We stayed here because a friend recommended the place. I have no complaints about the room, it was excellent. However, customer service in this establishment is the worst. The front desk manager is so unprofessional, she would call you early in the morning to tell you that you need to stop by and pay even though you already have your credit card on file. They made a mistake and you suffer for it. As someone who works in hospitality industry, this is something that cannot be unseen. No matter how much satisfied you are with your stay, poor customer service just makes it not worth it.

Lots of positives, but our stay was ruined by lack of attention to detail. The room, breakfast, and pool were fine. However, we specifically picked this hotel because they had told us that they had a working car charger. We had an electric vehicle for our stay, so it was important to us to be able to have a place to charge and start the day with a full battery. When we arrived, we found out that their charger (a standard J1772) does not work with Tesla vehicles. Huh? The staff told us that they knew of this problem, and there were no plans to fix it. So instead of a relaxing stay, we woke up every day stressing about having to make time to run over to a supercharger. Definitely won't be back.

This will be our hotel of choice when we are in Austin. Every single one of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The maintenance man even fixed my broken sunglasses with superglue for me! They offered free breakfast every morning, and on some nights they even have a complimentary dinner with beer/wine. The pool area is great too! The rooms were cleaned every day and they have a complimentary laundry room.

Joseph was rude over the phone. The management lies to you and claim they are in a meeting but yet they are on the phone with you. They disrespect their elders and are very rude to older women. They make false claims that a 71 year old woman was physically abusive who has never damage and can't hold things. The head manager will not accept your complaint at all even when it is about civil rights. Two employees refused my service dog 🐕‍🦺 in the breakfast room. We had two nights booked and paid for and the one employee was mad about the whole issue about the service dog and kicked us out. They are refusing to refund the two nights stay. They lied about the second night claiming that they never received the payment. These people hates disabled people

Update after several months of no assistance, I finally received assistance from a manager above the in house manager. She agreed to refund us for the night we didn't stay and assured me that all employees will be going through training on how to handle any situations with service animals. I can only take her word for it and move on. Because of the issue was resolved I would stay again.

I gave 2 stars cause is good but SAFETY sucks…. from all the hotels that I been lately in this one I can smell the Clorox, and it is clean. My main concern is the security… I DID NOT FEEL SAFE!!! Somebody broke into my car the hotel people called to let us know that our car door was opened when we return (we were driving 2 cars) the window was broke and they took a few things. However, my husband asked if he could see the cameras but they said until you make a police report he did it and nothing was show. That was odd for me, I cannot trust my staying here. Thank goodness I will leave today my husband will stay but will never return to this hotel. Everything else was good so far but I couldn’t sleep right since day one. So, my body is on pain right now.

I’d give this place a 4.5 based on a one night stay. Check in was fast, receptionist was friendly. Got up to our floor. Funky smell in the hallway & room. Had to spray perfume to mask it. Room was clean but I still take precautions knowing what I know about hotels. Checkout was extended 30 mins. Love that we could enter from side entrances. Breakfast was good.. 4/5. Pillows got flat quick. We couldn’t find the location b/c our maps kept saying arrived & we were by kohl’s/chili’s. Had to call them.. told us they were behind Walmart.

I’m writing this a week after it actually happen to calm down from the following. This place at first seemed like a decent hotel until out of no where we were forced to leave with 3 days left on our reservation non refundable, because our room was “too messy.” I thought something is way off because we requested NOT to have the maid service clean our room (in the past we’ve had belongings taken or mysteriously disappear). The message was clear to the maids and hotel staff, they were told in person to not enter the room. Out of total disrespect they went in our room anyways to tell the staff a complete lie that our room was too messy. Either that or the staff made up this story to kick us out. I immediately called corporate who didn’t help or seem to care one bit. They told me the manager would come by to tell us exactly why we were being asked to leave, which never happened. We received a call from the manager saying we had 5 minutes to get out or they were calling the cops and the reason being the room was “too messy” And when I tried to explain our request for NO maid service he just yelled over me to say 5 minutes and I’m calling the cops! For being a manager at a hotel you’d think customer service was a top priority, NOT here! At this point my blood pressure was off the chart, and if it wouldn’t have been for my GF calming me down there’s no telling what I could’ve done. I was so embarrassed and felt violated, disrespected, pushed into a corner and forced out by some gay middle aged Mexican punk with zero class and no morals to say the least. If this places even hints at the word integrity they should be fined for false advertising and shut down. This is of great concern because pushing people to this point is very dangerous and unpredictable. This staff is horrible, every single one of them should be fired because of this childish treatment with abuse of their power. Be careful entering this place and know your best interest is not if there concern one bit.

Went for a weekend trip with the family to visit my niece. The rooms were super nice and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. They also offer a delicious breakfest. Will definitely stay again when in the Austin area!

We stayed her Labor Day weekend. It was great. The room was clean. They have dove shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispensers so that was awesome. Just in case you forgot to pack your own items. Our room had a kitchen. We didn’t use the stove but we used the coffee maker and cups and plates. The sofa sleeper in the king 1 bedroom was very small. Like not even a twin size. My daughter is 12 and she barely fit. The breakfast buffet was great. On one day they had only omelettes and my kids only like scrambled eggs. Not a big deal but would be nice to have scrambled as an option too. The bacon was maybe turkey bacon and none of us liked it at all. The pool was awesome. It was cleaned. The first night had towels but the 2nd night they didn’t. But the front desk lady was quick to get us some. Overall it was a good stay. I’m sorry I don’t have pictures though.

Unfortunately I left my $500 headphones in our room the day we checked out. I called the same day to let them know. They were never responsive to my calls. I called back every day to check in and on day 5 was finally told they were unable to locate them. I know they were left in our room so I can confidently say that the house keeping staff stole my headphones. Won't be staying here again. They had the nerve to say I didn't leave them in our room. My husband had two brain surgeries during our stay in Austin so it was a rough trip and didn't need this on top of it.

Great staff, beautiful hotel. Nice rooms. Only fault I have is bathroom has an occupancy sensor instead of a light switch, and it's behind the door. It cuts off lights while you are indisposed or in shower. They really need to fix those. Comfortable beds and good pillows.

It’s a nice hotel, everything looks and feels new as I was told it opened right before the pandemic. Plenty of food within walking distance (less than 5 minutes). There’s also a Walmart nearby (10 minutes walk tops), so it’s very convenient. Only thing is that during my stay (Thursday night to Monday morning) there were police or fire trucks or ambulance sirens passing by every night. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay.

I would highly recommend the Staybridge on Parmer. While the hotel is immaculate and provides all the amenities advertised online, it is the people who make it happen everyday. The front desk staff were all cordial, professional and accommodating regarding my very specific (and extra) room requests, particularly Rebecca and Chelsea. Marcos did an incredible job in keeping us well fed and relaxed with the delicious breakfast, happy hour snacks and libations. Alicia and Ana ensured my space were immaculate and welcoming adfter a long day - every day. During the entire two weeks I stayed I did not have a single complaint. but was very pleased by everything. You're an exceptional team (whether mentioned here or not) and the Staybridge brand should be very pleased to have each of you !! Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one.
