My stay was for a business trip. I was very pleased with the hotel. It was clean, fresh towels everyday. The customer service was beyond incredible. I had the pleasure of meeting Krista and Jared and another gentleman at the front desk. Service beyond incredible. I would recommend this hotel everyday. Great job

This is an ok hotel. In a quiet location but the walls are very very thin. You can hear conversations, water, and walking. Not great for light sleepers. The linens were very clean and bed comfortable. There is dust in all the vents and around baseboards so if you have allergies maybe not the best. The rug by the door is a trip hazard and white stains on the front of the couch made me not want to sit on it. Most the interactions with employees were fine except one of the night ones who was always on her phone and very unimpressed with her job needs a little training in customer service. I come to town for business often and will chose a different hotel next time.

Jared was spot on in courtesy, efficiency, kindness and welcoming attitude. He helped over several days prior to our two night stay and was even more helpful while we were there. Loved his and Christa's ease with clients. Eager to help he went out of his way to be helpful. True professionalism. The rooms were great and food was wonderful. Highly recommend these fine folks and this wonderful hotel. and they deserve a bonus.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Location was excellent. Overall a quiet location with great choices for restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend you ask for top floor as you can hear foot stomps from the room above you. Housekeeping could be improved as the room upon arrival had an empty liquid bath wash bottle and coffee pods were not restocked but conveniently housekeeping was down the hall to collect the items. Bed had a piece of foam mattress topper…why? Mattress was a pillow top and the topper was a nuisance as it didn’t keep the sheets on properly and it shifted terribly. We asked for it to be removed after the first night and it was not done. Breakfast had great choices of food and would definitely recommend you giving it a visit. Staff friendly and location has free parking so overall a good place to stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights and this hotel exceeded our expectations! The common areas are excellently designed. There is plenty of seating in the main common area for breakfast and lounging. The pool is huge and there is a hot tub, 2 private seating areas with couches and TVs, and 2 grills. The workout room had 3 large treadmills, 2 ellipticals, 1 stationary bike, a bench, and a good selection of free weights and cable weights. Our suite was a little smaller than expected but not bad for the price. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and our A/C kept us very comfortable. With that said, there were a few “off” things about this hotel. There was a random pair of beat up work boots just outside the elevator on our floor. There was a random sock laying by the elevators on the first floor. We arrived about 15 minutes before breakfast ended one morning and there was a ton of people eating and no food left. I thought maybe they would cook more as people were still arriving and there was 15 minutes left but they never did. We were left with only eggs and bread which was a little disappointing considering the breakfast shown in my picture was the day before and delicious. For some reason the black out curtains in our room only covered about half the window. I thought this was weird considering we saw other rooms from the outside with their windows completely covered. Ours only had the thin white curtains that are see through which made it a little uncomfortable when changing and let a ton of light through if you were trying to sleep in. We had to improvise and tie our black out curtains together. The walls are pretty thin and you can sometimes hear the conversations of people in the hallway and in the rooms next to you.

The rooms are modern and clean. Bathrooms are beautiful and with great products but the smell coming from the AC was unbearable. Jared was so friendly and kind but when every breath the guest smells mold and must it’s difficult to stay. Even after a room change the AC smell was only slightly less strong. I tried to let it air out but waiting 15 minutes it didn’t get much better.

The staff at this location are absolutely amazing. I’ve received better service here than at the Edition or Ritz. I’m in between moving and had a pretty poor experience at another Holiday Inn Express in Austin and was rebooked to this one. The manager and her team went absolutely above and beyond in making me feel welcome and as stress free as possible - including organizing a ‘welcome to Austin’ gift basket and providing good food for lunch and dinner during the freeze. 10/10 will absolutely stay here again.

Nice hotel, fantastic pool area, good gym, great complementary breakfast, friendly front desk staff, hotel room included fridge and microwave. But room wasn't cleaned after 3 days there. Even when I told housekeeping that I'd be out of their way to clean it. The restroom didn't have any ventilation either, so if you go number 2, you're stuck with that smell in the room.

We loved staying here! The staff is very friendly. It is a beautiful hotel inside and out. The pool area is very nice. It is a great location if you want to visit Austin but don't want to stay downtown. There are lots of good restaurants and shopping areas around. And the hotel room was very nice and spacious. It was a very comfortable spot for our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

Despite the lobby being under construction, this was the best Holiday Inn we've ever stayed at. The gym was open 24/7 and also had more equipment options than usual. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety to include flavored syrup for coffee and salsa for omelets (it's the little things). Staff went above and beyond accommodating for an early check-in when we had a long day of early morning travel, extra amenities, and great to talk with about local activities and recommendations. Highly recommend, we'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

Worth the price. Great location, near the domain. Been going here for years and every time the staff is nice and the rooms are clean. Plus the showers have the large pump bottles.

The bedrooms were nice. The pillows and the bed were clean and felt soft, fluffy, and comfortable. The staff were outgoing and friendly, which made the experience feel personable. There were a few issues. When I walked into the carpet for the room I was staying, I was expecting a clean room, but I ended up stepping in a wide area of wet carpet with my socks, which was not a good experience. The front of desk was very accommodating and switched my room, which I appreciated. The other issue, I saw a cockroach in my room twice. It wasn’t a big deal, but it made the stay a bit uncomfortable. Finally, the walls are a bit thin, so if you’re a light sleeper you can hear music or snoring in the room next door.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and room. I walked into my room and saw a welcome package consisting of snacks and some water. The hotel was going through some renovations but it did not take away from the service given by all the staff members. They had hot and fresh coffee 24 hours. I had asked the staff how long the coffee had been sitting because it was around 6pm, and the manager, I believe her name was Michelle Thompson, came out and made a fresh pot just because they weren't sure if it was fresh or not. The breakfast was really good for a free hotel breakfast, especially the cinnamon rolls! Overall, this is one of the best stays I've had at a hotel and I do a lot of traveling. Job well done!

Stayed the first week on November 2023. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The hotel is having renovations which if we knew we would not have stayed there. We found out upon check in which mean we could not cancel our reservation without having to pay something. We do not like staying at hotels being renovated due to dusk, noise, contractors coming and going, etc. The hotel did not even offer lower night rates to compensate for the inconvenience. The furniture is old, our mattress covers had a stain on the side that you could see just looking at the bed, our room could have been cleaned better, we did not have an equal number of the towel options in the room. The hot tub stopped working during our stay and that was one of the main reason we initially booked the location. The breakfast was ok could have been better because I have had better breakfasts at other Holiday Inn express locations. The location is very crowded in the area due to having a lot of commercial businesses like Costco, Office Depot, Randalls grocery, etc. The city is also doing construction on the highway we all know that is not a short term thing. The constructions expected to last the remainder of 2023 and some time in 2024.The road work had lanes on the service road closed and down to 1 lane. For so many reasons won't be staying at this location anymore.

BEST BREAKFAST at a hotel! So many selections: egg white omelettes, incredible-tasting oatmeal, potatoes, bacon, sausage, gravy, Chobani yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, a topping bar for your eggs and more! I have to recognize Javier who was in charge of the breakfast. He was nothing short of AMAZING. He speaks Spanish and a little bit of English, and he translated on his phone “We are here to be at your disposal,” because he wanted to know if there was anything he could get for us! THAT is an incredible employee! I hope Holiday Inn reads this and gives him a bonus, because he deserves it! Thank you, Javier, for the BEST EXPERIENCE! Great location and modern rooms!
