Had worst Saturday night Just wanted to buy KFC HOT & SPICY chicken go home & wine down but when I reached home tasted the first bite it was BURNT I was so disappointed!! What are the management doing ?? Are you shift managers not checking what type of food is being delivered to us customers?????? Never been this disappointed in life ever!!!!

Ordered at drive thru today. Abit of wait is understandable. My burger is nice. The Chips are not fresh and too much seasoning though. Salty fries and old ones.

Looks can be deceiving! Tragic wings with burnt taste, original recipe also with burnt taste, enjoyed the buns, coleslaw and p&g.

Advertised in big letters "Hot & Spicy". At drive thru was told at the ordering speakers that there is no more left for the day so had to order regular. Just for satisfaction asked the check out operator that how come it finishes so fast and was surprised to hear that they have actually stopped making hot & spicy for good for sometime now. Why tell lies in the first place and why still advertise ? False advertisement by a huge chain as KFC is a shame. What are you trying to prove KFC management??

Worst KFC ever!!! Ordered wicked wings from KFC Manukau and it was disgusting. Opened the box and it didn’t look like wicked wings at all, so I had a bite and spitted out straight away. It smelled like expired Indian samosa and didn’t taste like wicked wings AT ALL. It was just ridiculous. I don’t know how to explain how disgusting it was. The chicken and chips were brown because the oil was old and it was definitely not wicked wing that I normally had from other branches. Also, there was no wings. Please don’t go to KFC Manukau, you WILL regret. They ruined my Saturday night and I’m never going back there ever again. Horrible chicken ever!!!

Went to KFC Manukau tonight, order Zinger Stacker combo, and this is what I got. I don't know what burger this is. I understand I came at just around 2230,maybe the staffs are tired, that's okay, hopefully they were not being lazy and or dishonest when they gave me my order. So disappointing.

I visited today 01st November 2020 and bought 2xl buckets one spicy pieces bucket and 1 original pieces bucket came home found out that both buckets were original which I know that they've charged me with the spicy one. In addition to it there also a black chicken piece that was overcooked was included in my order. Very disappointed with your service always fast but to make sure you give us exactly what we ordered as money is not black or overheated. Attached is my photo taken from my order. From Wellington so first time at this store . I'm guessing you can't fault the freshness when they keep live ingredients in store. I did ask a staff member about the 3 pigeons but they didn't seem too worried , guess you guys do things a little different in the big smoke

KFC Manukau should stop advertising hot N spicy. Doesn't matter what time of day we go, there is never any hot n spicy,. n we drive from Mangere to Manukau just for the hot n spicy chicken. Also the quality of chips & chicken is very poor, the only saving grace is the fresh rolls, coleslaw, p&g (hence the 2 stars) Tried calling first to see if they have hot n spicy but of course no one ever answers the phone!

Your manager name Herpal so rude, laughing in front of me talking to another staff because she thought that I understand the additional $0.40 per additional chicken. Soooo rude manager. I am standing in front of them and no respect to me as a customer and talking about me while laughing. I bought wicked wings and I just want to be hot and spicy that is why I ask if possible so I am going to add $0.40 per chicken.

Today I went to KFC manukau drive thru and ordered the spicy jumbo bucket, we drove all the way home and found it was completely burnt tasting and smelling. Tried to eat it but was so inedible. The oil was fully burnt and would be bad for the health of anyone eating it. We called multiple times and there was no pick up. So we had to drive all the way back bringing our buckets, wasting more time and gas. On top of that we didn’t receive any compensation for our time and gas wasted coming back, just replacement of our chicken. I understand it’s busy but I don’t feel it was worth it.

This is the worst KFC in New Zealand. Honestly, if I can give this KFC a zero star I would. Customer service is so poor and you can tell people that works here are so uneducated and very rude. We went in drive thru and this lady said we have to pay in cash as their eftpos is not working, and we can clearly hear them chatting and laughing in the background making it too obvious that they just don’t wanna work. Anyways, we ended up visiting another KFC branch around the area. Papatoetoe KFC IS JUST 8minutes away from this store. So if you want to not have your whole day ruin. please do not come at manukau KFC branch so this fast food employees can change their bad attitudes

Paid $35 for 6 original chicken ,2 reg cslaw,2 reg pg, 2 can coke, 2 reg chips. When I opened the box I was astonished due to the size of the chicken....nibbles??? How come all so tiny?? Also a potato gravy is full with gravy sauce. Not value for the price. I will never go back to KFC. Texas chicken so much better.

