""Turist Trap!!!! "" Strongly advise to avoid this place, in September of 2019 , 9 people who were visiting Istanbul and were staying in this so called hotel were robbed and all of their money and passports were stolen from the manager's office safe !!! Police report is available. Do not fall in this trap.

Location: very close to the beach 2 mins walk, if you want sandy beach 5 minutes walk *We took Jacuzzi Room 1+0* Room has a balcony, shower was okay one option was broken but you can switch to another option no big deal, towels smell really nice but one towel was torn, Jacuzzi was good but the side massage option was disabled from the hotel. There’s a fridge but it is very weak. And the door very hard look by keys It was clean, that is the most important thing to me. Breakfast was poor. Not many options, but one thing was really bad there was plenty of flies over the white cheese, no good hygiene The staff is very lovely and willing to help, I don’t care if they sit inside or outside smoking as other comments say, as long as they are ready and will help it is perfectly fine with me

Staying in Turkuaz hotel was terrible experience for me interms of hygiene,breakfast and the behaviour of hotel staff. Firstly, we came to Istanbul for Sodex fair so, we decided to stay in this hotel and they gave us a room which is located on the roof. I was barely walking in the room also, breakfast of hotel was not enough. Moreover, hair dryer was broken too. In conclusion, I don’t offer this hotel to anyone .There are better options instead of staying this low-quality hotel.

Some reviews here don’t do justice to this hotel. Please know that this is a small hotel with very affordable price. So don’t expect much. But location is amazing and staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was on a first floor and we had a great time there. It was quiet during the night. Stayed for 3 nights with 3 kids. Beach is 4 min walking, shopping mall 5 min, restaurants right next to it as well as kids playground. Breakfast is thin and same every day but this is common for Turkey. They don’t have much meat. If you are used to ham and bacon you are not going to get them there! It’s cheese, olives, boiled egg and French fries. And some honey and marmalade. My only complaint was (and it has nothing to do with this hotel) a lot of stray dogs and big ones running around- I didn’t feel safe alone with the kids at all.

In the attic room terrible conditions. Cigarette ashes were still on the floor, It was impossible to get air out. A slice of bread and cheese for breakfast. Prices during events are 5 times higher than normal. It was over 200 euros per night

very small rooms your head touching the ceiling no place to hang your cloth no lift very bad finishes no prober WIFI even you are loosing your mobile signal no place to put your bag to open it while you are taking bath some body in other rooms water will become v cold or v hot

We left to stay in another hotel. They had a dog tied up underneath our room and it would bark all night.

Very gd location in the seaside and thr old port of the city . The stuff are very nice and helpful The breakfast are good butte there is no large option only cheese and eggs are served The rooms are fine and clean.the housekeeping service is good the only comments i have is that they forget to putt new towels when they removed the old ones Definitely will stay in this hotel in my next visit

I have spent weekend at this hotel with my family. The hotel is on the great place. Next to it there is a lot of restaurants and cafes, and touristic places are close to it as well. The public transport is accessible as well so you will not have any troubles with reaching some places in Istanbul. The view from the room is amazing, looking at the sea. Rooms are always kept clean and they are very comfortable. Receptionist and other personel are very helpful and warm, ready to help you with any problem.

horrible service, in general. The staff of the hotel is sleeping in the guestrooms and smoking, and the rooms are so smelly in some of them that the water doesn't come up properly in the bathroom. Before I went to this hotel, I heard there was a reputation that they were scammers. After I spent a couple of nights there, I realized that they only wanted your money and didn't care about what they offered or proper service. Unfortunately, this is my first and last time going there. Don't recommend anyone to choose this hotel for any reason; it's not worth it.

overall cleanliness is okey BUT - the rooms are lacking a lot of small things such as basic coat / towel hangers or even a trash can. - the staff seems nice but only really help if they feel like. i asked for basic utilities (hotel shampoo) and was only helped after the third person i asked. the others kindly said “sorry we don’t have that” even though it is provided in each room. - wifi connection is unsecured and slow - room isolation is bad unless you are into sex noises - my door didn’t lock well, felt unsafe at night and for my belongings at day - cleaning ladies coming in without asking (no sign to tell them not to come in) - the bed takes up a large part of the room (you have to squeeze between bed and wall to get to the balcony
