Went here for maybe an hour just waiting. I went in put a $5 bill in, the machine errored and I asked front desk after 10 min to call someone. They said someone would be over, after another 10 min of waiting, I go back to ask for someone to come over, the cashier asked for a supervisor (maybe an elderly gentleman came out) straight off the bat told me "its not his problem, he doesn't deal with it. Ask a security guard" so I ask a security guard, he calls someone, I wait 20 more minutes for my $5 I was going to gamble. I end up leaving because this casino doesn't care about their players, I'll go elsewhere πŸ‘

Atmosphere was lit of fun. Casino was nice. People were great. The look and feel of an old mining wild west city was really cool, and added to the fun. Really enjoyed the added edge it gave this casino. Will definitely go back again. Bars in casino good also. Enjoyed the slots and gambling tables. The people working the tables were friendly.

So many things I really love about this casino. The decor and lighting REALLY make you feel like you’re in some old fancy western spot, the music is always fantastic, and there’s even some arcade games hidden throughout! On weekends there’s lots of live music, sometimes even an emo band (my favorite) which always feels like a real concert. The music here is really unbeatable compared to other late night spots. The AC snack shack next to the bar has THE best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. It comes with pesto, mozzarella, and some other stuff and it’s the most heavenly drunk food a man could think of. I love this place and can’t wait to come back!

β€œJust slot machine games. no tables...” this casino is different from others. rather than having illuminated lights and decoration, it has a theme of cowboy countryside and I liked it. Some live concert show was going on. They do have some bands on the weekends. They don't have table anymore. Few slot machine, games tables, beer pong and that's it. There is way inside to Bally's and Caesars casino

The place was very exquisite and to be Frank... It's a complete different world for people going there for the first time. It was my first time and I had a good time with my friends. It has lot of options and the restaurant was just as perfect! Loved it β£οΈπŸ’•

Played slots and $15 Blackjack table. I ordered a drink and received it within 10 minutes! Good atmosphere, there was live stage music. Had a good time.

The casino was clean, had the best bathrooms, beautiful. The whole experience was elaborate. Social distancing enforced, there were a lot of attendants waking around to help answer questions. Right beside Cesar's. Beautiful murals.

It's a fun place to visit for a good time but , AVOID THE SLOTS LIKE THE PLAGUE, Because there are no slot attendants available should there be a problem like my case . I had to walk away from my $75 winnings because there's no one here to help. After winning, the Slot machine malfunctioned. I called the slot attendant service, security, and the pitt boss with no avail, although, the issue was resolved the next day and hopefully with enough complaints, Corporate will hire more slot attendants....it's a great place for entertainment, live music, cheap drinks, and good food.

Cool place and loved the theme! Not very many slots to play. You needed a wristband at the door to order drinks from the bar. A little pricey on my margarita. The band that was playing seemed fun and very lively.

As far as casinos go, this one was fun for its age. Visited the bars here, too, and they were well-stocked and had friendly staff. There is a darkened, cozy area of game play that includes tables and slots, along with sports betting. This one is located between Caesars and Ballys with interior access, so you do not need to go outside.

I was at the Caesar's Sportsbook @ Wild Wild West Casino. Reserved seats to watch NFL games on a Sunday. Seats were reserved with nametags. Staff was great, Kile, bringing food and cocktails to your seat. What a fun day. Will return.

Really recommend this place for a fun experience on a Friday and Saturday night. If you want a quiet experience this is not for you. Loud band or DJ playing good music feet from the tables with low minimums made a great night for my group.

First time going to a casino. Very cool environment attached to a large section of Caesar’s. Most of this area was smoke free though and a little less crowded. The area was large but very very few table games. Nice staff though!

What they've created here is very clever, it is actually a "Ghost Town" based on the Wild West. Like me, you will l probably be the only person in this massive space walking around, imagining what it was like in the good ol' days. Those days have long since passed.

We went in October 2022. There was not much happening and very loud. The floor was uneven which is not great if you were wearing heels. It looked like some renovations where going on. I would go again in season.

Getting drinks in here was VERY DIFFICULT! They only ever had 1 bar open every time we stopped in and prices were high. The atmosphere was cool. It was neat to be hanging out drinking with the wild west town all around you complete with train tracks and what looked like a mine. They have a huge dance floor and stage for shows that is used for playing corn hole earlier in the day. We played a few games there and met a few cool people to play against. We did not game there as they had games but they were pretty spread out and never found anything we liked. Overall it was nice, but be ready to wait for drinks and pay a lot for them.

Excellent decor! Great bar located on the casino floor! This is connected to Ballys and Caesars Casinos. The Caesars Sportsbook theater is located in this area. Stumbled along a DJ performance and live music session with a cover band! It is awesome that the casino holds live shows inside it. This was at 12AM on a Saturday! A great way to end a night of gambling and drinking.

Great place for live bands and drinks. Even better when you hit a jackpot coming out of the restroom.

I have been to AC before COVID-19 happened and it was a busy lively place....Well I came to visit on a Thursday and Friday - third week in August and it was dead...Nobody really playing the slots, sports betting, roulette or poker...The bars inside were closed due to the current regulations about indoor dining in NJ...Friday evening there was a performance outdoors with a band and drinks were being served outside and then it started raining so they stopped playing...Friday I noticed a little bit more foot traffic and some people were playing blackjack and other table games...I can see why Atlantic City is suffering inside the casinos. There is more action on the boardwalk than indoors.

Games were good here and drinks were available to order. Good customer service from the server. The boardwalk was conveniently available from this location. Greatly disappointed NO restaurants were available anymore. The smoking was bad.

Great atmosphere. Very open and live band. The band that performs there, Gypsy Wisdom, rocks. The whole crowd, young and old were all enjoying themselves and did I say the band was awesome already.
