This is a con! This is no way a five star hotel! I would encourage you all to fight with Turkish Airlines if they book this hotel for you as a compensation. The food at the hotel buffet was worst than what could be given to prisoners. Our three star hotel where stayed seemed like a seven star in front of this. Also the hotel is in the middle of nowhere so you have no place to go on foot and so you are only trapped. Kid didnt eat anything and starved for a whole day.

We arrived at this hotel at 0.00 because a missed flight. Airplane company provided the hotel. The directions to find the hotel room were bad. Had to go to a different building through a glass door and then take an elevator. We could find this elevator and luckily some staff arrived so he could take us to the right one. Room was okay, although there was no toothbrush or comb. Receptionist didn't provided one when was asked although they had one. They did spoke English, but didn't always understand the questions.

WiFi did not work. They tried but no success. Said it was my phone but it works without problems anywhere else. My laptop could not connect either. No drink served with evening meal except water. Even tea and coffee were charged for. However, tea and instant coffee were available in the room. The food, both supper and breakfast were uninspiring. Salad bar was adequate and the mini-breads were freshly baked and good. Since Turkish Air moved to the new airport, the selection of hotels the use are not good. None of them are convenient for visiting Istanbul. I really miss the old airport.

Rooms are nice, new and clean, free tee/coffe and cattle in the room. The hotel food is so-so: only one choice of main dish, but lots of vegetables for salad, fruits for dessert. The location is in the middle of nowhere, 10 min by taxi to a closest shopping center, 1h by taxi to the city center. Only small alcohole shops nearby.

WARNING: this is all part of a scam from Turkish airlines giving unreasonable connection times multiple terminals away to a hotel they own. This hotel is the worst! It’s in a remote area, the food is terrible and all is a cash grab. There are scammers all around the area preying on people stranded. They sell tours for over 150$! You can get a taxi on your own for the fraction of the price at 20$. This whole hotel is massive FRAUD. It’s better for you to pay for your own hotel near the airport as this is an hour away! AVOID THIS PLACE

I’ve stayed here because this is the hotel Turkish Airways sends their customers when there’s flight change. My experience was not of a 5 star hotel. For instance, although they advertise several bars, only the lobby was working. The dining experience was also not good, a fixed menu of soup, a main dish of lentils and meat (nothing special) and a desert. I was expecting at least a buffet with several choices. The room is tiny. I would classify the hotel as 3 stars, based on my experience.

A great hotel, but if you want to go outside, better take a taxi. The area outside the hotel is not good for a casual walk. You can though, in 15 min reach a few interestingly looking neighborhood restaurants. Also, you would have amazing view from the rooftop bar and restaurant on the 29th floor.

A nice hotel, clean, modern and up to date. Good service and polite and professional staff. We travelled with Turkish Airlines and got the room and food for free, because we had to wait 20 hours for the connection flight.

Beautiful hotel and service. Rooms were immaculate and staff were very helpful. Only stayed one night due to flight issues but there were some spa services available. I walked to the local shops, and you can get a taxi to the city or to the waters edge but we decided not to. Dinner was salad and one barley option and one sausage option, breakfast was much more broad.

Distance: 1 hour 5 mins ride from airport to hotel. Location seemed okay to me. Reception : Excellent they provide whatever i needed. They managed a taxi for going to city centre just in moment. Rooms: Excellent, served my purpose and more. But no bathtub in shower i was shocked. Room was clean, well furnished and equipped. Washroom okay. Dinning: Excellent.

It was a sudden decision to stay at the hotel .it was kinda hard to find the hotel in Google maps .they cab person was also really confused for a while . I reached the hotel kinda late around 11.00 and they receptionist was really nice and helpful.. their staffs are really friendly and buffet breakfast was comparatively nice to other places I stayed in the same area . Nice a cleaner rooms , great view , comfortable beds , and washrooms with all amenities I would really like to stay there again 😊 thank you for making my stay better .

I only stayed 1 night there but it was good experience. Front desk was very swift, room was spacious and cosy. Restaurant had very small food variety - 1 main course - piece of meat and mashed potatoes, a few sides to choose from and few fruits. Dinner was tasty despite it average look. Cant tell much about location or other aspects. For my stay it was more than enough.

Great hotel and restaurants. However, giving one star because management didn't worked out quantity of seats with shuttle company. Shuttle came late and with not enough seats. Had to order taxi at my own expense. We might miss our flight today:(

We were here for business travel. Great for the internal Connection with the exhibition centre. The hotel is a little bit dated in its style. My room was clean. Breakfast is good and staff was polite. I didn't like: the stink coming out from the hole on the toilet floor, the non perfect sound isolation between rooms and the noise which I was not able to detect where coming from.

Good value for money! Rooms are cosy and warm, comfortable beds. There's a Spa with steam and dry sauna, a swimming pool and the gym. The breakfast was tasty with wide choice of dishes to choose from. Nice overall impression of the hotel, but it's definitely not 5 star hotel! Very convenient to get to from IST Airport by Havaist bus.

