It was very quiet on the friday night. They served chicken, lamb, fish, prawns and veggies for starters. Veggies were really bad. Chicken was okay. Lamb kebab was too bad. The only item that was fresh and tasty is the fish. And the main course had some old curries. Naan was good. Its really expensive for the quality we are served. $50 for a buffet and its not worth it. Not recommended unless you want to eat 50 skewers of baasha fish..

I took a group of 15 to Town Grill for dinner paying $49 per person. I’ve been here before and the food was yummm but this time I regret going there. I wish we had booked elsewhere. There was only 1 lady serving the whole restaurant. I think there were 3 other groups of 6-7. I was looking forward to some prawns but I think we only had 1 each and they were really small. They give you heaps of chicken obviously because it’s the cheapest meat lol. The buffet was disappointing. The butter chicken was more like dry chicken with butter chicken colour sauce. It didn’t taste like butter chicken at all. The naan bread was dry. Definitely nothing compare to my first experience few years ago. I will not go back there.

Bought a butter chicken and garlic Naan. For $20 the butter chicken tasted like tin tomato soup with some burnt pieces of chicken inside, honestly probably one of the worst butter chicken I have ever eaten I couldn't finish it. For $5.99 the garlic Naan had next to no garlic on it, didn't taste any garlic eating it. And if we had ordered rice would've been $5 extra. I can go to countdown and buy a bag of rice for that price.

We dined in here on Saturday, the 14th of May, 2022. For $49.90? The price was not one bit worth everything. In fact, that was worth around $30.00 per person or even less to be quite honest. We enjoyed the kebab meats and kumara + pineapples that were brought through to us. However, their menu mentioned "desserts" was available but only ice cream was available. I was expecting quite more of a dessert range, especially with the $49.90 pp price. There was no toppings or sauces at least for the ice cream. The menu also mentioned lamb curry in the buffet area, but the only meat options for buffet meals available that night was chicken curry and butter chicken, the rest were non-vegetarian. There should be a more variety of sauces for the meat as the chicken was dry. Although the kebabs, rice, buffet range (which was not even close to much) naan bread and ice cream was lovely, our entire family were expecting a lot more for our moneys worth. The food was okay, but not worth the price. I believe what they serve for lunch is exactly what they serve for dinner. Only difference is the price range.

Amazing experience.. Loved the food... The lady at the front was so amazing..She had such a pleasant personality.. Costly but worth it... Will visit again for sure..

The place is just a replica of BBQ nation outlet in India. First they serve you all the BBQ dishes (Unlimited) like Chicken, fish, prawn, pineapple and Kumara. They also serve fried fish and potato with sause. You can then go ahead and enjoy the buffet food which has Indian and continental dish (just one). Overall the experience was very amazing and great service. The food was delicious and restaurant beautiful ambient set up gives a very relaxed atmosphere while enjoy the soft music in background. But expensive but worth a try. Good for family and big groups. Try for Groupon voucher to get a good deal and save some bucks.

We just had the yummest meal here, loved the starters, the delicious skewers and the sauces. I like a lot of condiments so this place was perfect for me. Then a huge buffet of Dahl, butter chicken and masala paneer which were all so SO good. Only problem was not having enough room, next time we come we're going to skip breakfast so we can hit the buffet multiple times. Really nice venue also! Thanks town grill :)

Overall experience was below expectation. The service was really slow but I will not blame the staff as there was only one doing all the work. Bbq was good but not the best. And buffet was really poor. In Desert there was Vanila ice cream and chocolate brownie and brownie was awesome. But I would like to avoid this place for Grill and prefer other bbq restaurants over Town grill.

I went to Here for the first time today and OMG DISGUSTING! Never again! 1. The lady wasnt a very good customer server, she seemed bored and always annoyed if we wanted more when she asked🤦🏽‍♀️ 2. The fish was disgusting. I have no idea what it was but it was gross🤢 3. Probably one of the most disturbing things was when we were served the butter chicken and rice straight away I found a long white hair in it🤢which I’m assuming belonged to the chef because he was the only one with long white hair and long white beard as well - when we informed the waitress she asked us if we wanted a different lot of butter chicken!???? Of course we don’t. From then on I stopped eating anymore food they had to offer. Very poor empathy no apologies nothing!! Yuck food and behaviour. 4. They had bugs on the table🤢🤢🤢🤢crawling around while we were sitting we saw 4 little bugs - again informed the waitress and she said “it’s because of the heat” 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Disgusting!! It’s not because of the heat it’s because it’s dirty🤦🏽‍♀️ 5. They said they would give us a discount but we still paid full price $50pp x 2 they just didn’t charge us for our 2x drinks valued at $18. Never again & I hope no one else ever goes there!!! 2 older people who don’t look like they have integrity in their job. Will never ever go back there again!!!

