-I was on the club floor, has drinks for free and a snack bar during couple hours a day. -My room was picked up everyday and fresh sheets. Loved it. -Didn’t try the food, looks overpriced better explore Austin. -Next to the hotel on the inside is office buildings, sooo be careful people can see you… -Parking: it is own by the city and not the hotel. You will get receipt when you leave the garage and it is 50$ a day!

I wish I could give 6 stars because the service provided from hotel staff was impeccable. Spent our engagement weekend at the hotel and from the initial setting of the reservations to the constant communication to ensure everything I could have possibly imagined was met. From valet service to checking in to champagne setting for the special moment, it was perfect. If you are planning to stay for any special occasion, please consider the Omni Austin because the staff will make sure that they will do everything in their power to make your stay as perfect as ours was!

All of the staff were very friendly and happy from the moment we arrived. We booked a deluxe king room with a walk in shower which was very nicely decorated and the bed, pillows and duvet were beyond comfortable! The hotel is in a quiet location which is easily walkable to everything downtown. Andy in the coffee shop took excellent care of us every morning for breakfast and it was spotlessly clean. The fresh baking was absolutely divine...a cookery book would be a great idea! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Austin!

The rooms are nice and the location in downtown Austin is great. The rooftop pool is fantastic (although the bar wasn't open when I was there). But a major complaint would be the fact that the gym is closed (October 2023) and the hotel moved three cross-trainers and one treadmill into the business center for a (very) makeshift gym. This was very disappointing after seeing the photos of an excellent gym that were a major reason why we selected the hotel in the first place. This is the kind of thing that should be prominently posted on booking websites in order to avoid such disappointments. The rooms should be discounted as well (on Saturday during the F1 race, rooms were going for $1000).

This was our first stay with Omni and we absolutely loved it! From the valet, front desk, guest services, everyone was so friendly and kind. We were there celebrating our Anniversary. Lauren in the Club Lounge during snack hour 5-7pm was absolutely awesome! She was polite, helpful, and very attentive to everyone. When Lauren found out that we were celebrating our Anniversary, she told the front desk and they sent us up some goodies later that evening. The views from the rooftop pool area is so beautiful! The front desk staff was very helpful in assisting us with getting tickets for a tour of Austin. We enjoyed this trip tremendously from start to finish thanks to the Omni's outstanding staff. There is one thing that happened only one time but I would hate for it to be a turn off for someone else and ruin their experience. The hot breakfast in the Club Lounge 14th floor- breakfast that one time was not hot. I am sure that is a problem that will easily be fixed. Other than that one issue- we had an amazing stay! I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

We have stayed at other downtown hotels in Austin but the Omni puts them all to shame! The restaurant food was the best, as was the service; the pool was delightful and Manuel at the bar went the extra mile. It was quiet, but mostly, the service was extraordinary! We felt like they truly cared to make our stay perfect.

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service and dining experience I recently had at one of your establishments. My stay at Omni Hotel was truly remarkable, and I felt compelled to share my positive feedback. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by your warm and attentive staff members. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made me feel incredibly welcome and valued as a guest. The level of service provided by your team exceeded my expectations, and their dedication to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay did not go unnoticed. I also had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant, where I was treated to a culinary delight. The menu selection was impressive, offering a diverse range of delectable dishes. The quality of the food was outstanding, and it was evident that the chefs put great care and expertise into preparing each meal. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was simply impeccable. My compliments to the chef and kitchen staff for their culinary mastery. Furthermore, the ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and elegant, creating a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The attention to detail in both the service and the dining atmosphere truly set Omni Hotel apart. I want to commend Omni Hotels & Resorts for consistently upholding the highest standards of excellence in both service and culinary offerings. My stay was not just a stay; it was an enriching experience that I will cherish. Please extend my gratitude to your entire team for their hard work and dedication. I look forward to my next visit to Omni Hotel and am confident that I will once again be treated to an exceptional stay and delightful dining experience.

This hotel was beautiful and has nice amenities. The rooftop pool has good views of downtown Austin and a nice breeze. There was a big newspaper conference in the lobby for the second half of the visit which was crowded and loud in the early AM. Walls of the hotel are thin and are able to hear neighbors on each side of you. Overall the hotel was beautiful, clean and a very convenient location.

This property was in the perfect location for my business trip and had many restaurant options conveniently located within walking distance. The staff was friendly, the rooms were nice, and everything seemed to be nice and tidy. The building appears to be well maintained and all of the glass in the lobby adds to the ambiance.

This hotel is located close to everything you need and want to do downtown. The food in the lobby restaurant and cafe is excellent and there are dozens of other options all a short walk. The rooms are very spacious, and housekeeping does an outstanding job keeping everything clean and tidy before and during your stay.

