Rooms are spacious, Neat and clean, well stocked. Pool is very nice with two hot tubs. Good variety of slot machines good selection of food choices from casual and inexpensive to very upscale and pricey. Parking lot is easy to access and valet parking is also available. Good rewards program, drink service on the casino floor can be very slow and buffet has various days and hours that it may be closed so best to call and inquire if the buffet is open if you plan to eat there.

Beautiful rooms, $5 only to park all other casinos $10 (Golden Nugget free). Friendly help, first class service. I had a small issue with my room and they comped my resort fee for both nights!. Buffet was good as well, nice variety of tables games, clean casino. This and Oceans are the best. All Atlantic City slots are tight but that's how the casino makes $$$.

My first time at the Borgata and it was a wonderful experience. My boyfriend booked a weekend getaway for us and I was surrounded by 'the feelings I love to have'. The Borgata had a nice clean smell, bathrooms, elevators were in great shape. We made reservations for all activities. Food at the restaurants were welcoming to my taste buds. The corridors outside the hotel rooms were kept up to excellent standards. We reserved seats for The eighties rock band and had a blast. Definitely going back and I invite you to go to the Borgata. You'll not be disappointed

Rooms were beautiful and clean. Ample security measures (key card required to access elevator lobby and car. Only able to access designated floor). Beds are very comfortable. Check in can be done via app which is very convenient. Cigarette smoke allowed on casino floor. Would be nice if it was better ventilated, the smell hits you hard.

I know it's a casino, but it was definitely second-hand smoke being served on a platter in there. It was very beautiful inside the lobby areas...all around. I like that you have to use your key card to go into your room area, especially in the elevator. There was security, which made me feel better. I had my kids with me, and it was nice. The pool area was great. This was a last-minute trip, but we made due, and everything was great.

It was an awesome experience. I loved my view from my room. The atmosphere was great and the staff was nice. So gorgeous inside as well. The daily floral displays were beautiful. The chandeliers to die for. The food was amazing. I'm not too happy about losing in the casino though. Lol.... I would definitely go back.

Everything was wonderful in the casino and the concert was amazing! We ate at the metropolitan! Fantastic food and a wonderful fun atmosphere throughout. I love the pool and laying in the sun before check out. What I didn't like was I didn't know the last time our hotel room was cleaned! I had to wipe all glass surfaces and the bathroom floor as there was hair like they don't vacuum ! It was pretty dusty. Overall we had a good time.

Make sure to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be disappointed. The casino and hotel are pretty cool but its the Buffet open till 9 that has my heart. There is a really solid variety and I'm here a weekday off-season... Still really solid. Pretty diverse food options; they even have sugar free dessert items (which I think is gross but nice to see for people who need em).

We stayed on the MGM side this time( Water Club) its received an update since last we were there.. it's nice but no wow, we like the suites on the Borgata side better. Service: seemed erratic,(great at Bread & Butter even when short-staffed, not great at reception/check in & out)...The hotel is the nicest option in AC...Added Positive: We've never stayed when holiday decor is up, very pretty!!! Opportunities: SO many taxes applied to the bill; SO many kids in the pool/sun room- NOT relaxing, Not many stores are left, most to the ones that are there, are not open during the week... We'll go back but hope the improvements to get back to its glory continue...

What a great place. I got treated like a king from the moment I walked in the door. The slots and table games were amazing. The food and shopping was top notch with the buffet being my favorite. The Starbucks was busy as usual but the line was moving steady. Our room was spectacular and we both rested very well. I absolutely love the customer service by every staff member during our stay. It really seemed like anything we asked for or any questions we had were met with a smiling happy to help you staff member. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Rooms are nice but dirty. Housekeeping needs to take more time per room and make sure it's dusted and cleaned properly. Soap scum on the shower glass. I expected more for the money. Away from the boardwalk so it's better for a short winter getaway. Weekends are so busy it's hard to get a spot at a bar. The nightclub is an extra fee to guests. The shopping wasn't that great at the hotel.

This was my first time staying at the Borgata and it will not be my last. The staff were friendly. The casino dealers were in a good mood and willing to help people understand the table games better. Special shout out to Michael at the craps tables. He kept everyone in good spirits and gave me some pointers at craps. The room that I had was nice with a good shower in it. Overall I and an excellent stay at the Borgata.

I love going to Borgata. It's always a good time. There's definitely a younger crowd but all seem welcome & they take care of their players. Just don't forget to use your card when playing games. Even at the tables. First floor parking is difficult but possible for the patient. Otherwise there shouldn't be a problem finding parking on upper levels. There's more to do and see just outside of the casino than in years past as they have made a decent walkway (boardwalk) that goes around the building and connects to the marina. It's also a great place to go fishing in case you didn't know. On season. You can catch. Striped bass, founder/fluke, whiting & blue fish to name a few. Those waters are plentiful. Just don't forget to get your free salt water registration done online before "FISH ON!"

