Older lady with died red hair on the door is extremely rude to customers. I'd suggest moving her to back-of-house if she doesn't want to interract with the public. Other staff on door were friendly, but seemed extremely confused and under-trained on how to find online orders, in particular those from catch.com. Clearly not their fault, but nearly resulted in my expensive order being marked as collected when in fact half the order was boxed separately and not given to me. Lucky I opened it in front of the staff, otherwise I would have no proof and would have lost quite a bit of money.

Very poor customer service, staffs are very arrogant and rude. It just happened with me today while shopping for my daughter. My 3yr 11mnths daughter insisted to use the restroom and we asked help from one staffs to show us the restroom and she replied soo rudely "not allowed " and we asked why? she replied rudely it's out of order go and use the coffee club washroom. It's a big shame on the newly opened 24hr shop not providing services to the customers. Requesting the authorities to please look into this health related matter.

Visited this kmart for the first time, and the service was terrible. Apart from being understaffed, there was a lack of diversity within the workers that I have not seen since the late 1990s. My heart breaks for those workers that need to work long hours, just because Kmart refuses to roster on more workers. Solid 3/10

I used to love this 24 hour kmart years ago, was really handy at 2am in the morning when looking for something, now it closes at midnight, this place pretty much has most items of homeware

The staff at this Kmart need some serious training in basic common courtesy and manners. The two incredibly rude young women at the self-service check out when asked to help when the scanner stopped, came over, waved their store card and did not acknowledge my presence in any way, no verbal response no eye contact, nothing! Then the store security woman was belligerent when there was a security tag attached to my item which I’d paid for, as if it were my fault that it was there! Never shopping there again. Just rude!!!

Majorly Impressed with young staff member Jackson!! I came in the other day and even after he had finished his shift he was more than happy to help me find items that I needed. He was very professional and helpful even when not working. Wonderful knowledge of his work and great customer service!!

Went to pick up a click and collect order today7/11/22 at 4pm, approached the sales assistant with the details of my order, the assistant could not find my order and said I should have an email with confirmation of the order. Thinking I must be in the wrong I walked away after thanking the assistant. As the order was for someone else I called and got a copy of the email. I went back to the counter and politely showed the email and ask the assistant to check again, she was annoyed and visibly displayed this attitude. Another assistant entered the order in here system and there it was. Sadly no apology from the first assistant. Not good customer service at all. Management should be aware of this.

A big thank you to Maya at the Reservoir Kmart! This attentive and compassionate worker noticed I wasn't well. Maya offered me water and made sure I was okay to continue my shopping trip. Keep being a wonderful human, Maya.

Bigger woman doing bag checking around 430pm Thursday night 6/4 needs to be retrained and definitely not the first and last representative to greet you and farewell you at the door. I was absolutely disgusted by how my family was treated by your staff member. My sister had just had surgery and was doing some light Easter shopping. She cannot lift heavy things and can’t bend so she politely asked your staff member to get a box of Easter eggs for her as they were hard to reach for her. The staff member then grabbed a whole pile of boxes with chocolate eggs and smashed them on the ground ( I’m sure any chocolate in those boxes was deemed unsellable due to the sheer force of the no care throwing of the eggs) it was that bad that even someone leaving the store said to us “she must be having a bad day”. I understand we all have bad days but we cannot represent a brand as an employee and treat customers this way. Please investigate as this is not on. My sister still purchased from your store but still felt really strongly to tell everyone about her experience. If your staff member is not willing to do the bare minimum of customer service please rethink the hiring process.

Instead of treating everyone like criminals as they walk out because of the self serve checkouts. Why don't you give people their jobs back and put them back on registers. That way it stops the humiliation of the person standing at the door that is forced to check everyones receipt.

