I was really happy there hotel is clean guests profile is Okay usually is see families. Swimming pool is good enough as well. Staff is extremly helpfull. Price is reasonable. Breakfast menu large enough thanks for Mr Aydın he was very polite. Also house keeper she was doing her job very good i was in first floor. Room was quite. I highly recommend this hotel. Also it has Electric vehicle charger points.

Not recommended, no wifi First negative impression was that they didn't have a cart to carry luggage upstairs and the elevator hardly fitted two suitcase. The biggest problem was wifi. Litterally no internet access. We booked a non-smoking but they gave us a smoking room. Most hallway lightings were blown out and hallways were pitch dark. None of the receptionist spoke a word of English and look at the view from our room (picture attached)

The hotel and its pool is spacious. Few people in the pool and I like it. But as for the room, I felt smoking scent, not fresh. The blanket was in a bad condition( you can see the photo) . AC worked too loud. But the room itself furnished very well.

Hotel is too old dated, dedicated to groups, solo they will give him bad rooms, I didn't sleep well du to noisy generator next to my room. Gym is useless Breakfast is basic. I will not go back again for sure

They have dirty rooms and the staff comes in to the room without your permission. The most disgusting hotel i have ever been. Wi fi not working, windows cracked and the food is miserable, I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER THIS HOTEL

Rooms are clean. Food is Ok. Fitnes and Spa are OK. Prices are affordable. Suitable for bussines people who have bussnis trip to the western part of Istambul. Main problem is very week internet. It is a prrety anoying.

If u have a car for your own, this hotel can be ideal for you, but if u don't this hotel can be the worst nightmare. There is only one line of bus near the hotel. There are wild dogs around the place, everytime we want to come back to hotel, they scared us and wasn't safe. the swimming pool is very nice; however, the wifi is poor.

Mister Reis is very friendly and the service was perfect

Sports and Wellness facilities are closed, but it isnt mentioned anywhere on their web. Dirty, loud music, not a place where you can relax. Wont come back.

Pros: tasty breakfast, pool and all bathroom things are available. Cons: WiFi is working only on lobby, strange service ( our bathroom was dirty after cleaning), dirty carpets on room, hair on sheets and holes in pillowcases, strange marks on wardrobe doors...

the hotel is not bad but there is no facilities the sauna is closed the spa also the room is dirty ..

Hotel is nice hotel but it is for short stay, There is no access to see, yes you have sea view room big but can be better quality Swimming pool nice but not as holiday hotel I dont try brekfast but look good and reach Friendly people Auto park

The staff is really friendly, especially receptionist Ömer is high class, thank you for the "Turkish cologne" :). Only the lack of english skill of the whole staff is not on a good level. Every concern we had was solved but at this level those things should not even occur. Dirt, bad smell and bad internet in room, but as said, it was sorted out. Breakfast is really good but after 2 days you get annoyed by the same meal over and over, dissapointing. The worst thing was the fitness/sauna/hamam offers. Sauna wasnt working, hamam wasnt used probably for months, dead cockroaches and dirty water from the pipes. The fitness room is also in the basement without any air flow, 50% of the equippment cant be used at all. The pool is clean and awesome. To connect internet outside of the room is almost impossible. Overall only the staff and the pool get a good rate, everything else needs improvement.

Das mit Abstand schlechteste Hotel in dem ich übernachtet habe! Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität! Dreckig / alles kaputt / unfreundlich/ Im Badezimmer besser schweben! Nicht mal 1 Stern wert!

Hotel enterance looks rusty. Internet in room is poor. Nice staff.

Unfortunately, I had a very dirty room and even on request this condition was not remedied. I will avoid this hotel in the future and will not recommend it to my family and friends.

The experience is not good from my point of view don't waste your money in this hotel.

Staff was kind, however they did not want to take payment by card unless it was from a Turkish bank so I had to go out and withdraw from ATM. The place was kind of expensive and the room was very shabby - in the picture one can notice the torn towel, torn bed sheet and very dirty carpet.

There’s nothing good! They don’t have coffee for a breakfast! You can use only for a sleep!

First of all the towels weren’t clean and there was mascara On the towel the bed was curved and the breakfast was so expensive but I liked the pools.
