Stayed here for 3 nights, the room was nothing as shown in photos. When we arrived we were overwhelmed by the smell of cigarettes and urine. The room itself was very small. The lights were faulty, some didn't even work at all. Our furniture had been noticeabley glued back together poorly after being broken. But worst of all the surrounding area, was dreadful. I myself am a female, if I could rate how uncomfortable it was to walk near the hotel, it would a 10/10. I strongly recommend you find a nicer area of Paris due to the accomodation and location ruining your holiday.

The room was too hot and the AC did not work. When I asked for help I was told to open the window! This meant we had to sleep with very loud noise from the autoroute. So we got little sleep. The hotel has a good breakfast and is very clean. I think the Commitment to do everything to fix a clients issue or refund their money is probably a hollow promise. Disappointed.

The room was fine. It was small, but that’s ok. It was clean and had three separate beds, which is what we needed. I thought the cheap rate was because we were so far from the Paris attractions. I didn’t expect the hotel to be in such a bad neighborhood. I didn’t feel safe walking with my children at night. Also, the lobby smelled like an unkempt urinal. There was no way I could eat breakfast with that odor. In the future I will pay more to stay in a safer area of Paris. It’s unfortunate because the room really did meet our needs...comfy beds, WiFi, and air conditioning.

Given the cost of the accomodation and the Location.......I was very disappointed. For a family of 4 I was expecting a much larger space. With luggage there was barely room to walk and there was only 3 pillows for 4 of us. The bathroom was also very tiny so the whole experience was most underwhelming. Access to the Metro was handy but the neighbourhood was a little rough at night. Intermarche was handy so day trips were easily planned and well stocked for lunch etc. Local eating was adequate and Taxi service at 5.30am was excellent.

I know B & B for a long time. The room was clean but the the room facilities was very modest. The breakfast can only limited recommend. Croissants are good, Omelet is made from egg powder, tea and coffee are inedible. As it is very difficult to find a parking space around the hotel, I parked in the underground car park. Unfortunately, at each entrance first at the front desk to announce someone opens the gate.

Like a 4 star hotel. We got a room on the top floor, with quite nice views. It's kinda noisy if you are not used to it. And the neighborhood is rather unsettling at night. Otherwise the WiFi is very good, air conditioning not working (did not need it anyway). Staff friendly. Overall experience 9/10

We (a couple) only used the hotel room at the start and end of each day as we were exploring Paris during the day, however the room was more than satisfactory: the bed was very large and very comfortable; the room wasn't huge but there was definitely sufficient space; the shower was nice; the USB socket in the room was a nice convenient touch. The location was far out from most attractions which were closer towards the centre of Paris, however, the metro is quite simple to navigate and the closest stop is less than a 5 minute straight walk away. The area around is a different side of Paris than what most people would expect, rough, but that's life. The cost of our stay was respectably affordable.

The toilet broke. It overflowed onto the floor in the room. It soaked my luggage. They wouldn’t fix the toilet and then handed me a mop and told me to mop the floor myself. I asked for cleaner at least so it would be sanitary to walk on the floors of the room and they said they would not give me any cleaning supplies except the mop. They refused to give me another room. Said the hotel was full. Asked once more for them to fix the toilet or find ANY kind of cleaning supplies they said no. I asked for a refund and was told no. Finally, after arguing for 2hours in the middle of the night they gave us a new room. Told us to get out of our room before we would get a new one and escorted us like criminals. Toilet seat was broken but they put it back together and said to ‘becareful’ so it did not fall off again. Said if there was anything wrong with this room we would not get another. Mold was growing on the shower curtain and the AC didn’t work but at least the toilet flushed and it did not smell of feces. The customer service of the clerk was terrible. She was rude, unprofessional, not helpful, and got mad at me because I interrupted her cigarette break and conversation with the guys outside the front door. Worst hotel experience ever.

The bed was completely infested by bed bugs during my first night. I got badly bitten and even made an allergic reaction. My skin looked terrible and awfully itchy for several days. They were kind enough to change my room at the reception and told me it was not the first time it was happening and that they had the same problem few months back. I really got the feeling it was a pretty common things in this hotel... They took my name and number and they told me I would receive a phone call and probably get a refund in the next few days. I am still waiting for that call... Avoid that place if you can, even without the bugs, really not worth the price tag.

😠 This is NOT a hotel it is a YMCA at best as it was made known with signs above the doors... when we arrived there was a group of teenage boys hanging around the front entrance. As you entered the building there is a manned reception but not for the "hotel" aspect he had to call somone. We couldn't c...

👍 The hotel is in a non-turistic part of Paris. It does not have a reception/ist, you need to go to the bar to get the door code. You pay in advance. There is no proper check-in or check-out, a bit strange. However, the personnel at the bar is very nice and helpful and the room is very nice and clean....
