All my previous appointments here have been fantastic but unfortunately my latest set with Natalie was terrible. So sparce on one eye - looks like Ive had the lashes for a week and the length is so long even though I specifically asked for short and natural.

Got the medium classic set, absolutely love it, they look so good and they feel good to, no irritation at all. I had Nanaho do my set, she was great, very friendly and gentle as well, especially when removing the old set I had on. Lovely job, will be back!

Renee’s the best! She is a perfectionist, very professional, gentle tech! Every session with her is personalised, not rushed, just perfection and every visit at the Lash Room never disappoints even with a different tech! Always happy with their service! :)))

Looked great when first done but unfortunately within less than a week almost all lashes on one eye had fallen off. I’m now in Tonga swimming every day unable to wear mascara. Did not wet for 48 hours and have been very careful with them .

This was the first time my daughter had lashes and she was over the moon with her new set. Would highly recommend. Courtenay was lovely and really helpful with figuring out what my daughter wanted. Would definitely go back.

Lash room is by far the best place to get your lashes. Whenever I’m visiting Auckland, I always try and book an appointment. The ponsonby location is stunning. The lashes are such amazing quality. I usually get the diva set (which you won’t be disappointed) but got the classic Russian set done this time with Renee and love it. She did an excellent job and was super friendly and easy to talk to. 10/10 would recommend.

Lily was amazing! She did my lashes and I couldn't be happier. She was warm and friendly, very professional and incredibly nice and gentle throughout the entire process. Plus, my lashes look fantastic. Can't wait to come back for more. Definitely recommend giving The Lash Room a visit!

Had my lashes done yesterday & not only did I sleep through it, I woke up to the nicest natural lashes I’ve ever had. I’m more impressed by the length and curl she recommended after I explained what type of person I am. Best lashes I’ve had in a while!!

oh my! i absolutely love this place! i've had a lash lift from here a couple times now and every experience has been amazing! lovely professional staff, beautiful and clean space and just an overall super positive experience. their lash serum did wonders for my lashes as well, so if you're looking to get your lashes done, make sure you book with them!!

Got the classic natural set of eyelash extensions with Courtenay and she did an amazing job so quick and efficient and they look amazing! Definitely be back again :)

She talked me through the whole process from start to finish. She gave me tips on what to do. I throughly enjoyed the entire experience.
