All opportunities are available here but beside the apartment roads are very narrow. On the other hand I think, local government should have more sincere to clean the environment and also need a hospital or clinic. It is also necessary a shopping mall besides this area.

Just as usual common apartment building in Tejkunipara, Tejgaon area. Near the Bijoy Sharoni. Its crossroad little away from main street. Mostly situated beside a narrow road that is commonly for rickshaw and walking road.

😠 Very congested place. Limited open space. No gap with surrounding buildings. Narrow stair and lift. Always there is que in front of lift. Not have enough light and air inside the building. This is just like a cave. No adequate emergency exit path.
