We stayed a week. Good: parking is gated (rental car), 36 euro for 7 days; laundry on first floor (washer & dryer are 2-3 euro), and kitchenette. Pretty quiet at night, a lot of SNCF cars & trucks in the lot, reception (very helpful.and friendly, English speaking), open till 9pm weekdays, 6p on weekends. Easy access to the gare by walking and to the exit roads to visit other towns. Close (5min) to a Carrefour store. Good A/C, which is rare in Europe Bad: kitchenette is very simple, no instructions on how to use microwave/?broiler, no screens on windows (gnats), small 1-bed unit, very small (3ft x 3ft) dining table, no kettle to boil water, had to ask for it and a hair dryer. No paper towels. No toaster. We were asked if we wanted the 9euro breakfast, but I took a look later and felt our cereal and yogurt breakfasts was better. No English-speaking channels on smallish TV. Overall: Helped us keep eating costs down

Visited here with my two partners. Location was great if you wanted to use the TGV but not so great of you intend to walk to Avignon! We checked in and parked our car in the secure parking (free) to the rear of the aparthotel. We were issued a disabled room which meant that we had a wet room (we don't like wet rooms) - we would have preferred a standard room or at least to have been given the option to have a standard room (the aparthotel was not busy). The apartment was in good condition with what we needed in the kitchen (although there was no dishwasher and no kettle). Also on your door step was the Carrefour (2-5 min drive). There is also a laundry room where you can wash, dry, and iron your clothes. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

When I booked I didn't noticed the front desk is closing af 21:00. I arrived at 21:03 and no one there so I lost my money and had to stay somewhere else. They didn't try to contact me whatsoever. When I booked it I even me mentioned my estimated arrival time.

Reception staff were wonderful. So helpful and friendly and made you feel very welcome. Close to the TGV which is exactly what i needed. Could do with modernising the decor in some areas of the property, but for the price of the hotel you definitely can not complain. I will stay here again when in the area.

Awful, awful place. The check in person was fantastic, very friendly and helpful, but the accommodation itself was disgusting. I note some responses to reviews saying they are renovating, but we saw no sign of this. Given our room smelled like a farm we asked to change rooms and were shown three others. They were all revolting, with stained carpets, a strong smell, and inadequate air conditioning for the South of France in summer. We opted for the least smelly room. At night the corridors were in complete darkness and the place felt quite unsafe. We had prepaid, and only had 2 nights there, so decided to take the frugal approach and not check out early and lose our money, although we were very, very tempted. Avoid this place.

Rancid fish smell in room. Stains and spills all through public and carpet areas. Guests leaning out of windows to smoke. Air conditioning didn’t work so room gets hot and stuffy. Apparently parking is not permitted for everyone, even if you paid for it and there are plenty of spaces available. Breakfast area was overheated. Breakfast is croissants and orange juice from the Carrefour across the road it would seem. Wi-Fi worked well and the bed was comfortable

Everything was fine. Room clean, breakfast ok, staff at reception was nice, helpful and spoke english. If you arrive after 9pm, the room keys are in the safe on the left side of room. The right side safe is not for you.

Clean and nice rooms. Bathroom outdated, just as the building itself. For a stop during our trip the price/quality was good.

Great location near TGV and value. Not really walking distance to central Avignon but there are some bike lanes if that suits you.

2* level but v convenient for TGV. 7 min walk. Can borrow lots of equipment. Note no reception staff 12-2 so can’t check in these times, have to wait.

We went to this hotel in a tour group of 53 people. There was no one at reception when we got there. Keys were just laying there, no piece of paper with names and what room people were staying in. Was terrible, don’t recommend
