Really bad service from staff. I work for H&M in the UK and when visiting this Avignon store my staff discount wasn’t applied after making it clear to cashiers that I had a discount card. When I went back in to correct the mistake, the cashiers got confused with refunding me the discount and blamed me when they couldn’t find one of the items they were trying to scan. As I work in H&M I knew exactly what process on the tills they needed to do so couldn’t understand why the problem was so big. I fully appreciate any language difficulties, but would never treat my customers the same way and was saddened to see this treatment to international employees too. The interaction ended with me leaving most of the items I wanted to buy and being refunded less than what I returned. Please do better!

Ok as far as H&Ms go. Decent selection but not super stocked. The store was a bit chaos but to be fair it was a Saturday so chaos is to be expected

They are rude. I was told to pay €15 for an H&M bag which is always given for free And they said it's for saving the planet. And the worker almost caught an argument with me. She was very rude
