DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! You will be paying for a 5 Star Hotel but will receive the service and quality of a 3 Star Hotel! I have stayed in many 5 Star Hotels, this Hotel does not compare! It’s definitely not 5 Star nor is it All Inclusive! - The quality of the Food is very poor and the options are very limited. We couldn’t eat any of the Meat. - The Service of the Staff is appalling, they don’t want to Serve you and loudly smash plates as they clean the tables. - Breakfast is only until 10am which is early compared to other Hotels. - Afternoon Tea is just before dinner which is ridiculous. - The Lunch selection is more like snacks, we had to opt for Toast. - It’s definitely NOT “all inclusive”: - They don’t serve Cocktails - The Soft Drinks are self service from a machine, not bottled - The rooms only have water in the mini bar - A cot for a baby costs extra - Usage of the Turkish Spa (Hamam) costs extra - The Toilets near the Pool/Beach are always dirty. - The Rooms are very old and there’s always a Cigarette smell. - Unlike other Hotels, they don’t provide an Iron, you have to pay to get your clothes ironed. They said the rooms don’t have sufficient Electricity voltage but there’s a TV and Fridge which makes no sense, if you bring your own hair dryer it may not work either and the one in the room will take you about 3 hours to dry your hair, it’s from the Dinosaur era. - The beach is great but that’s from nature.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. I’ll start with the good ones: 1. The beach is very nice and most of the time it was not crowded. 2. The sea is nice and clean (tho cold) 3. The room was spacious and with a nice sea view Now the bad: 1. The food was absolutely horrendous. Nothing fresh, barely any variety, the most in season produce like tomatoes and cucumber tasted like cardboard. Total failure even for a 2 star hotel 2. The drinks were ALL mixed with water - the beer, the gin, wine, coke EVERYTHING. The only thing you could get as it is was water since it was in water bottles. 3. The tennis court is in a mess and not safe for playing. 4. The hotel is old but the problem is not that but that it is utterly poorely managed and taken care of. 5. The employees and staff were all very kind (thank you all!) but they looked so unhappy and tired which left a really sour taste. 6. NO WIFI! Even though the hotel’s wifi is free it never worked and we spent 3 days on 4G We won’t be back.

This is a very bad hotel. In addition to the swimming pool facilities, the old and broken hotel food is very unpalatable. 12/31 waiters did not help the bulky luggage for our group. The most important thing is when we check out the next day. We will take the initiative to pay for the cola. The male waiter at the counter on 1/1 morning counter not only added the bill of the other room to my credit card consumption, but also refused to separate it. I saw that the local tour guide was still next to the waitress to help me back. After brushing, I realized that there were already 218 room members to help pay for our 235 room number. The male waiter actually repeated 10 cash with me because I didn’t dare to give the card to the very very dishonest. About Your hotel bad male waiter leader will react with the company. This is a super dishonest hotel.

Not very impressive. The rooms were above average although somewhat dated in their decor and not very well insulated meaning the temperature changed very rapidly and it was hard to stay warm. The personnel was rather rude and indifferent and made me feel uncomfortable. The buffet was very good with a wide variety of food available. If I was to visit again I would stay at another hotel since the spa has exorbitant charges and everything is rather expensive.

This hotel should get a 2 star rating. First of all, the staff. Their English level is below zero, plus they are a bit rude, because they don't understand English. The rooms. The space is fine but they don't feel clean. Plus the bathroom was a joke. The shower device was broken and there was no way I would call the reception to fix it. There's no communication capabilites. Number three, the food. It's good to fill your stomach with something, but has almost no flavor. Number four: the Wi-Fi connection / reception is magical. You connect, yet you have no reception whatsoever. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel. Book a room only if it's night and there's a storm going on.

Very good hotel, perhaps pool beds need a little refreshment, otherwise everything according to the price. But! The hotel is full of children, age 12 to 15, and I mean hundreds of them, some kind of sport or school vacation. Running through the corridors, banging on the doors, shouting, making mess in the restaurants, by the pool, no sleeping at nights. And it seems that they are here for the entire summer. So...I recommend the hotel, but if you want some peace and quiet, first check with the reception if the children went home.

The location is Perfect, service is yeah but Room... Room is also good but there's nothing but water to drink. Neither coffee nor tea. And even hotel is 5 stars there's no kettle as well in room. Restaurant was perfect the food is delicious and fabulous. But but but.... All drinks extra even tea, coffee and EVEN WATER like wut ? It not make sense, it's 5 stars hotel but u need to pay to drink water in restaurant. Bull. Behind the hotel there's beach. And 25m walk from sarimsakli bus station.

Everything was excellent except the wifi which was connected but with no internet!!! We could not get in touch with our families at all. It is a shame such a nice 5* hotel to have such a poor internet connection in the rooms but no connection at all at the outside areas pool bar etc.

Friendly staff, tasty food and clean decent place to stay in this area. Lovely comedy crew entertain during the day and night. Comedy crew perform games for kids and comedy plays/shows for everyone afterwards. We had good time on our stay.

15-20 minute walk from center of Sarimsakli. Staff extremly nice. Nice clean beach.

We have such a great time here. Stuff is friendly, food was delicius.for shure we will come again inshAllah. Only things that must improve is wi-fi connection.

The rooms are very outdated, not for 5 stars as it's advertised .... Breakfast is very good with a great variety to choose. The entire hotel is outdated and looks old, should be classified as 3 stars maximum...

We stayed 3 nights and had a pleasant holiday, all exclusive. They have a mid size pool and blue flagged sea. It was average overall, food was satisfactory. However, staff was overwhelmed by the crowd and was very busy. They were friendly and helpful but you could see the tiredness on their faces. They were young and most of the time walking around in dirty clothes… I hope they see this comment and change clean clothes. About customers, they were mostly families kids and elderly. If you are young, this would not be the best fit for you. There are not any fun night activities and only a limited alcohol selection with poor bar options. Room was very clean and beautiful view, cleaning lady was very friendly. Always changing the towels and cleans the bathroom. Thank you

It has clean beds and bathrooms. Larger than usual rooms and the elevators actually fit more than 4 people. I don't know what it is with tiny elevators in Turkey but this one was different. When we arrived the smell outside was awful and later found out the sewer overflowed. When we got inside, the AC to all the rooms didn't work so it re-circulated warm air all night. The food for dinner was ok compared to hotels in other parts of Turkey and breakfast didn't have as much of a selection. There were mosquitos around so that was no fun.

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel with my family in October 2021. We enjoyed with the stay. Breakfast was good. The hotel is located on the beach and away from restaurants and cafes. The staff was helpful and kind.
