Good pastry and coffee if you are living around fortitude Valley/Newstead stay open early in the morning, perfect food after jogging! Also good option if you’ve just dropped or pick up someone from Brisbane airport. However some pastries could be a bit on the pricier side.

Food and coffee were alrightt but would say everything was overrated. Main points are for the service and vibe. Pretty disappointed to be honest. Croissant had the medicine-tasting almond in the middle but the layers were good. Sausage roll meat consisted of too much flour and not enough meat but taste was overall ok. Croissant and sandwich came out cold and had to ask for it to be heated (fyi).

I had an amazing time at Mica! The coffee was delightful, and the croissant was absolutely delicious. However, what truly stood out was the breathtaking view and the inviting atmosphere. It’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delightful pastry. Highly recommended

3.75 ⭐️ beautiful location overlooking the tranquil river with great ambience. They always do good coffee although dine in menu is on the expensive side. Tried the; 🥐Mica House burger - stands out as a delightful surprise. It strikes a good balance, being substantial yet not overly heavy, and is seasoned well 🥐Croissant sandwich - a decadent choice. Packed with cheese, it's a rich and indulgent & very heavy 🥐Potato frittata - super fluffy in the inside but very salty so would recommend sharing

Will comeback because of the service. Evie is the excellent staff, she is really nice and take care of my order, before she finished her shift, she also come to me and told me about my order that she put my order in order so I could tell which was which. Should have the name badge for all the staff, cause not only Evie, but also there is another yellow hair girl is really nice as well.

Located in the heart of Brisbane, Mica Brasserie offers a charming riverside setting that adds to the overall ambiance. However, finding parking can be a challenge. During our visit last weekend, my partner and I explored a variety of offerings but limited as hot selling items were out of stock. We began with coffee, accompanied by the delightful Pain au Chocolat and the tantalizing Lemon Meringue Tart which we have to go other side of the cafe to order and they give you in a takeaway even you are dining in, ah!. Nonetheless, both pastries were a treat, enhancing our coffee experience. Moving on to the mains, we ordered the well-prepared Tiramisu and a simple omelette. The diverse taste of Tiramisu shows the expertise of Mica Brasserie's kitchen, leaving us with a positive impression. While the service was good, and the staff was attentive, we were slightly disappointed by the limited croissant options and a somewhat restricted vegetarian lunch menu. The prices are on the higher side, but the expertise of the barista added value to our experience.

First time here. Delicious pastries. Coffee is very good as well. Nice atmosphere sitting outside by the river. There was a musician singing as well. All very good. Will definitely return.

Overall, Mica is a nice modern place to have a relaxing coffee & watch the comings and goings along the Brisbane River. Parking was relatively easy. Being located at the bottom level of the building that houses the finest cars that Mercedes Benz build, if you have a Mercedes vehicle like I do, you can easily park it inside the Mercedes Benz dealership customer service level. The food selection at Mica was somewhat limited , compared to you more traditional cafes & coffee shops. I had a beef Angus pie, which was very delicious. The best part of Mica is of course the outdoor dining tables overlooking Breakfast Creek & the river.

Place has changed since the floods. Went to the cafe place. Croissants and other food are ok. Unfortunately they ran out of pies which we wanted to eat! Fantastic views.

The brunch menu is not cheap, and not a large selection but it is high quality and is filling. The outside is too hot and too many flies and dogs. Spoiler alert people - your dogs will survive an hour without you. We therefore were seated indoors which helped with the heat and dogs, but alas with the doors wide open the flies didn't have to wait to be seated. The wait staff took themselves a little too seriously.

😠 Food & Cocktails were absolutely amazing, however, the lack of service forgetting a soft drink for one of the children at our table, and then forgetting a burger for one of the adults, is unforgivable. When the wait staff told the chef that a burger was missing, he shrugged his shoulders and contin...
