I
took
there
my
ring
for
resize.
After
it
was
resized,
I
noticed
that
the
ring
is
noticeably
narrower
at
the
resize
spot,
and
the
colour
is
also
different.
I
called
the
branch
from
which
I
bought
the
ring,
and
they
asked
for
some
photos.
I
sent
them
the
photos,
and
they
apologized
and
told
me
that
they
had
called
the
manager
of
Vulcan
Lane
branch,
and
all
I
needed
to
do
was
take
the
ring
to
them.
However,
when
I
went
there
to
give
them
the
ring,
the
manager
told
her
coworker
to
say
to
us
that
she
was
busy
and
couldn't
collect
the
ring
and
we
needed
to
come
back
another
time
with
a
booking
in
advance.
The
worst
part
was
there
was
no
other
customer
in
the
store
(
or
at
least
I
didn't
see
any
other
customer
just
to
be
fair),
and
there
were
two
staff
there
when
they
were
telling
me
that
they
didn't
have
time
for
me
to
fix
their
own
mistake.
The
matter
had
already
been
discussed
with
them
by
the
other
branch
manager,
and
all
they
had
to
do
was
collect
the
ring.
They
were
much
nicer
when
we
went
there
to
buy
the
ring
compared
to
when
we
went
there
to
use
our
care
plan.

Based
on
my
experience,
I
don't
expect
good
customer
service
there,
and
the
3
year
care
plan
I
got
with
my
ring
is
not
useful
with
such
customer
service.
