This hotel holds a special place in my heart. I used to come here with my parents in the summer many many years ago. I still come here with my children. George and John always give exceptional service and make the the guest feel so welcomed. The rooms are great and you have front row seats to see the fireworks. 🎆 😃

It was a last minute decision to go to Atlantic City, the location is excellent, only a minute from the boardwalk and the room is clean, has the basic amenities, breakfast is included. Quite satisfied with the arrangement at a reasonable price.

I would never rent here again, two nights cost 556 plus $60 parking, it is not worth it for that price, I think they charge for the view that is in front of the beach, the carpet was dirty, the water flow is very little, it is The bathroom was dirty, the towels were at least clean, but I had brought my own, the bed was comfortable despite the fact that the space is very small, it is different from the photo that is on the page, I had the card to open the door They had to change it several times, because they didn't work, when you enter the hotel it smells like an old place, like mold, it was hot in the room, because the air didn't turn on, you couldn't leave the balcony door open because it was pure marijuana, the Microwave was dirty I had to clean it to be able to heat my daughter's milk, and it also took forever to heat, the pillows small but comfortable, the service at the entrance is friendly and attentive, I will not rent for the place, yes They will remodel, maybe one day it will return. Sometimes you pay a little more in a better place, it will help you not to worry and the internet is the worse thing

Don't do it, run away as fast as you can. I booked 2 rooms a few weeks in advance and chose the pay upon arrival option. They decided to charge my credit card while we were still in Virginia. When we arrived the 2 guys at check in were pretty incompetent, they assigned us 2 rooms next to each other then decided to switch one of the rooms and put us several rooms away from each other. Then they told me I needed to pay them $20 in cash only for parking and sice their garage was full they sent me off site, the lot was a block and half away, the whole area is a little sketchy and I was really uncomfortable leaving our car so far from the hotel, and what's with the cash only? Is that going in your pocket? Well, we only needed the rooms for one night, luckily, because they were awful. Carpets were old and nasty, furniture was ripped and run down, whole place smelled of weed and was musty, bathrooms were ridiculously small and there were hairs on the bathroom sink area and on the bathroom door, there was even plastic garbage on the floor, obviously no one ran a vacuum in there or they would have seen it. Bathroom in the second room had dead bugs in it. Guests with children were allowed to have a very loud game of red light, green light in the hallway of the 4th floor at 10;30 at night while yelling and stomping. Every part of that place needs some serious rehab, including the people who own and run it. We will never even think about staying there again, you probably shouldn't either.

The front desk manager was rude. It was a smooth check in and before I was able to check out he kept saying I didn’t pay. When the money was taken out of my account. I called my bank to resolve the problem he was being rude to the bank people on the phone. He slammed my phone and said he’s going to call the police on me. This entire time I was showing him the money was pulled out from the account. The bank people told them that I was good on my end. I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I had to lock my card because he was trying to charge me twice. Kept telling me he not gonna charge me twice why would he do that. When I kept showing him the money was taken out. He didn’t want to hear it. Very unprofessional. The room and view was great. But I will never ever book here again. Then to top it off they charge $20 parking on Friday and $30 parking on Saturday. When it does not say on the website. Customer service sucks. I only book for one night.

This place deserves no stars!! If I could put none I would!! I went with my kids to this inn and it was the worst experience of my life. We had just finished a beach day at Atlantic City and checked in ready to sleep. But we weren’t able to even sit on the bed!!! We walked to a scam. We payed for a room with to queen beds and a clean environment, however what we walked into was the complete opposite. We walked in to the smell of marijuna, one bed, holes in the blankets, and in general the entire environment had stains and the bathtub had hair inside. In general it was a horrible time especially for a parent to three sleepy kids. I quickly went downstairs with my kids got them in the car so they can breath clean air and not marijuana infested air. I talked to the workers there and told them that my room was nothing like the images. They knew about this and simply only said that the old manager had edited the pictures to look that way even though that is false advertising. That’s unbelievable!?! I told them may you please refund my money and they said that they couldn’t because of their no refund policy, but I could not let my kids sleep in such a place. I kept calling the inns manager and booking.coms customer service but they simply haven’t done anything. This is the worst place to stay at, all these reviews are fake!! This was horrible to the point that I had to get my kids and me to sleep in the car because the inn wouldn’t refund me my money and it was at such short notice no other hotel nearby had availability. This was such a horrible day!! I wish upon no one to stay at such a place!! I still need my money back!! Please don’t believe the other reviews!!!