Due to flight ✈️ issues, we had to stay here for one night. We missed our connecting flight from Istanbul to the US, along with many others and were put in this hotel. 🏨 It is an hour drive from the airport, but the hotel itself is very clean and nice. The rooms have a hairdryer, body soaps, and the bed is very comfortable + clean. 🧼 It was a great stay. The restaurant had limited options in terms of flavour and authentic Turkish food. It was mainly bland veggies 🥕 , bread/ butter 🍞, soup 🍲, and some chicken. There were limited vegetarian options. We took a taxi (Uber) to the city near Hagia Sophia and it was only $30-40 USD for the hour drive.

It is adjacent to the Tüyap Expo center, perfect location to attend the fair and have a quiet meeting with business partners. Rooms are clean and good sized. The staff is kind and professional. Especially Ms Bilge in the restaurant has been very helpful. If I visit a fair again, I will stay here.

Very clean, not too expensive.

Its about 45min drive from the airport. Staff is very friendly. Can certainly do with cleaner windows to enjoy the view, but previous guests handmarks were still left on the window in the room, the basin in the room was clogged or just really super slow to drain, plug did not move. Breakfast was different in a good way and a huge selection of cheese and fresh breads. Lunch at the buffet was not fantastic, but you could atleast find something to eat.

I stayed in the 12th floor. The view was good. water flow in the bath was very weak and this was not what I expected from a 5 star hotel.

5 stars hotel barely deserves 4 stars. Very expensive.

From reception to the room the way was like 10 minutes. The breakfast was not so good. Otherwise was clean,warm and comfortable.

The hotel was very good, clean, warm and the staff were very helpful and friendly, easy access to the fair. The only problem I had is the room service guy he kept coming during our sleeping time to check the mini bar even tough I asked him to come back later but he refuses and he insisted to enter( it’s not a good thing for a 5 Stars Hotel)

Best location if you are visiting the Tuyap exhibition center. Friendly and very helpful front desk and concierge staff. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. If landing in Istanbul Airport, you can take the shuttle bus from bay number 8 then use the moni bus to take you to the hotel, or just take a walk (8 minutes ) Will stay again if attending any future fares in Tuyap exhibition center.

We were there as Turkish airlines overbooking, hence I can give +1 star as I might not have been in proper mood. However: dirty floors, walls in need of painting, dinner worse than a fast food are items that need me give one star only.

Turkish airlines made me to stay here for a night due to overbookeed flight. The hotel itself is average with a 1-hour travel distance to city center. But the service is disappointing. The dinner quality is aweful,  shame on both the prestious hotel and the prestious air flight company signing such contract. The only alternative was a self paid dinner in the hotel restaurant, where the staff forgot to serve the drinks I ordered, however there were no crowd at all. I had to visit the bar to get my zero cokes. Despite I was informed uppon arrival that the airport transport will arrive at 8am, it arrived at 8:30 and not to mention that reception woke me up by calling me at 4:55am that my taxi arrived, which was a mistake from their side. Not recommended at all.

Stayed one night due to airline delay at IST. Seemed weird that the airline didn’t put up in a hotel closer to airport, but I’m glad they didn’t! Place was very nice, clean, and we’ll staffed. Close enough to city center that we got a better taste of Istanbul that being near IST airport. Food was OK - overall great experience

Very nice for my Turkish airlines layover (20 hours). Nice large clean rooms and a great shower. Evening meal was a set menu, but unfortunately it was cold. Breakfast was a buffet.

Amazing experience! This hotel was booked for me by Turkish Airlines as I missed my connecting flight. I was served dinner and a bus took me to the airport in the morning. The stuff are friendly, rooms are spacious and cozy. I had a great stay at this hotel!

Very friendly staff but with minimal English. Can understand simple English and reply with simple one (or faking it to skip stuff when needed, not sure). Room was good and clean. Hotel is 1 hour away from airport or city center but there are couple of shopping centers nearby. I haven't been to any of them, but that's what Google maps says. I stayed for 1 night due to late connection flight, so that's I didn't have enough time to go out.

Turkish airline booked us here for our layover. We misunderstood the breakfast timing and ended up going for breakfast at the time breakfast ended. However one of the staff insisted we sit and brought us so much of food which we really enjoyed and appreciated. That accommodating service is something I'll always remember as a first time international traveller.

Spent here a business week because of my conference was organized here. The establishment itself is far more than satisfactory to be able to accept such an event to be placed. The venue with the halls and conferences rooms is really good and comfortable, even the service they gave on the spot of business is excellent. But for such a hotel the rooms are showing the sign of wear what is really unpleasant to stay with. Dripping ceilings, clogged bidets, faucets with no water pressure (basically no warm water pressure anywhere in the rooms, surprisingly in the common spaces there is), non functioning locks, lack of room cards (1 per room - what?!). These could be easily fixed but it is obvious they don’t want to take excess burdens. As read here the only longer thing in this hotel than waiting in front of the reception is their excuse letters. It made me utterly dismayed when it came to get in touch with any of the staff at the reception and how they minded their business without giving any to the guests waiting in line, especially when there was no line. They were making phone calls, chatting with each other, taking a break. This manner made the worst impact on the hotel in my eyes and I am unsure about recommending this place for a stay, because I can’t imagine how they deal with problems requiring an immediate solution. 30 minute wait at the information desk is not acceptable when the staff is visibly short on workload. The English level they spoke was shocking for a 5-star-hotel staff.