I wouldnt go here with a big a group. Service is slow and poor. everytime they had to refill a tray you would wait for 15min or more, when they brought refills it was like they never topped up anything hahaha like they purposly did this lol. Foods ok, not the greatest. You can get better butter chicken at the mall.

I went with a friend and we were the only people there on a Wednesday night, I like how everything came out one after another, although it took 10-15 mins for the first appetizers to come, after that,the food kept coming, I particularly enjoyed when they bought the grill our and placed it on our table, it was a nice little grill giving off great heat, which was perfect for the wet weather outside that night. The first lot of skewers were tasty especially the chicken, there were pineapple skewers, Kumara, tandoori chicken, and fish. Then the lamb kofters and prawn skewers were tasty. I did ask for more chicken skewers, I enjoyed the sauces that came out with the skewers aswell, a hot chilli sauce which was fricken hot and they do warn you about it, aswell as a minty corriander sauce and a mango sauce, The waiter was great and continued to ask if we wanted more food, then once the skewers were done we could attack the buffet. The buffet wasn't too bad, had veg and non veg selections, I had Thai chicken that had a kick of heat and the butter chicken which was more on the savoury side. But overall a great atmosphere and I imagine it would be a great place for groups as well as couples or families. Awesome experience and the waiter was nice. Great amount of food for the price. Again loved it

Amazing service Harry bro and the team, had my daughters birthday 🎂 party and it was the best decision ever to go with the restaurant to cater for about 80 people. The management and the staff were so flexible in accommodating all my request and basically became part of the celebration dancing with us all. No amount of word can justify how grateful I am for the team from Town n Grill. Keep up the great job 10/10

Our first time at this place, family birthday dinner. The one lady on duty when we arrived for our 5pm booking rushed us in & roughly explained the set up with thei buffet & variety of skewers available, said we would get all skewers available & then we choose what we wanted. We had to ask for the Prawn skewers which we were given 3 for a group of 11. Customer Service is very poor, staff need training or to upskill, their communication is next to none. Our family won't be going back, indian food fro the food court & takeaway places are much better quality than the food that is served here, very disappointing. You really need help in running your business/restaurant to improve.

Very dull inside, its all you can eat kebab style service, already cooked, served by placing kebabs on charcoal grill to keep food warm but its quite slow topping up your table with more kebabs therefor you start to loose your appetite just waiting. We found the food was quite dry- but my favourite was the lamb and pineapples. There were 3x curry dishes and rice on another table close to the kitchen where you help yourself - it didnt look appealing so we never tried it. We wouldnt dine here again.

Dinner booked for group of 11 at 5pm. The service was really slow, they need more staff, who are trained & can communicate effectively. The staff barely talk & have no customer skills what so ever. Food was average. First & last time we’ll come back here, very disappointing.

Fantastic spot. Very reasonable prices! Absolutely perfect for a low carb diet as you can load up on your proteins and skip the carbs. A bit light on the veges or Salads ( none really) but very tasty.

Came here this evening with a couple of friends not realising it was a buffet. The people were so lovely about the misunderstanding and we absolutely will come back another time when we are hungry enough for a buffet (we were only wanting a snack this evening). Anyway, I was lucky enough to sample some of their delicious spiced battered fish during my short visit and it was DELICIOUS. Lovely trio of sauces went with it and I was so impressed at how perfectly the fish was cooked just the right amount. Honestly THE FISH TASTED SO GOOD and the people were lovely. Can’t wait to try more of their food when I come for a buffet dinner soon!

This place is great.. its beautiful, and the food is great too.. the service was wonderful and very friendly.. we were full on the starters, we didn't even make it to the buffet food that was available..

1 star as that is for customer service, bought butter chicken which cost me $20 thought it would be nice at that price, I was wrong, the chicken was burnt, there were 8 pieces in total, little pieces and the container was very short in height thus making it less of a meal, for $20 you’d expect rice? Well no, as rice was an additional $5, at least add rice with your high prices, also the garlic naan which was $5.99 had basically NO garlic on it, maybe half a teaspoon, it didn’t even smell like a garlic naan should. Stop trying to skimp out on giving your customers what they pay for, total spent $25.99 which went in the bin because the butter Chicken tasted like someone fell in the pot with a can of tomato soup, it was the worse butter chicken I’ve ever had. Never going back, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Good job on the customer service though, food was really really bad, not even eatable

Found this restaurant through first table, a unique dining experience with the on table kebab set up. Very tasty with lovely customer service. Look forward to visiting again

The Welcome guy was loud nd proud, very pleasant. The food a little disappointing but because the waiter was soo good we cldnt tell him. Customer service is excellent, food not so good. They dont have tea nd coffee.