I ordered online no contact delivery, was fast, but arrived with half of the order!!!! So i had to drive down and pick it up!!! Unreliable service, you get it right once, then the next wrong!!!! You should get it right all the time and be a service the customers can trust to deliver!!!! I picked up my order, and the worker says I'll ask my manager on duty." I look down, and she laughs about it!! The worker says the delivery guy left it behind!!! Why wasn't the order packed together?? Ready for pick up??!!!

Sat in the drive thru for over 30mins. If they had another exit I would not be siting in the queue. Didn't even get a sorry for the wait.. service tonight is slack.

Only if I can give them 0 star. We've ordered $80 worth of food for delivery FOR MY SISTER'S FAMILY BIRTHDAY DINNER PARTY but they missed so many items. If this happened to you, don't even try to call them to fix it because they don't answer their phone. They didn't send chickens, burger, side menus which I will never get or get refunded.

Really happy with this KFC service. We had a very large order and we didn't wait for to long. It was very busy. I work in a fast food restaurant and know the pressure when it's crazy busy like that.. I want to say a big thumbs up to the lady doing the buckets of chicken. She was amazingly fast. And our order was very accurate. Or food was fresh as.

The worst kfc around period.! Staff are untrained rude and unprofessional their hygiene standards are so low I saw of them coughing over food ,no one wearing masks or trying to protect others from covid. handling the food and drink without gloves and wiping old chips off the bench and back into the rest of chips utterly disgusting practices going on here, we absolutely walked out, it was the worse customer service I’ve ever seen too, I watched one girl swear at a customer , very very useless staff and management Whanau you got no standards Kia Ora! Not even worth the one star!

KFC is the BEST fast food that I have ever had. The chicken is the juiciest chicken that I have ever tasted EVER!! It is so good and nice and tasty. Same as the fries. They are so salty and so yummy. Come with you family and friends. By Beryith

This KFC is the worst I have ever had. I work in the area and have tried it about 20 times, and it is consistently yuck. Also, the prices fluctuate, so I wonder if the staff are tipping themselves. Awful. Do yourself a favour and go to Manurewa KFC, it’s so much better!

We ordered dinner online to be delivered. We received short order. Tried calling Manukau Kfc. Everytime we called our call was declined. Ended up emailing and we received automated email that we will get response in 3 to 5 working days. Seriously! We contacted the delivery driver and the poor guy went to Kfc Manukau from Papatoetoe. He was returned. He was told that we can have the short delivery when we order next time. Disgusting service. Order was bssed on the quantity required and here you saying add to the next order. Are you serious. Its food man! We needed the complete order on the date of order. People pay for food and for delivery. When short delivered no one takes responsibility to answer the phone. Looking forward to full order compensation.

KFC Manukau is such a disappointment!! Hair found in my food last night. Absolutely disgusting. Please train your staffs to follow proper protocols for food safety and hygiene. I wouldn’t ever come back and will never recommend kfc to anyone.

Went through the drive thru, the youngish thin maori girl has a seriously bad attitude issue,she basically opens the window throws your food out it and then slams the window shut as quick as she can without saying a word. They totally stuffed up my order and ripped me off gave me a snack burger instead of the tower burger I paid for, also provided no spoons for the coleslaw or potato n gravy and no napkins. Wouldnt bother going here again, simply the worst kfc experience ive ever had.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very unhygienic restaurant. 3 pigeons flying around while dining in. Bird poo on the tables and floor. Food scraps left all over the place. Food was served cold from sitting out. Was really disgusting eating there. NEVER AGAIN.

Went through the drive through and the service was amazing! Our order was all correct which never happens when I ask for no sauce on the burgers so this was a huge plus for us! Food tasted great and fresh. Will be coming back.

To dine at this KFC is very revolting. As seen in the photo, bones lying around and other rubbish. Would be sickening to dine here. Makes me wonder how unhygienic the kitchen area is which makes me even more sick. Ordered a box of 16 piece chicken and a zinger burger. Got all my order so cannot complain about that and the service was super quick.

Pretty solid KFC to go to. Most of the time you can get a decent feed with reasonably sized chicken pieces, fresh chips and a can of drink. Definitely recommend.

