The
first
time
ever
using
the
app
I
ordered
a
Value
Pack
via
the
app
and
not
knowing
the
process
drove
through
the
drive
through
to
pick
it
up.
The
girl
on
the
counter
told
me
I
had
to
pick
the
food
up
from
the
front
counter,
but
if
I
asked
at
the
next
window
I
might
be
quick
enough
to
collect
it
from
there.
I
politely
asked
the
young
man
if
I
could
pick
up
my
order
#29.
He
said
no
that
I
had
to
come
into
the
shop.
That
was
good.
So
I
get
in
the
shop
and
I
am
waiting
for
my
order.
Standing
there
for
almost
15
minutes,
eight
other
families
in
front
of
me
were
served
well
before
me
-
they
did
not
have
app
orders
but
ordered
straight
from
the
counter.
There
were
about
four
other
people
beside
me
who
had
app
orders
with
numbers
MUCH
HIGHER
than
mine
i.e
number
45,
73
etc.
The
young
man
who
I
had
spoke
to
before
asked
me
what
my
number
was
and
I
repeated
that
it
was
29.
He
looked
around
and
then
ignored
me.
I
then
had
to
speak
up
as
no
one
was
listening
to
me.
I
then
asked
the
bigger
guy
where
my
order
was.
He
looked
confused.
I
then
said,
"Oh
you
gave
it
away
didn't
you?"
He
then
defensively
said,
"You
should
be
standing
at
the
counter
asking
for
your
meal
not
there!"
I
then
saw
red
and
told
him
that
I
had
asked
the
young
man
working
with
him
twice
where
my
meal
was,
and
he
even
asked
me
again
what
my
number
was.
I
was
disgusted
at
how
they
ignored
me
as
I
was
waiting
patiently
for
them
to
call
out
my
number
like
they
did
for
all
the
other
four
people
who
ordered
via
APP.
These
people
are
nothing
but
rude
and
ignorant
