This is the worst experience I’ve had at hostel. People are LOUD ! It is currently 4am and I haven’t slept all night from noise on street. Beds are PLASTIC, zero privacy in beds, chargers fall out from lose sockets, and the towel rental is 8 EUROS ! DO NOT STAY HERE ! This place probably makes a killing charging 50 a head and filling room with 12 people. The wooden beds are old and creak. They charge for everything! I’m surprised they don’t charge for toilet paper. Literally for roughly 50 EUROS more I could’ve got a hotel with privacy and tranquillity. Lastly the receptionist speaks ZERO English. I paid full balance online through website yet when I arrive he demands I pay 50 more EUROS! I’m not sure what for but he eventually said to leave my passport with him or pay 50 euros. Another stupid rule is that you must leave the hostel from 10am-4pm regardless if you’ve booked multiple nights. Simply the worst hostel. Do not stay here because they exploit hostel travelers with low standards.

Location, that’s about it. Feel incredibly ripped off. Advertised as 36€ but ended up having to pay another 5€ for a membership. Check in not until 4pm, checkout at 10am. Stayed in room 15 on the first floor. Shower and sink are push button operated. 3 beds crammed in to a room made for one. Beds are very noisy, and you are given sheets to make the bed yourself. Lastly, the window doesn’t seal properly so you can hear the noise of every vehicle that drives by all night long with a frequency of about 2 cars per minute. Lobby is nice, internet worked fine, absolutely no NOT recommend

I do not recommend it. Poor experience for so many reasons: - Very strict rules that are not communicated before making the booking: - strict check-in at 4:00pm. I was at reception at 3:55pm and was asked to come back a few minutes later - after checking in we went to our room and 10 minutes later another person opens our room door. They assigned them the same room and gave them a key. Crazy! - they told us is not allowed to stay in the rooms between 10am and 4pm (even if we had a private double room). That is 6h that you are not supposed to use the room! Seriously? - Bad attitude from the “Director” of the community that lives in the 4th floor. They talked to us in a rude way saying they do a private event and we are not allowed to stay in the sofas of the lobby. - Bathroom has no electricity plug - All lights of the bedroom including the bathroom are turned on with home switch. That means if you want light in the bathroom you also need to have it everywhere else. - breakfast costs 7€ per person per day but only includes croissant, plain white bread, boxed juice and coffee. Too expensive for the value. You can make exactly the same using the kitchen in the -1 floor. The only positive thing is the location but this place does not welcome guests. I travel around a the world and very few times I had such a bad experience.

I didn't make a reservation of my stay. It's true, but all different hostels I stayed welcomed all the guests even they didn't make reservation. I arrived here around 6 a.m. and they announced they open their hostel all time but it was closed. I rang the bell, the host came out and he asked me if I make a reservation. I answered I didn't, then he asked me "So why are you here?"

Very clean, very polite staff but the establishment's policies prioritize the building over the guests. I was uninformed of the need to leave my private room for cleaning each day from 10:00AM to 4:00 PM until after I paid at the front desk. I purposely left some small paper scraps on the floor of my room one morning and they were still there when I returned. My room was never cleaned, their policy of making guests leave during the day serves no purpose and should be explicitly communicated because it's quite an aberrant policy for a business in the hospitality sector. I think if they were Jesuits it would be a classier experience 😉.

Had a great time there. If you are looking for a reasonably priced place in the middle of Paris, this is a good choice. They also do have morning and evening prayers in their house chapel. There is a bar in the common room for food amd drink (they do not like it, however, when you bring and consume your own stuff - as i did; but that is understandable).

We stayed two nights, the staffs are friendly. The hostel having plenty of space and common area. Rooms are clean and neat. They have men’s and women’s separate rooms. As a couple it is little difficult, many of our things are mixed, but for short stay that is ok. Definitely visit again.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location in Paris at a remarkably low cost for the rooms. I stayed in a room with two beds where two people shared, and four people shared a bathroom. The rooms were clean, tidy, and featured a very appealing design. During my summer stay, I did encounter a challenge with an abundance of mosquitoes. Unfortunately, both my roommate and I suffered numerous bites. I would highly recommend bringing mosquito repellent to prevent this inconvenience. Aside from that, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was convenient and enjoyable.

