Recently stayed at AWSA. On the positive side it was a very nice spacious apartment with a balcony to relax on and look out at the amazing views, a very comfy bed, and a bottle of bubbles and chocolate in the fridge. Very nice. Unfortunately there is also a negative side. For $400 per night these negatives were most certainly not expected. On checkin we received printed apartment information. Included in this info was a website to check that there would be no cruise ships in port to block the views, especially from the apartments of Sheds 19 and 20. A little bit late to be receiving this information and checking for that!! Coffee pods would jam in the coffee machine. Hard to operate. There were 6, yes 6 tissues in the tissue box. Not quite sufficient for 4 days. There was a strip of wood in the ranchslider track which had to be removed to open the ranchslider properly. If you preferred to use your own shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the shower there was no shelf for personal items. No dressing gowns or slippers. Have paid a lot less for accommodation and these have been supplied. The worst negative was having to dispose of your own rubbish in the rubbish room on the floor above. I have never ever in all my world travels ever had to do this!! For $400 per night plus $155 for cleaning fee. Seriously!!! Not good enough!!

It was a clean, comfortable, nicely furnished apartment with everything we needed, close enough walk to the city but also quite peaceful being at the end of the wharf. The living area was spacious and great for a toddler who also loved the boats docking outside near the balcony and loved watching them cruise by on the water.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary, it has a great view of the harbor and the harbor bridge, a beautifully furnished spacious apartment on the 1st floor with over 3 metre ceiling stud height, full kitchen facilities, bathroom was a little small but I could still maneuver in my manual wheelchair, I didn't attempt the small shower, and I couldn't get outside on the small balcony with a step down and the table and chairs, the bedroom was easily closed off with large shutters, the super king size bed was very comfortable. Parking was reasonable at $25 per day, cheap compared to Wilsons outside, it was easily accessible with lift access on the 3rd floor and very secure with card access only. Minimum stay was 3 nights, but the price was comparative to a nice hotel, even cheaper, and you get so much more for your money. To book in a daily cleaning/service was extra, but there's a washing machine and dryer for towels/clothes if required. A short walk or wheel into town, everything is at your doorstep. We will definitely be staying here again.

Outstanding view of Auckland Harbour from a well appointed appartment with secure/private access with a dedicated parking space. We were greeted by the owners who were very helpful and they made us feel welcome. Highly recommended as the views and location are perfect for a city break in Auckland.

We stayed in a beautiful apartment 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen, dining area, lounge and all the amenities of home. We come here regularly, I can not say enough about the establishment, thanks to Alison and Graeme who were there to greet us upon our arrival, let's not forget Maureen and Roger, Bob and Glenys. Complimentary chocolate and bottle of wine, also milk, assortment of coffee, tea to use for your liking. Excellent location and view from the balcony overlooking the Viaduct harbour, Harbour Bridge, passing boats, ships, ferries and the occasional seaplanes what else can you ask for awesomely busy harbour a site to behold. Everything you want is in walking distances of your Auckland Waterfront Apartment, Restaurants, Bars, Ferry Terminal, Buses, Trains, the CBD, Skycity all in walk distance, there's always something for everyone to see.

We had a fantastic stay at AWSA. Awesome views of the Harbour Bridge, especially at night when it lights up. The apartment itself was very spacious, and well kitted out in the kitchen. Definitely recommended, and we will stay here again.

Great value for money compared to the Hilton nextdoor - pay the same price for a 2 bedroom apartment that you can get a studio room at The Hilton! Also love the breakfast starter pack, chocolates, and champagne that comes complimentary with the room. Highly recommend!

Such an awesome getaway location. I had the absolute best time here with my partner, close to restaurants and bars etc and had the best view of the harbour outside of our balcony. Will be visiting again soon.

No parking. Water leak from shower enclosure make the floor in toilet very wet.
