I was given a voucher for my birthday and was excited for a facial. I arrived to the receptionist giggling upon my arrived. I think they thought my name was humorous which I did not appreciate. The facial was fine, though there was no consultation before. The head massage was lovely, but ultimately it was someone washing my face for $130. There was no steam or extraction. There is no atmosphere and it’s not very relaxing. I will not be recommending to anyone. All style and no substance.

I’ve been coming here once a month for facials/ massage a few years. It’s a little piece of Bali in Ponsonby. I always see Tanasi and I cannot recommend her enough, she has the magic touch.

Went here today and had such a nice experience, it was real zen when you walk in and such a beautiful relaxing interior, I was gifted a voucher so was really excited to use it, I was a little late and called in advance they were so accomodating it was my first massage and I’m glad this was the experience I got, my masseuse was great such attention to detail any time I slightly moved making sure I was okay. This place is def on the luxury end and well worth it! Def a great birthday gift, feel like a new women afterwards can’t wait to book and go back! Thank you team 😊

Had the Balinese massage, was really really good. I feel the pace could have been slowed a little is all. The room was lovely and warm, beaut blankies.

Best pedicure I've ever had! Much more relaxing and lush than regular nail salons. Book in advance, though it can get busy.

Most beautiful pregnancy massage Rinun today at 39 weeks pregnant. Would highly recommend both her and the lovely Spa.

I visited Spring spa for the first time today and it was great! Big smile from the receptionist and a great lounge to sit and wait for your appointment. The massage was fully immersive with relaxing aromas and music that sends me to Bali. Finished and had a glass of wine at Prego next door after..Bonus!!

Lovely spa setting similar to their Bali location with light interiors all sparkling clean and inviting. Got my finger and toe nails gel polished and they lasted for over a month!
