I am not sure how this hotel got 5 Stars. But I can assure you that far cry from that . If I am really generous, I can give 2.5 Stars only for the friendly reception staff. When we arrived, the room was dirty, the dust, old hair was on the floor. It definitely smelled smoke inside, in order to mask the smell , the cleaning personnel over sprayed some cheap air freshener, so you could barely breathe inside. The dresser drawers were so dirty inside that I had to use twice antibacterial wipes. The cleanness of the refrigerator would not pass any hygienic norms. The view was on the big construction sight. The biggest nightmare is absent of steady “WiFi” . It kicks you out every 5 minutes, there is no high-speed internet in the room. So , if you are planning on bringing your laptop – bad idea. Your personal phone barely gets connected. The breakfast was tolerable. The “ SPA” personnel lied about the cost of service. When I had to pay for the SPA service , it turned out that the real cost is twice. The bar area is depressing that you have an urge to leave asap. The location is close to the local restaurants which are super affordable.

This is the worst place you can go. A bunch of liars who only care about money and lie about everything to get money. Rude staff, the swimming pool was broken, first they said two days, but then they said it was closed until further notice (and this was an example of a lie), the refrigerator in the room was broken. Improper ventilation system, old and dirty room. They really do not value the guests' time and are only looking for their money. Very very awful, I do not recommend it at all

It says it's a 5 star hotel but honestly, the only three things that help them are their location, view and building/room designs. Their service is terrible, their food isn't that great either. The swimming pool was a disappointment and the salon wasn't open most of the time for make up and nails. Their Internet in the 6th floor where I'm staying isn't working at all as well. Utterly disappointed for their lack of stuff that even a 3 star hotel usually has and how unhelpful/unfriendly most their employees are. May I also mention that the room wasn't cleaned well and that's not good even without Covid. Lastly, to the families or friends staying with eachother in one room , their bathroom locks privacy because you'll find that the bathrooms big window is litrally in view for the whole room unless you use weak curtains.

What’s one of the worst things when being in a hotel with your kids? Yes, mould. Especially when it is in the shower. Did i get a refund (could not change rooma, bc hotel was fully booked) for the one night? No, instead they offered me a turkish mocha on the house. Worst hotel ever. İ would not take the chance to book a room here if i were you.

The place is ok, close to the beach, pretty clean. But there was an awful smell in the room and during the night there was a noise that came from the room above or from some electric tool that was very annoying. Wi-Fi is very poor, breakfast was ok. I only stayed for one night so I couldn't rate all the other options.

Maybe 3 star. Certainly NOT 5 star. In the room there is a card that offers 3 sorts of pillows but when you call to request, they don't have. Tissue holder does NOT have facial tissues. Very Old towels..

We stayed for a few days in August. Hotel was clean and comfortable -- loved the breakfast room views. Staff were very accommodating and spoke English well. Cut seaside neighborhood that is very family friendly with nice daytime and nighttime activities. If you want to go to the more touristy areas then that is do-able it is just about a 30-40 minute drive.

The View is Wonderful. The Place is nice. All The staff members are Kind and Helpful. The Gentleman at the Front Desk named ASHRAF is very Kind, Helpful, and Courteous. The breakfast is Amazing. Chef Selahaddin made the breakfast atmosphere more special. We really enjoyed our stay at Eser Premium.

Do not ever try to order taxi or transfer on reception. Two stays, both time failed, and I did not even get excuses. Apart from that - somewhat aged hotel with good location and nice view from restaurant and gym on the top floor.

Everything was great. The only negative was drunk British guests yelling at hotel staff.

