I had to take a picture. Parking is free but getting there during rush hour with your car is trouble some. The inside ambience is great as well and there is out door sitting.

The food is excellent. This is just a place you have to pull up and give it a chance. I almost didn't come inside but I'm glad I did. Everything was perfect even the service, Jasmine IS "Upbeet" and very pleasant and funny. The ambiance is perfect and so is the volume of the music. Everything was perfect so this is definitely in my top 10! *UPDATE* I’ve been here 5 times so far total, last time I came I had the Curry Up, and the sweet potatoes complement the bowl nicely.

Great healthy alternative to the Sweetgreen across the street, and other local spots. They have salads, but also warm grain bowls, and smoothies. Pretty large portions for the bowls, and if you add a smoothie you’ll definitely be full - with some to spare. I gave four stars for the parking entrance (there’s always traffic and multiple people turning at this intersection) and the sometimes *very* long lines inside. Just order ahead and check it out. Recommended.

I went for a healthy lunch option and was very happy with the options, both the bowl menu items as well as build your own. There are endless possibilities and the sauce options I have tried so far have been excellent. Overall a delicious lunch with a good serving size and decent prices, I can imagine it’s popular with the new office buildings in the area. Dog friendly as well on the patio.

Someone recommended Upbeet to me and they did not disappoint. I ordered the Chinese Takeout bowl and the Beach House smoothie. Both were amazing. I went back the next day to order them again. The Chinese Takeout bowl was huge and delicious. The Beach House smoothie was smooth and also delicious. It is worth the drive! Oh! the staff members were polite and professional. The General Manager was there and her poise and knowledge of the ingredients was amazing. I highly recommend Upbeet for great quality food, smoothies and professionalism. I hope that they are able to open a location in the Milton/Alpharetta/Roswell areas. #organic

Disappointing. A trainee made my salad and had clearly never even watched anyone make a bowl before. Even with instruction from a trainer, he struggled to do it right. He gave me a very small portion of all the ingredients and the salad didn’t even fill me up. Usually, I’m stuffed after eating at Upbeet. On top of that, the homemade ranch tasted nothing like ranch and the sriracha, too. The Buffalo Chicken Salad didn’t have a “buffalo” flavor whatsoever. A total fail this time at Upbeet.

The level of service depends on the manager. I’m there every single day at least twice a day and depending on who’s managing they treat me like they just don’t care. Food is good. Morning manager (who happened to be the night manager today) she is below average. I’m complaining but it’s close to my house somewhat affordable and they have vegan options. I’m hoping competition opens up because meh. ALSO I’m pretty positive that the last couple of days the sweet cashew dressing had CHEESE in it.

  • 4/5 Sierra M. 3 years ago on Google
Edit: today I was met with rudeness by both the person serving me and the cashier. Out of macadamia nuts, and didn’t offer a substitute until I didn’t see the nuts on my bowl and asked about it. Then told me I’d have to pay extra to substitute beets. My thought is if you’re out of something, make it right. Still four stars, but if I’m paying 15$ a bowl once a week I expect premium service. Before: Staff is always friendly and smiling. Food is always delicious and healthy. Nice and refreshing change of pace to the usual restaurant routine.

Wow! This place is super clean! I’m COVID19 cautious and this place get an A!!! All employees wear mask, they are constantly cleaning and wiping tables down. So getting to the food! This is my favorite restaurant when I am in the mood for something healthy and hearty. I come here often and they have never disappointed my palate. My favorite items on the menu are the bamboo rice, lentils, agave sriracha tofu, and their cashew lime dressing. The ingredients are always quality and fresh. If you are ever in the area I highly recommend you give them a try.

I love this place! The good tastes delicious. The ingredients are fresh and organic. The service is fast and friendly. During peak business hours there can be a wait.... but it's always worth it! I highly recommend this place to all my friends and especially ones that in from out of town. It's in an up and coming area of the city so there are cute shops nearby if you want to do that. I love how you can create your own bowl of choose from the pre-designed bowls. which are great! I'm huge fan of the Aloha bowl! You can't go wrong with it!

I have nothing bad to say about this place! You can build yourself a delicious bowl with fresh and organic, healthy ingredients and not to mention the workers there are so friendly and patient! Has a nice spacious parking lot so makes it easier for parking despite the area being located in a busy area in west midtown. Would deff recommend!