We had a bad experience here. It got resolved via discounts. We didn't need discounts. We needed basic expectations to be met, not simply a discounted omni experience. Can't say that we will rush back to the Omni group anytime soon. Any nuggets here? The room was as advertised on the executive level. A shame not much else was.

This Omni is the best hotel I’ve stayed at ever. The service was impeccable from the valet service to the front desk. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was absolutely spotless. Not a single hair in the shower, or a weird stain on the bedding. We felt so comfortable and most importantly safe. We live in the suburbs of Austin so this was a staycation for us. We agree that if we ever stay downtown again we’ll only choose this Omni.

This location is really convenient to 6th St and the Capital building. Not too far from the Riverfront as well. We walked everywhere and felt safe. Lots of food and entertainment within just a couple blocks from the hotel. Our room was beautifully updated and spacious. We didn't use the room service but did enjoy the coffee shop there. The rooftop pool is nice but small. This wasn't a problem during the week when it wasn't busy but it could be full on the weekends. Both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We flew in to Austin and got a rides to and from the hotel so we did not use the parking or valet services and can't comment on these. We would definitely recommend and return.

I am extremely disappointed to have to write this review. Austin is like my second home and i have always stayed at the Omni hotel. I have never had an issue everyone is always so welcoming to me. However during my last stay 11/11/2023 i left behind my makeup bag. I called the hotel the next day after check out and the front desk girl stated my makeup bag was found by housekeeping and she could mail to me. They charged me about $25 to ship it back to me. My makeup bag arrived 4 days later and i was very upset to find out that they had stole most of my makeup out of my bag of course all the named brand products. They only left the drug store products behind so clearly they knew they were taking about $200 worth of makeup. I called multiple times and was once transferred to the housekeeping manager, I believe her name is Amanda. She was very rude and not understanding at all very poor customer service. I called back and spoke to a front desk manager and he stated he was going to have a supervisor call me back in about an hour or so. It's been 4 days and no one has returned my call. I spoke very highly of this hotel and because of the good treatment i always received i never had an issue paying the extra cost to book here. I figured they would have better customer service and follow up with their customers but unfortunately that is incorrect. Next time someone books here please make sure you gather all your belongings at check out! Clearly the housekeeping crew they have is not to be trusted.

Great hotel experience! Very friendly and helpful staff. Was a short stay (just one night), but was made to feel welcome, and the front desk and hotel staff went out of their way and went above and beyond to help me with reservation questions, restaurant recommendations, and other things. Would definitely recommend!

Worst hotel experience of my life - and I have stayed in hostels in Europe as a backpacker. 1) gym is completely broken 2) elevators also broke. That’s hard when you’re 17 floors high. They literally just said “just wait, we’re waiting for the engineers to show up” 3) I called before arriving to ensure they could receive packages for me. I confirmed when I checked in. Still, they lost both packages sent to the site for me, then didn’t even have customer service chops to be straight with me. They just say, “we’ll retrieve it from the package room. Wait here.” TWO HOURS go by. And no one has gone to look for it. It is THE WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed in, entirely due to poor service mentality. NEVER EVER STAY HERE!

Omni Austin has very nice rooms, a great view of DKR stadium, and the customer service was great. The only two things I had a issue with is that the hotel has no vending machines at all when you want a very late night snack and the parties on 6th street can be heard throughout the room which can make it hard to sleep. Overall a great experience regardless.

Had a great stay. Valet were super friendly and efficient. Check-in was easy and they upgraded us to a higher floor. Room was really nice and had a view of the capital building through the atrium. Had one drink at the bar and the service there was great. We brought our own liquor and the turn-down service noticed this and stocked our ice bucket for us which was a nice touch. We did hit the pool which was really small and not quite warm enough for swimming but we brought our own drinks and sat on the edge with our feet in the water and enjoyed the view. Room was very clean, wish it had regular hand soap. I will say that the toilet ran occasionally throughout the night. The alarm was set for 5:30am from the previous guest so either check that or maybe have housekeeping turn it off when cleaning? Finally, not sure why but the remote receiver on the TV was blocked with a piece of electrical tape which took awhile to figure out why the remote only worked at certain extreme angles. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again the next time we were in Austin. Should be noted that we caught an Uber a few times rather than fussing with getting our car back from the valet and we never waited more than a minute for an Uber driver.

This hotel is exceptional. The sales team is so efficient and professional. Jordan showed me options on the corporate and personal level. This hotel is so unique to the Austin Market and for beautiful city and Austin themed floors. The atrium is so beautiful and every inch of the space is useful and esthetically pleasing. I would highly recommend the conference rooms as well. Thank you for the world class customer service.