The hotel is more as 3 star than 5 star The Ac is hot even during summer 24c The tv is too small looks like computer screen and very limited channels which are not very clear The towels are very old and dirty The the reception staffs are know too little English The wifi is very bad, weak and not stable

Personel is very friendly and helpful, however, the rooms are not the cleanest. The pool upstairs was also very dirty. If the name says Premium I'd expect something more.

prices is high, services kinda good, hotel location is nice, beds and sheets not clean, the room ac is on 24c and we are in summertime, tv is small, Wi-Fi is slow, towels is old, the samll fridge never cooling stuff, breakfast was good but not 4 star, and the pool rules you have to put a cap and you have to buy it and slipper also then you have to wear certain swimming clothes just to get in to the pool and the pool is dirty. its 3 starts hotel not recommended horrible experience

I was two night at this hotel in the winter I can say the location of this hotel is perfect, just 1 minuts walk to the beach. pefect location and also I enjoied the gyn and pool a lot I can say breakfast was perfect and complete delitious food rooms are good enought but I think it is like 3-4 stars , not 5 tolly I suggest this hotel very much

The hotel's location is really good, near the sea and most of the restaurants. The staff is really kind and helpfull. The bathroom though was a bit moldy and wifi was on and off. It has amasing fitness and spa, but both jacuzzes were off. Overall is a good hotel.

My experience in this Hotel was amazing .. rooms was cleaned daily.. food was great amazing... nice people who working there.. definitely my recommendation to enjoy.. 👍

The hotel in the middle of City Center.There iş a wonderful a view in roof restaurant . The price chepaest then similar another hotels.you can go on the coast by walk about 100 metres not too far.Breakfast is very rich , a lot of something you could find.

Air conditioning doesn’t work, mattress was broken, no napkins in the room, no shampoo, definitely not 5 star would not recommend. Nothing luxury except the name

If you're looking at staying in this particular part of Istanbul, then you'll struggle to find better. Friendly staff, very clean, great breakfast selection, close to beach etc. I had slight issues with blown light bulbs, etc. in the room, but nothing that would stop me coming back.

Excellent service in this hotel, especially by the reception staff. Friendly and welcoming, felt safe and secured in this hotel. Not a good choice of breakfast available, just thousand choices of cheese, bread and eggs. The breakfast was a big down for me and other guests that I spoke to.

We went to Buyukcekmece and stayed at Eser for 4 nights. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and very courteous. It was a pleasure to stay there. I have to recommend the breakfast and the spa, most impressive.. Excellent hotel in an urban location. The rooms were spacious and clean. The price at this time of year is super too.

We stayed from 06-13.01.2022. This hotel is conveniently located near the sea. It’s just few minutes walk. The area is peaceful and quiet. It’s really good for walking and relaxing. The Staff are very attentive and helpful. Special mention and thanks to Mr. Esfrat at the Reception. He was very accommodating to all our requests. Not to forget Miss Gulnar, the hotel’s Guest Relations Officer , very warm and friendly and approachable lady. She patiently answered and explained our queries. Gave us pointers where to find the best foods, interesting places to see and of course best shopping areas. If your purpose is historical buildings, museums, and sightseeing , it’s an hour and 30 Minutes drive by taxi. This hotel is worth recommended! Lorna from Düsseldorf

It's a fabulous hotel. Firstly, the rooms are clean and tidy. It also offers a variety of breakfast options. The hotel staff are helpful and polite. However, it is far away from attractions and the ancient monuments.

The hotel is bad even though it is 5 star. it says hotel with spa but you have to pay for slippers. bad smell over everything absolutely do not recommend.

Clean , cosy , got amazing view 😍 It was a great experience there which I hope I get a chance to come here again, swimming pool and the gym were awesome , I had a great time, breakfast was good , service are brilliant even the chef brought us fresh bread himself after seeing us struggling due to an accident we recently had , and I really respect them for everything!

Looking at the images online we expected a lot, going into the rooms both suites and family rooms we we’re very disappointed. The rooms were small and impact. So we are very disappointed.

The hotel reception was exceptional. Many special thanks to miss Mariam for her outstanding and extraordinary service. The location is great for beach goers and going to restaurant. Definitely will come back and stay here again in the future.

I have been in this hotel since 2015. I come every year. Even if company reserve me somewhere , I choose to change to Eser. I met guest relation manager Maryam , who care about development and maintain good relation with staff and taking feedback from guest for developing. I love Eser and it's staff.