The chick at the window had a tone in her voice. I asked for plates and cups and was told "sorry we don't give them out anymore" why??? Pretty dumb especially if I spent over $100 too. Other KFC's they still give em. Why can't yous?? Useless

The staff is terrible!!! Waited for almost 1 hour just to get my order and they call the customers “LIERS” when we tell what we order apparently we are wasting their time. Don’t go in there if you have the slightest amount of respect

Popped into the store instead of waiting in the drive thru and got our food in about 3 mins. It was pretty good, not stingy with the chips

The service was slow, with the food just dropped on the counter. There were more pigeons inside, on the tables, chairs and floor then outside. Taking discarded food waste from overflowing bins. The quicker I left the better. There wasn't any attempt by staff to address the problem. Won't be back the health risk is to high.

Food was good, but was Not Happy after hearing a young lady (employee) swearing about customers because she wanted to go on her break. We didnt deal with her directly but Myself n my family with kids as young as 1 heard her as we were paying our meal at the Drive through. (White lady with reddish or purplish hair).......... WTH your in the wrong profession

Ordered online and went to the drive-thru to pick it up, but was told they couldn't give it out that way and I would have to come in (where exactly does it say that when you order?) Explained I'm literally disabled and can't but they didn't care. One of the workers suggested to her manager that I wasn't really disabled and just didn't want to come in. Couldn't get a refund either, was basically told to figure it out online. So now I have no lunch and no money for lunch. Won't ever come back here, that's for sure

12.20pm Went to KFC to buy lunch for grandson Ordered through the drive through. When I got to the window I was told there was no chicken a 15 min wait told to wait in car park. After 20 minutes went inside to see where the order was and waited another 5 minutes before getting served. I am watching them fill other large orders and when I ask they said they were just going to bring it out I saw it sitting there chips stone cold, so it had not just been done like I was told Not impressed at all Why was no chicken avaliable at lunch time ?Come on get your act together. not worth a star but have to otherwise wont post

I went through drive thru to buy spicy chicken which just came out. The lady said due to some logistics issues we are not selling hot and spicy chicken today. I then asked if I could get the 15 pack meal and then she asks me would you like to swap out? I was like with what? You just told me you don't have hot and spicy chicken. She went all silent. I think your staff need a bit training/guidance 🤦🏾‍♂️

The first time ever using the app I ordered a Value Pack via the app and not knowing the process drove through the drive through to pick it up. The girl on the counter told me I had to pick the food up from the front counter, but if I asked at the next window I might be quick enough to collect it from there. I politely asked the young man if I could pick up my order #29. He said no that I had to come into the shop. That was good. So I get in the shop and I am waiting for my order. Standing there for almost 15 minutes, eight other families in front of me were served well before me - they did not have app orders but ordered straight from the counter. There were about four other people beside me who had app orders with numbers MUCH HIGHER than mine i.e number 45, 73 etc. The young man who I had spoke to before asked me what my number was and I repeated that it was 29. He looked around and then ignored me. I then had to speak up as no one was listening to me. I then asked the bigger guy where my order was. He looked confused. I then said, "Oh you gave it away didn't you?" He then defensively said, "You should be standing at the counter asking for your meal not there!" I then saw red and told him that I had asked the young man working with him twice where my meal was, and he even asked me again what my number was. I was disgusted at how they ignored me as I was waiting patiently for them to call out my number like they did for all the other four people who ordered via APP. These people are nothing but rude and ignorant

Very Central and popular Place, even with Big crowd: The Staff Service is So Amazed, they are Well trained to Manage Huge crowds. That is worth the Quality of the KFC, on the very Top of it all: For a Satisfied Customer. The place to be.

I'm not very good at describing the taste of KFC as I'm usually an either "Original" or "Spicy" sort of guy so don't expect anything exotic. Personally, I find that the quality in the franchises are quite similar to each other and while I may not find one better than the other this consistency also leads to a fall in quality as I do not find KFC to be "my go to meal". But don't take it personally, KFC is good but I don't really think any franchise restaurants are kicking it up a notch when changing the quality of their foods. Blame it on the one who founded KFC, not the restaurant. P.S./Too long? It just doesn't suit my tastes.

One of the worst KFC outlets in New Zealand. I ordered 8 piece chicken and I got only 7 pieces and quality of the chicken pieces were pathetic. I think they don't have any mechanism to check the quality, perhaps they got worst managers. Wicked wings, they won't give any wings it's just small pieces of leg pieces always! Fellas, this place is hell and not recommend at all!

Need to have selection board at beginning of drive through like they had previously. Got to window to order and the sliders were sold out advertised just before where you stop to order. Then had to quickly decide while they waited for me. Pressure😂