My family and I had an amazing time here, hospitality was top notch! The front desk and the rest of the staff’s was very friendly and welcoming, we also had breakfast and dinner during our stay and the service was received was amazing we will definitely be back here when we visit Austin Again. The only thing is that I wish there is a way the parking price can be reduced especially for people staying at the hotel, apart from that we had a blast! Thank you OMNI

The hotel was nice. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. I don’t know if we missed some kind of memo, but our room wasn’t serviced our first two days. The hotel was fairly centrally located. Very business-like feel to it though. Would definitely come back

I loved my stay here, the employees were kind and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The car valet really did come in handy, and made staying downtown a good experience. Breakfast via room service and the restaurant was great, portions were generous and worth the price. For the price, the room did feel small but it was functional and beautiful.

Amazing hotel, incredible service! Staff is very helpful and friendly. The lobby is newly renovated with an awesome coffee shop - stunning! Not to mention the location is phenomenal, right in heart of downtown. Definitely recommend

I experienced exceptional customer service during my stay! Every employee was so helpful and kind. The bar tender even went out of his way to purchase vanilla ice cream for me. I will definitely return soon!

We were there for the Austin film festival. The rooms were very nice they just didn't work. I got on a first name basis with the engineers over the air conditioning system. And the hotel kept trying to check out two of my team members. Other than that the food was terrific at the restaurant although the menu was limited and never changed. The valet were superb and the folks behind the bar were a wonderful morning wake up.

The staff is exceptionally great. They helped us unload our car, carry our baggage to our room, along with giving great recommendations on places to go for the weekend here in Austin Texas. We mentioned to the fellow worker downstairs that we wanted fresh towels and gave him our room number, when we came back we had fresh towels. Our room has stayed super cold the way we like it and I cannot complain about the noise because I haven’t heard anything to complain about! I have stayed at a lot of Omni’s and this is by far one of the nicest & friendliest!

I want to start off and say that most of the staff was extremely friendly and super helpful. But overall, this hotel was just disappointing. I had higher expectations with it being Omni. We came to Austin for our 5 year wedding anniversary and brought our 1 year old. We booked a 1 bedroom suite with a balcony, planning to let our toddler take naps in the other room while we enjoyed the balcony and whatnot. The room smelled a little like mildew, the bathroom and balcony doors were very hard to open and close, and if you closed the bedroom door, the bedroom didn't get any air conditioning. There was no furniture on the balcony, so we couldn't sit out there and enjoy it. That was a waste of an upgrade. The rooms seemed super outdated furniture-wise and decor-wise. They weren't terrible, but definitely nothing special. The pool looks way bigger and nicer in the pictures than it does it real life. The pool bar was even more sad to look at. The valet was very slow. One of the times we waited for over 20 minutes for our car to be brought up. When you are paying $40 a day for valet service and it takes 20 minutes to get your car, it's extremely frustrating. When you have a super impatient 1 year old with you while you're waiting, it's even worse. The coffee bar and restaurant were pretty good. Service was good and food was good too. One of the bartenders seemed very unhappy to be in Austin. He was pretty friendly, but he made it very clear he'd rather be somewhere else. Not really a big deal, but when you are excited about visiting Austin and the bartender basically tells you it sucks, it kind of puts a damper on things. Overall it wasn't terrible, but for the money, I would have rather paid an extra couple hundred dollars to stay at the Fairmont, or saved money staying at a Marriott.

This hotel is beautiful. The design of the bathroom is so pretty! It inspired me to re-create something similar at my house. I had an issue at the cafe and reported it to management. They went above and beyond to make things right. I really appreciate the customer service here.

At around 6:00 a.m. I started hearing a hammering sound. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I look out the window. Here at the Omni when you look out the window you're actually looking into the lobby. They have a construction crew hammering away at their bar they are building. 100% unacceptable at 6:00 in the morning. I did get a response, which was nice. Of course I didn't expect any changes from it because such a large number of people here are afflicted by it. Perhaps it's a corporate decision to allow the workers to come in obnoxiously at 6:00 a.m. to start pounding on things. I got a response though. That's worth a tenth of a star. 1.1! Changed rooms which was nice. 1.2! Played some room key tag. On the 3rd attempt at getting into the original room to transfer my stuff to the new room further away from the noise I got in. They were accommodating through the process. The staff always had a friendly demeanor. Two stars! Tried to get to the pool during regular pool hours. Not only did my key not work and the extra key they gave me specifically for it, someone from Ireland's key didn't work and a couple of pool goers in their swimsuits' keys did not work. The staff came to our assistance and we tried multiple iterations of key swiping across various people's keys and none of them worked. They put us in the service elevator to get up. It was friendly and everything. Interesting.... It shouldn't have happened though. Night 2 was the quiet I expected on the 12th floor. Have you seen the movie 300? "I am a generous" reviewer. Three stars! Other than all of that it's an average hotel with great staff like you would expect at any hotel.

Our trip was everything and more. We were greeting with a friendly welcome from the check in desk. The ladies were very friendly and talkative. Arius upgraded us before my husband even asked and she gave us free drinks. Mark a tall gentleman was very sweet at check out. My husband was very impressed with the the service the hotel provided. We will definitely be back.