They don't seem to be able to deal with complaints I had to tell a bunch of loud Germans in the garden to shut up as it was 10.45pm

First time in a shared accommodation, “hostel”, the experience was great ! Staff very friendly and assisting all the time. Very clean, the garden back side is very pleasant. Location is super and near to most important attractions in Paris. Differently recommended.

I was very nervous for my first stay in a hostel, but Adveniat blew my expectations out of the water! The hostel is close to major landmarks, maybe a twenty minute walk to La Tour Eiffel. The staff were very friendly and kind. I had an issue en route to Paris, and arrived a day later than expected. The man at the front desk was very understanding and only charged me for the duration of my actual stay. I will definitely consider coming back to Adveniat for my next trip to Paris!!! Merci beaucoup!!!!

Perfect location right in the city center. Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, good breakfast (french style) and a reasonable price. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hostel (that feels more like an hotel) to everyone.

A few days ago I stayed in this hostel with a school trip and I have to say this was a very pleasant experience. Since I didn’t had very good experience with hostels my expectations where very low but this place surprised me. Rooms: The rooms were tidy ans neat. We had extra blankets and enough space to put or belongings. I slept on one of the big rooms with my class somewhere upstairs. The room had a beautiful view. And there weren a good amount of windows we could open for fresh air. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was in a neat condition. Even the water was directly hot. There were also enough charger points. Lobby: I spend most of my time in the lobby because I woke up very early and didn’t want to wake up my classmates. The lobby was overall very good. It was al little bit cold tho but there were blankets on most of the chairs. Something I really appreciated. There was a strong wifi connection and I could even face time with my friends without any lags. The staff was friendly and there was a nice atmosphere. Breakfast: Something I didn’t really like here was breakfast. the breakfast was very scanty. There where only croissants, chocolate pastries and old bread. I think it was not that of a deal if we could take more than 2 pieces since this breakfast left me hungry. Location: The location was absolutely perfect. It lays in a fancy area in Paris. There where 2 close metro station and everything was in a close reach. Overall i had a very pleasant stay here and I would definitely recommend it.

We spent only one night, but I recommend it. Clean and pleasant environment. Some small details for improvement; there was no key card for the dorms, so we had to use only one for two or three people, but that was a nuisance, because if one went out the other couldn't even go to the bathroom, so he stayed outside. We needed an adapter, and the receptionist, not at all willing to help, just said it was her first day and she didn't know where what we wanted was. Other than that, everything is very clean and organized..

Very bad reception. Did book directly and she was using a calculator to put the final number. She is like "this is the price", "this is City Tax", " "This is annual membership". And all added up was 155 euros but she charged me 161 Euros. Not sure why a hostel this size is not able to provide a receipt like those you can get from Square and use calculator instead!!! Also, after a few minutes I asked them to cancel and refund since I was not happy with their process. However, they did not accept the refund. The bathroom does not have washing liquid nor anything related to cleaning. They hand you sheets to set your bed as well.

Initially struggled a little to reach this place and some payment issues at the time of check-in (some misunderstanding). After dusting these issues, reached my dormitory and had nice and comfortable stay.. paid around 42 EURO for a night stay.. next day morning had complementary breakfast and checked out by 10am.. Eiffel tower is in very much walkable distance and 1.5km~.. over all the stay was comfortable and worth the pay..

Staff are so friendly and the lady in the reception helps me when I lost my mobile. She is respected woman and there are two Chinese boys in the reception and the tallest one is helpful and I really appreciate him and the lady as well. My room and toilet are very clean and the hotel is perfect for everyone wants to stay in city centre.

