If I could I would give no stars for this hotel. I had such a horrible experience that my whole vacation was ruined. First of all, we were told a cheaper price when we reserved on the phone then when we arrived they gave us a way higher price. The rooms were extremely dirty and smelled like urine when the AC was on. The bathroom door does not lock. The toilet is extremely dirty. The shower caddy door would not close either. I could not get myself to use it. The entrance door would not close properly. The customer service is horrible. Those at the desk were very rude when we asked for a refund of the 2nd day for which we had partially paid. My family could not even sleep one night and left after an hour of arrival. Very unsanitary hotel with rude staff!!! Do not go there at all costs.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. Great view and Ogüz was helpful and friendly. You must have car to stay here unless you don't mind walking a little to get to supermarket and restaurants. But we love the area. You get to see both fantastic sunrise and sunset in this area daily ✨️ and from the balcony. Thank you for having us 😊