Went to Kmart reservoir Christine at the front of door was lovely and very helpful as was Teresa. Some items were in stock, but not enough. Had to stopped shopping and leave as there was no air conditioner running and the store was suffocating, poor workers. 😢

Thanks so much for yesterday. Yesterday I called up to ask if they could help me as I saved two kittens and one kitten managed to get out of her cat carry cage in my car and managed to get behind my breaks and up inside my dash and interior in my car the guys helped me free the kitten out of my car and despite the kitten scratching them they still wanted to help I can’t thank you enough the kittens doing well and hopefully that’s the last time she will escape lol

Congrats to the woman in customer service / lay-by at 4.15pm today (4 Feb 2023) who treated me like dirt for asking if something was in stock. Yes I did check the department beforehand. How about less attitude and maybe offer to actually help.

Just wanted to say what great customer service I received at this Kmart store(Reservoir) .I spoke to Kristiana the sales assistant who was patient and so delightful to deal with. I also had to speak to the Manager Jake who was absolutely amazing with his customer service and a delight to deal with . It was so refreshing to see such great customer service as I went to a nearby Kmart store (northland)and received such terrible customer service the difference between the stores was eye opening. Thank you Jake and Kristiana amazing customer service.

Very organized and has many items to choose from. Love this place cause it provides you of all what you want in reasonable prices.

The guy who works at the self checkout is always rude. I've been there twice this week and he always makes you feel like an idiot. I also have had bad experiences with him on the past.

Kmart summerhill is good except SERVICE area staff which i visited today around 4:55pm Saturday- not welcoming and she didn’t respond to how are you and even thank you she didn’t respond me back even though she didn’t say anything welcoming how r u how can i help etc nothing.her expressions were also like not ready to help- Rude! I guess her name started with Sab*** . She was just fine in service but She needs some serious training on communication skills and behaviour!

3.5 STARS! There was a lot of stock in the kitchen and home area which is what I went in for. The staff were not rude but they also were not friendly. Walking around for 20 mins, I saw the staff but did not hear a single "hello", "can I help you?", "you ok?" or any interaction with the customers. I was even as close as a metre from 1-2 of them BUT still no interaction. The only staff that interacted with me was the one checking the receipts on exit. Overall I found what I needed and more.

Love this Kmart! Always has the things you want in stock, even had some Christmas lights left to buy for half price on Boxing Day which was awesome. If another Kmart doesn't have something in stock it's likely that this store will. Set up the exact same as every other Kmart. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

The attendance are soo welcoming and ready to help customers out. Their prices are good too.

This Kmart is awesome, behind Campbellfield really☺️ but being in Summerhill centre, makes it so much better, always a routine for me and the kids, is put washed clothes in dryers, go Kmart, religiously, whether to stroll or to buy.... Hahaha yeah ok, like we wouldn't buy anything???? Yep, so then is ALDI, heelllooo cheap as, great quality food, after that, fresh fruit and veg, on to the butchers, then GOOD OLD COLES for everything else on the list......😃😃 On the way out, order from charcoal chicken, shopping in car, grab dry clothes, dinner, and home happy O happy, all can be done in the time it takes to dry your clothes, unless your like my family enter into a time lapse and end up taking 3 hours longer than intended hahaha

The only thing that could be improved was the click and collect was way down the back of the store. I have arthritis and chf. Most fit people probably ok. Otherwise process was fine and order correct.

Has anyone else been waiting for money to be refunded back into their account for more then 10 days. Iv tried calling the store and noone answers the phone. Iv been patient and waited for it to go into my account. I was told it takes longer on click and collect online purchases. One of my refunds I returned with the receipt. Still nothing.

Great staff! Young staff member Guila on the self serve went above and beyond helping me find a product while being cheerful and helping all customers with the machines . Considering how busy, decent amount of stock available.

The carpark was pretty crazy. One row back from the exit was backed up with a line of waiting cars all stopped at the lights and people were making questionable driving decisions to get around. The store is inside the shopping centre, check in with QR was easy, and ropes directed traffic flow at the entry. The store was clean and tidy in most areas, but the amount of stock and displays meant aisles were narrow, and it was difficult to pass people who were stopped browsing or coming the other way. Staff were busy, but friendly.

Location is great, lots of car parking are available, Range of products as well as Product availability is great, operating hours is great. The only negative thing is staff availability and friendliness. I feel that it really depends on your luck....some days are good, some days are not good.Apart from that, it is great store! Also I saw an ant on the self checkout screen..🐜