I played the casino and lost but I had fun. I found my usual slot machine, Dragon Spin, moved to a corner with less traffic but translates to less service as well. I appreciated the free drinks while playing but I had to flag down 2 servers to finally get served. I can see they were understaffed on a Sunday. I ate dinner at the buffet and it was great. The host gave my elderly companion a chair while we wait for our table. It was packed! The food selections was noticeably less and one station was closed. The steak, salmon, mushroom ravioli and paella were my favorites. The sushi station looked sad and uninviting. I was hoping for oysters, crab legs or lobsters for the $38+ price but they did not have it. The $5 parking fee is unnecessary for the amount of money spent in the casino. It's still a great place to go for that Vegas feel without leaving the state.

Very clean and well organized place. Ran very well. Loved my entire experience here. Came for the Event Center to see Ween for the weekend and had a blast of a time. From the drive into the parking lot all the way to the last minute of the concert, had a great time. Would definitely recommend someone visit this place for any reason.

One of my absolute favorite Casino Resorts. Yes AC has a bad reputation from the inner city looking like a real fixer upper but honestly I have never felt a threat and I’ve walked the streets at night. Remember it’s all how you move. The Resort is still as beautiful since it has first opened. Now that MGM has it name on it I expect it only to get better. The rooms are just the best even a basic room is beautiful and clean. The views of the marina are breathtaking not to mention if you get a room facing what I call the Jersey shore strip of the other casinos. The Casino was Alive as it always tends to be and the night life here is one to beat! The food was great! I’ve been here a few times and I’ve enjoyed just about every place here and none of them have disappointed. This is one place that you’ve got to try!

This is a very nice casino. The hotel accommodations were excellent. The restaurants are pricey and the food is good but not first class. As far as the slot machines, they did not pay off very well. There is an wonderful selection of different machines. We did not gamble at the table games. Enjoyed our stay. The Borgato is much nicer and many more patrons than the other casinos in Atlantic City. Atlantic City as a whole as seen better days.

The beds are comfortable, showers are clean and the hotel has plenty of restaurants and stores to shop at. I enjoyed my stay and the price was good for the room with lots of space. They had all the little toiletries you would need for an overnight stay and I loved their big fluffy towels. We stayed in the king suite on the 4th floor and it was pretty quiet. I would definitely stay again in the future!

the Borgata is my favorite hotel/casino in AC. The rooms are gorgeous (we got a pricey one, but the view was spectacular). The indoor pool and hot tub were amazing, I could live there. Great food selection. It's an overall very fun atmosphere, so much to do, I recommend treating yourself to a luxury weekend, you won't regret it. Can't wait to go back.

This is a nice place. The location is absolutely beautiful. I purchased a very nice jacket and top. In one of the shops. Then to the blackjack table for some responsible gambling. Of course I lost but what fun it was. We will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

We stayed here one night while we were in town for a concert. The hotel rooms are very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, but the resort fees tacked onto everyone's bill is a bit much! We didn't even use the 'amenities' we paid for. There should be a key swipe at the entrance to the pools/gym whatever I just paid for, then you're charged. Walking around the casino, I felt like I smoked a pack of cigarettes. Better air flow or smoke eater is needed for sure!

We didn’t stay in a room but visited from some gambling and lunch. Had to get a players card reprinted with a short wait. Played some Blackjack and the dealer was very personable and fun. We had lunch a the noddles place which was good. Overall, from what we saw, the place was gorgeous. We ask a security guard where the restaurant was and he walked us the whole way which took about 5-6 minutes because he didn’t want us to get lost. Highly recommend. We want to stay in the hotel and give it a try.

Great whenever we go. The only complaint is that it isn't on the beach but they still have free shuttles to Brigantine and give you beach badges and chairs. Just be aware that twice we went and both times we waiting way longer than 30 min for the shuttle to pick us up fro. The beach. If you go and come back..better to Uber back for 12$. Unfortunately, the driver isn't dependable and neither are the arrival and departure times. Other than that..it's a good time.

Literally the best casino layout I've ever been in and the best casino I've ever been in. It is a pinwheel and whatever you want to play is all in one spoke. This is the absolute best way to lay out a casino and the atmosphere is amazing along with the numerous selection of games from tables and slots It is the best in the country as far as I'm concerned

FILTHY ROOMS! I have been a member here for years and it’s only gotten worse every time we go back. The rooms are always disgusting. stains everywhere, hair everywhere, and nuggets of weed on the floors! Not to mention our non smoking room STUNK like weed. The hotel staff seems to all be on different pages. No one works together, you have to explain everything over and over and nothing gets fixed. I’d pick any other hotel moving forward.

Room was fine. Great showers. Glass door and not gross moldy shower curtains. No clock or USB charging ports. Pillows were sub-par. Great view from the room of the AC skyline.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. It feels so unreal. When your there. Will come more frequent. Will rave about this place to everyone. The hot tube was very very hot like too hot. But still liked it. And very quick access to the MGM resort!

it definitely feels like the most modern casino hotel in AC. Everything was really clean and beautifully decorated. room service was delicious, especially the bacon cheeseburger. the shower was really luxurious and relaxing.
