The
location
was
perfect,
we
were
able
to
secure
a
carpark,
which
was
great.
The
room
had
everything
we
needed.
The
remote
didnt
work
so
we
had
no
tv,
but
when
i
rang
reception,
the
person
who
came
up
to
check
it
out
was
lovely
and
came
quickly,
the
problem
was
sorted
by
maintenance
the
next
day.
On
getting
in
to
the
single
bed,
i
noticed
it
was
extremely
uncomfortable,
so
i
checked
if
it
was
upside
down,
which
it
was.
Once
i
flipped
the
mattress,
the
bed
was
comfortable.
It
was
a
bit
odd,
but
rectified.
Also
there
are
no
face
cloths
provided,
but
again,
once
requested
they
were
brought
up
to
our
room.
Again
thought
this
was
a
bit
odd,
but
was
sorted
quickly.
I
also
had
to
pay
a
bond
on
our
room,
which
seems
unneccesary
when
they
have
my
credit
card
details,
then
they
physically
went
and
checked
the
room
before
returning
this
so
i
had
to
wait
for
this
when
checking
out.
Ive
never
had
this
before
so
this
seemed
quite
odd
aswell,
but
again,
not
a
big
deal
and
if
i
knew
all
of
this
before,
knowing
what
to
expect
it
would
be
fine.
