This is a place located in a very quiet and beautifil square far away from tourists. The food is handmade and exquisit. The service is good and also the guy is so kind. Very recommended!

What a fantastic restaurant. The ambiance alone is amazing and the service is excellent. The food was some of the best I had in my week long stay in Avignon, so much so that I had to go back two more times. I look foreword to visiting again, hopefully one more time before the end of the trip.

A great little restaurant right on a quiet square and street. We went twice during our stay in Avignon! It was so good each time, Caesar salad we found to be the best out of any we tried at other places. If you go more than once try different things, you won’t be disappointed. I had the crab the first time and then the duck. Both were great dishes! The staff is extremely friendly and will speak English if you need it. Definitely recommend! Will come back

Owner not wearing a face mask. To use the restroom my pregnant girlfriend had to pay 2 Euros for a glass of tap water. Shame on you.

Andrè was the best, very welcoming! The Caesar Salad and Wine were perfect after a long day! We would definitely eat here again and recommend it to anyone in the area.

We had a great experience with André at La Provende. After our visit of the bridge we were starving and were looking somewhere quiet to eat with our one year old son. André welcomed us with open arms. Reheating our baby's food was not a problem and he was very friendly towards us and our son. Our food (grilled gamba's and entrecote) was very tasteful and the wine was great. When in Avignon we are certainly coming back to this wonderfull traditional restaurant. Unpretentiously authentic and delicious food. We had duck with honey sauce and rabbit a la provencale (with herbs de Provence) as well as a regional charcuterie board. The ratatouille included in the main dishes was especially good and melted in the mouth. The owner recognized us from the last time we wanted to come and was very friendly. Seating was primarily outside in a small but cozy square, good place if you want to avoid the bustle but stay in the city.
