The worst meal i have seen at a hotel. The wost service i have seen at a hotel. Because of the meal all the family poisened one by one. You feel like as if Nothing is clean at this hotel. You cannot make check in and take your room until evening as they do not have enough people to prepare and tidy the rooms. Never ever make the same mistake like we did if you visit Ayvalik.

It's brandnew hotel and has a modern interior and tastes good foods. Especially, the bed of this hotel was so nice, just comfortable to the degree of snoring(I do not snore usually). However, this hotel lacks basic aspects for excellent hotel. Water temperature is not regular, warm and cool up and down. In addition, no waste bin, mini bar for use, and free water bottle as service. This hotel is good for rest though.

We had an overnight stay here. The room was perfect for the 3 of us. We each had our own bed. It didnt feel like there was a lack of space. There were actually 4 beds for the 3 of us and that was awesome. The problem I had was since theres a little separate room for other 2 single beds. It was a bit hot in that area since the air conditioning was in the main room and it took awhile for the whole room to cool. The breakfast and dinner was in the hotel and all buffets. I would recommend them placing some signs on what food I'm getting. Since I'm a tourist I dont understand the kind of food that was displayed. The pools were amazing but closed since it was cold. But the beach was really nice to walk on. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

It was cold in the hotel! The 'Spa Centre' was also cold ,the water in the pool was dirty and extremely cold and nobody used it!I took my swimsuit and expected that I could use the facilities but I did not do it because of the awful conditions! The programme for the New Year's Eve was very poor! The food was not various! There were not typical Turkish desserts like 'baklava',Turkish Delight...There was only one kind of fish and it was not served every day!The manager of the hotel was not kind enough. The hotel does not deserve 4 stars!!!

Most guests are families from Turkey. Lots of children around. Quite breakfast/lunch/dinner impossible. Food is ok, but you have to be there early for the meals otherwise not much will be left. There was an ugly, persistent, sewer-like smell near the bar area about which many guests complained. Couldn't identify the source. Really liked the beach and the sea. Very clean and clear water. Overall, don't think this hotel deserves 4 stars, but ok for a short stay.

Clean and spacious room with basic amenities and beds for 3 pax. Buffet spread is just for tourists on the go, nothing to shout about. Like the locals say, we eat to survive! But on the plus side, you can eat healthy and get to try the local delicacies. Keep an open mind and enjoy the Turkish hospitality.

It was a very nice otel with personel being eager to serve. Breakfast and lunch is 3.5 out of 5 & dinner is 4.5 / 5. Snacks are okey. No clue on alcohol since I do not consume. There is no animation team which I also dont expect to be one. However, beach musics are good and price for sea sports (jetski, banana etc.) is very cost effective compared the ones in Bodrum, Marmaris. Finally sea is magnificient mostly including only sand & temperature being 22 santigrant degrees. It was really refreshing.

Excellent hotel. Big family room. Nice pools although they could add some slide for adults or older children. Food everything and different every day. Beach and amenities for the guests nice. Gave 4stars for the location only because its outside the place but it has its advantages. Verry recommending.

We booked this trip expecting to spend a week at an all inclusive 4 star hotel.Instead,at arrival we quickly realized what a huge mistake this was. This is at best a 2 star hotel ,which hasn't been maintained properly since it's opening in 2016. Everywhere you look you see something broken. The carpets on the floors and inside the rooms have never been washed and are stained. Our room in particular had a problem where the water from the washer wouldn't drain properly and would flood the inside of the room.I spoke to the front desk staff, but the girl didn't understand what I was explaining. At checkout however they confirmed that they were aware of the issue and simply said that they are sorry. Seriously?!The food wasn't delicious at all, nothing like any other Turkish food I've tasted so far. There was no variety, almost the same meals every day.we could also tell that leftovers were cooked again and again. The beach was another disaster -dirty as hell with cigarette buts, sticks...the chairs were almost all broken..This was the worst place ever in the middle of nowhere. This hotel should instead be called a motel, but issues with cleanliness would prevent it from even being that. Wifi was available only if you are inside the hotel, not outside or on the beach.

My first experience with those Turkish hotel stars . Absolutely not realistic with the world stars rating . If you are coming from a normal country you should expect hotel 2 stars . I had to clean everything in our room - dust everywhere, dirty spots, etc . The food was ok but not great. The beach was dirty. And last - bring your own beach towel- they are not providing