The staff are friendly. The room is soundproof from outside. But it doesn't block sound from the side room. But that's okay because the location is great. and the room price is very good Inside there is a heater for winter. But there is no air conditioning for summer. You should carry your own soap, shampoo, hair dryer and towel. Or you can pay extra to use hotel towels. In the private rooms there are lockers under the bed that can be locked if you bring your own key. If you arrive at the hotel earlier than check-in time The hotel has a luggage room that requires a keycard to open. I think it's safe. But it would be great if you also carried a chain to lock your bag. It is a hotel that I will definitely come back to stay again.

Writing on behalf of my friend… He mistakenly booked a hostel room for women - but got to know about it only at reception. I guess there should be booking verification/validation before charging…. Service desk tried to find the room - it’s good but there was none - it’s bad He had to sleep at the hall room on the short sofa… I guess it’s better than sleeping at the street but could have been given a pillow at least..

The location is perfect and the room was clean. But the staff at the front desk was lack of social energy. I didnt have enough information about the hostel. I even didnt know I can have a small breakfast in basement floor. The worst part is there was someone asked me to leave my bed at 1AM in the midnight because it was her bed. It totally annoyed me because it was not her bed and obviously she did not know how to find her bed. The staff should have more instruction for people! The bed also had very noisy sounds when I move on the bed. NOT SLEPT WELL AT ALL.

Great location, really nice hostal and amazing price. Breakfast is fair. Note that towels and toiletries are charged additionally but you can bring your own and they don't mind.

It is just fine place to sleep. It was quiet, blackout curtains. If you accept that it is Hostel and there will be no towels, soap, etc in your room, then it might be good choice to stay not far from a lot interesting places.

I had a really great time there 🤩 The area where the Adventist Paris is located is really amazing and strategic. Consequently, I walked to almost all the truistic points there, feeling absolutely safe. I appreciated the breakfast, the view, the accommodation, the lovely garden. Besides that, the employers were very nice and gentle.

Nice setting, lovely garden and clean rooms. If I stayed here again, though, I would definitely ask for a room away from the street. The traffic was way too loud and to sleep well, and the room was too stuffy to close the window. (But even if the window had been closed, the traffic probably still would have been loud.)

Hi, I have a few questions regarding the private rooms. •are there private bathrooms? •can 18 year olds book here? •distance to the Eiffel Tower and other tourist places?

Horrible place. Can cancel your reservation before 1 hour to you move in. Do not recommend. Chose anything else if you want to have a good time

Its a dormitory so you share room with 3, 4 people. Single beds with fresh sheets, no fan you have to rely on fresh air from the window, rest room were fine but lacked toiletries. Wifi was available in the lobby no or weak signals in room. I didnt get breakfast as i woke up late but got to know they served biscuits for breakfast. Its lactation is good its near the river and close to many tourist spots.

Budget, super clean guest house right by Champs elysee? If you love family, you want to make quick friends in Paris, you must visit soon!

Beautiful courtyard, excellent location, near the Champs Elysees. Room had very strong body odor and bathrooms could have been cleaner.

Perfect location, clean room, helpful staff and good facilities. Take into account that they charge a fee for towels and toiletries but you can bring your own.

I really liked this place. It was warm, friendly and welcoming. I stayed there on my way to the Camino Frances. I liked the lobby and the piano as well as the kitchen and the dining room. Also the chapel was very nice. The rooms very tidy and clean and the wifi worked well. The stuff was always there and tried to help with everything. The only minor thing that could be improved is maybe the availability via phone. I would recommend it for people and probably pilgrims who look for a slightly different place to stay and not just a cheap hostel.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, location was great, it was relatively quiet. The only inconvenience was that we'd be locked out of our room every single night during our stay. When asked why the key doesn't work, the person at the front desk gave a nonchalant "I don't know".

Spent two nights with my class (17 students) there in July 2022. The cleanest rooms I have ever seen in a hostel. Located right in the middle of town. Kitchen for the whole group where we prepared pasta twice. Dining room not too big and therefore pretty quiet. Excellent value for money. Can be recommended wholeheartedly.