This was our second visit to the Days Inn. The first was in 2021, and both times, we were impressed by how clean the entire place was. The location is unbeatable. We had an oceanfront balcony room, and the balcony overhangs the boardwalk.

Reposting because my previous review seems to have gotten deleted. This place is a scam. Nothing like the pictures and a bunch of fake reviews. If I could give this Days Inn zero stars, I would. A complete dump. Couldn’t even stay the night. I’m pregnant and the entire hotel smelt like cigarettes and weed. The front desk staff were incredibly rude. An awful awful experience all around. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy staying in this sorry excuse for a hotel. I truly recommend you looking elsewhere to stay.

Rooms are outdated, but fine for a couple nights. It's right on the beach/boardwalk next to the Tropicana. Great location for us, as we love visiting the The Quarter when we are there. Front desk staff was friendly and check in was easy. Parking costs $30 per day (on weekends).

We had a beautiful balcony view (side) of the ocean. Our room was simple, clean and cozy! Our check in and out was simple. We did have to pay $20 for parking though. I don't think that is mentioned on the Google search information.

This place is a dump. I got a room here for a convention only because the Tropicana was sold out. I was excited to learn that the owners of the Tropicana also own this property. That was either misleading piece of information or if it is true I wonder how bad the Tropicana is. I arrived to find out that there were no morning amenities. I thought that was a staple with the Days Inn brand. Guess I was wrong and I'll have to read the fine print next time. Arrived to find the room was sparse with a tiny tv. Found that there was no coffee maker. When I asked the front desk they said there are no coffee makers. Who doesn't have coffee makers in their rooms? That's crazy to me! Every ice machine on every floor was broken . When I went to ask the front desk he directed me to go into an employee only hallway which led me to an adjacent restaurant kitchen where there was an ice machine. Thankfully the kitchen was under construction and there was nobody working . The beds were comparable to what you see in your average County lockup. I had to suffer through three nights of back aches sleeping on what felt like a stiff pallet top with a piece of cardboard. I got out of my last event Saturday night and walk across the street to the Days Inn dreading the night in front of me. When I arrived the fire alarm was going off. That meant the elevators were not working and I'm on the 5th floor. In the lobby there were two guys arguing with a third guy about who did what and I didn't do anything and you did do something what why did you do that! They're obviously arguing I'm what I'm guessing would be the fire alarm. During my entire visit for the three nights I never had any visit from housekeeping. My garbage was overflowing and the place smelled weird. Speaking of smells the entire Hotel smells like weed. Everywhere from the lobby into the hotel hallways on every floor. Anyway I'll be questioning whether even to go to the Days Inn brand again or any of their sister companies and definitely if I'm in a bind read the fine print.

Great location for a reasonable price. Right next to Tropicana whose prices are now incredibly high. John and George are wonderful. They are kind, respectful, and extremely accommodating to handicapped people. We’ve been there several times and always get top notch treatment.

Located on the Tropicana end of the boardwalk, there will be some walking to get to the main stores and whatnot. Unless you take the tram of course. Pros: Right off the boardwalk, not even a 5 minute walk to the beach. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Good view of the boardwalk. Depending on where your room is, you'll catch a great sunrise/sunset. Cons: Pay to park. A week after Labor Day, 20/night. I'd understand if it was only street parking, but on the property? That's a little steep of a price. They cut us a deal, 3 nights, 50 bucks. But still, that's almost the price of a nights stay. Overall, I'd stay again(maybe just park in casino lot for cheaper) .

