Spent
here
a
business
week
because
of
my
conference
was
organized
here.
The
establishment
itself
is
far
more
than
satisfactory
to
be
able
to
accept
such
an
event
to
be
placed.
The
venue
with
the
halls
and
conferences
rooms
is
really
good
and
comfortable,
even
the
service
they
gave
on
the
spot
of
business
is
excellent.
But
for
such
a
hotel
the
rooms
are
showing
the
sign
of
wear
what
is
really
unpleasant
to
stay
with.
Dripping
ceilings,
clogged
bidets,
faucets
with
no
water
pressure
(basically
no
warm
water
pressure
anywhere
in
the
rooms,
surprisingly
in
the
common
spaces
there
is),
non
functioning
locks,
lack
of
room
cards
(1
per
room
-
what?!).
These
could
be
easily
fixed
but
it
is
obvious
they
don’t
want
to
take
excess
burdens.
As
read
here
the
only
longer
thing
in
this
hotel
than
waiting
in
front
of
the
reception
is
their
excuse
letters.
It
made
me
utterly
dismayed
when
it
came
to
get
in
touch
with
any
of
the
staff
at
the
reception
and
how
they
minded
their
business
without
giving
any
to
the
guests
waiting
in
line,
especially
when
there
was
no
line.
They
were
making
phone
calls,
chatting
with
each
other,
taking
a
break.
This
manner
made
the
worst
impact
on
the
hotel
in
my
eyes
and
I
am
unsure
about
recommending
this
place
for
a
stay,
because
I
can’t
imagine
how
they
deal
with
problems
requiring
an
immediate
solution.
30
minute
wait
at
the
information
desk
is
not
acceptable
when
the
staff
is
visibly
short
on
workload.
The
English
level
they
spoke
was
shocking
for
a
5-star-hotel
staff.