I found Upbeet a few months ago when I was scoping out new Vegan/Vegetarian restaurants. Upbeet did not disappoint, and they will have a customer in me for a long time. First, I want to say that the staff is always friendly, and it always seems like such a positive atmosphere, even at times when I've come and they're clearly extremely busy. The food should speak for itself!! It is usually difficult for me to find new eateries because of limited menus, but here, I feel like there are so many options to chose from, which I absolutely love. Also, thanks to the staff for giving me some great recommendations; the curry coconut dressing is amazing & the hemp seeds really do add a little kick to my bowl. Last thing, their BBQ Tempeh is one of the best flavored proteins I've tried. Keep up the great everything!! :)

  • 5/5 Christina B. 3 years ago on Google
Wide variety of vegan, vegetarian and meat options for dishes and smoothies. They're only seating at half capacity so you may need to take it to go, but it travels well.

  • 1/5 Elizabeth B. 3 years ago on Google
This review is for their online order service, which is terrible. When they package your food, they don’t mix it. It doesn’t look anything like the photos on their website. They just put all the ingredients side by side in a bowl, with separate sauce on the side, and make you mix it together yourself. When we asked them to mix it like they do when you order inside, they refused, saying they don’t have time to do that for their online customers. It’s sad they treat their Covid-19 conscious customers less favorably than those who eat in the restaurant.

There are some good items here. Line is fast-paced though. I was disappointed in the guacamole and very hard, dry falafel, which I paid $2 and $4 for respectively, but overall, very good option for vegans and omnivores. I wish the mushrooms were sliced. I'm not rushing back, but not counting this place out either.

Food was okay but customer service lacked, majorly. Specifically with the Assistant manager, Cali. I went into upbeet because my brother worked there & because he was talking to me, the Assistant asked my brother why he was talking to a “thot” so much. I am without words. How does upbeet hire and promote individuals whom lack hospitality and promote disrespect? It’s safe to say I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I've only ever done pickup/to-go orders. The people who bring out the food orders are always very friendly and hospitable; I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. That alone is one of the main reasons I continue to return here...the service. The other reason is because my "create your own bowl" is always delish!

The salads are so good that I have been driving 20 minutes once a week for them since this is the only location in the whole city even though they have been saying on their website for years that they are getting more locations. When they have all the ingredients in stock the food is good but they are often out of stock the line is usually out the door because they refuse to have more locations and they are constantly changing their hours. Due to the pandemic they started closing at 830 so I have been driving 20 minutes to get here before that time then when i do arrive they are often out of the hot ingredients that I want which makes me wonder why I drove so far in the first place. Then tonight at 7:20 I called the restaurant to make sure they have all the ingredients I like before I drive 20 minutes in the rain. On the phone the lady forgot to mention they changed their hours again!! I get there at 8:02 and am surprised to find them closing up and I am unable to order they changed their hours up from 830 to 8. You didn’t think to say that on the phone??? I can make my own damn salad this bs and headache is not worth it.

Goodness, the food is SO GOOD! I love all the freshness of what they offer and am a frequent visitor to the bowls and the smoothie section. My reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel like customer service can be really hit or miss. I’ve had some of the friendliest people helping me and then some not so friendly people helping me. This is just an added piece of feedback and not an indicator of my rating, but I would love if they would make nutrition information available!

I love Upbeet! However, the district manager (A Melanated Woman) was being very rude and demanding. Story is, I had come to one of my favorite places to eat and I wanted to use the bathroom before eye ordered. This “Manager” asked me if I was going to purchase something. I said yes, but I wanted to use the bathroom first. She could’ve said “alright, we’ll see you when you’re ready to order” but nope... She says “you are not allowed to use our bathrooms until you order something or I’m gonna have to ask you to leave” as she opens the exit. Feeling forced to order so I can use the bathroom, I didn’t even get all that I came there for because her attitude was very distasteful and apathetic. So I took some photos of the location and I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name(if she didn’t do anything wrong she would have been happy to), then she forced me to leave the premises. How, is it possible for someone like that to be a district manager for such a wonderful company? I’m largely disappointed and I’ll be writing reviews so no one else gets blindsided by this woman. Anyways, Thank you for the very pleasant experiences before today, hopefully I don’t have to experience her(the district manager) ever again.

I visited Upbeet and ordered the Macro bowl. I enjoyed it. It has brown rice, roasted Brussel sprouts, roasted sweet potato’s, lentil and cauliflower. The cauliflower was very crunchy. I would have wanted it a little tender. I would want to try broccoli instead of cauliflower next. The detox dressing is great! Healthy and delicious.
