Worst hospital in the history of private hospitals in Bangladesh. My father in law was admitted for 6 days in this hospital and I have never seen this much horrible service in any private hospitals previously. The duty doctors do not follow the instructions of the surgeon. Even once a duty doctor lied about visiting the patient without visiting him. They also tried to take 25% more than the previously agreed upon surgery fee.

Neat and clean hospital and inside environments are also good. There have Latest machines of Radiotherapy and others good testing instruments and latest technologies are applied for cancer treatment in this hospital. Very renowned doctors engage in this hospital. But need all time professional doctors who stay in the hospital and take care patients and their supporting person demand. Need all stuffs activeness and polite behaviour as this is cancer hospital and patients are last stage in their life and try to recover their condition to spend huge money. Hope we can get good treatments and their supports.

Nice environment inside. Well maintained clear. This is my first time. Went for health check-up. They treated nicely. Satisfied with behavior. Get proper guide line from the hospital person.

Professor dr sahana parvin is worse. Her behaviour is very bad. Patient counselling is so bad my mom cried after seeing her. We didn’t do the surgery under her and that she took personally. Anyone going through this tough time with my sympathy towards them. But don't go to her. She is not professional she is basically a bad human being who just wants money.

Very good maintained hospital, but they queue management is poor. They ask most people to come at the same time and critical patients also need to wait as lot of people come at the same time.

1. Poor consultancy by the doctors and badly described with patient 2. Disorganised management and nothing in systems that appeared 3. Poorly behaved and indisciplined

Terrible service from the duty doctors. Duty doctors are some naïve young kids from high school busy with their phone all day with ZERO knowledge. ICU/HDU is proper scam. they tried to charge for 5 x-rays within 3 days. when I challenged them, they accepted that x-rays actually performed for 3 times. same thing with other tests and medicines. They don't allow anyone to go inside, so they can add whatever in their bill. I wish I could rate ZERO star.

This hospital will create unnecessary crisis of chemo medicine and force you to buy medicines which are close to expiry dates with full price. All of their medicines are overpriced compared to the market. Unfortunate for us that we have to face such illegal practices if we choose to take medical services from BD than going abroad.

Its good hospital with good services. Very clean hospital. All staffs here are really cooperative, supportive, polite and helpful. Good care has been taken by the staff and management.

The hospital is like 5 star hotel but the management oh my good It's horrible! No protocol, no knowledgeable staffs..They will kill your time like you have no work at all!

Sorry! LabAid Cancer Hospital. I came from Faridpur and the serial was given at 3 pm. But now it's almost 6 pm but I still haven't met the doctor. The doctor gave the cereal at 3 pm but the doctor himself came to the chamber at 4.30 pm. And the behavior of the doctor's chamber staff was very bad. I did not expect such a good quality of hospital staff.