Good place to lay your head only. No breakfast included in stay. Best thing: it's on the boardwalk. You get what you pay for. It's affordable if on a budget vacation.

Wow that place was nasty af, everything is old inside , my eyes started burning when i got into the room , i asked for an extra bed for my son and the guy at the front desk was sayinf sorry we dont have one . And i said okay so let me get my money back and i will go to another place and he said no i will bring you a bed right now. The room smelled like cigarettes, people had music blasting all night. The room also smelled like mildew. It was the worst experience my wife had. I planned a special weekend for my wife for her birthday and the hotel didn’t deliver.

Paying for the location really...beach and boardwalk are right here. Rooms are average, nothing to complain about or rave about. Only real issue I had was parking...they charged me 60 dollars to park. And a block up the street is 5 a day. Just think its a bit steep to pay that much for parking after im paying 200 a night to begin with.

Great location. The bones of this hotel are sound. This is a dated property, everything is old and dated. The drop ceiling in the room does not give the sense of privacy or security. The king room is spacious. Make sure you get a balcony, a must. Not sure if all rooms have them. The water pressure is horrible. There is a microwave and small refrigerator. The restaurant is closed. You can smell the smoke residue on the walls and carpet getting off the elevator. Burn marks are almost everywhere throughout the room and bathroom. Yet, they pride themselves on being a smoke free property. PARKING IS $20.00. While on site there is very limited for a fee parking.

The front desk guys were awesome and helpful. The place needs major rennovation. The room was old, filthy and not for families. Good location but without uplift, the place is a dump.

The room was ok. It could use a upgrade . the bathroom really small. But i like the balcony and the room was clean. The front desk attendants Stan was really nice. And the room had a microwave and small fridge. The tv could have been bigger.

This place is absolutely trash, very raggedy and I’m not sure if they cleaned the rooms well enough. The hallways smell like weed and cigarettes, I don’t feel comfortable sleeping here. There’s holes in the walls on the 4th floor, it’s really bad. Everything is raggedy they need a renovation. I don’t recommend coming here but if it’s your last option then do what your heart desires.

This was a terrible mistake never have I gone into a hotel even out of the country have I experienced such filth such disrepair and no customer service actually no workers at all. The stench when you enter the building smells like mold. They didn't have a bathroom for the patrons on the first floor because it was broken along with the kitchen. The advertisements in the pictures if they're not put there by the occupants do not believe them untrue. There was crayon writing on the wall, the bathroom was so small only one person can fit. The TV monitor was the size of a computer screen or laptop they had the nerve to be mounted on the wall. The sliding glass doors were filthy with fingerprints of the last maybe even the year before occupants. Do not go even if it's a great location do not go. Pay for something better bad. I was even afraid they were going to charge me for the towels

Staff was very unfriendly. Walls are so thin you can hear everything. We had our tv on and got a noise complaint at 9pm on a Saturday but the rooms surrounding us were up screaming all hours of the night. Would not recommend at all.

We had a really nice room on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The customer service here was great. The front desk people were amazing. We had a wonderful stay and the price was right on point

The room itself was fine, not bad for the price and the close proximity to the beach. Parking at the hotel was not included with the room, which was frustrating and also we had to pay for additional parking at the hotel after checking out, which was frustrating.

John I think his name was.. awesome guy real friendly. The room for the price it was clean. Good view I had the corner side view room 555 and could still see the beach. Balcony . Comfortable bed . Microwave. Fridge. Tv. Outlet power is horrible but I was out more than in. Oh and it's like 20 weekdays 40 weekends to park.

They charge for parking. They never cleaned or made up our room, however they came in and gave us towels BUT THEN My GOLD WATCH WENT MISSING!!!! No coffee, the rooms smell like cigarettes. Carpet is run down! They don't care about customer satisfaction!!! The best thing about this place is the location, otherwise pay a little more and go to Tropicana. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!
