The AC doesn't work. Wi-fi signal was poor. The beach was so crowded that we could't find free sunbeds firts two days. There aren't lots of options for breakfast. This should be two star,not four star hotel.

It was fine. Mostly clean, even though they don't clean the rooms every day. Actually if you are in the room when the girls come to clean it, they will just skip you for that day. The hotel does not have air conditioning, which is fine by me because I don't use it in my home also, but most of the people are not satisfied with this. The food from the restaurant is correct but more expensive than average restaurants in that place. We've enjoyed massage and spa in the hotel. Very correct prices and quality. Don't pay for supper together with breakfast because it is 10 euro per day for a grown up person and for this money you can enjoy dinner and supper outside the hotel. The employees are really polite even though only few speak English. If you are up for family vacation, this is the right place for you. Skip the weekends if possible because local people from Istanbul come so the beach and pool are full. Enjoy.

beautiful hotel. staff very friendly. food delicious, pool clean and nice, wifi excellent, sea view. as well as going out to the beach right out of the hotel. great entertainment program.

The 4 star hotel is not even 3... The rooms are tiny and they not look fresh, we had a cigarette smell in the room. Both the quality and variety of food is poor. But the good thing is the view to the Marmara Sea and access to the beach through the hotel.

Overall great place to stat, cozy rooms and good location. Food wasn’t great.

I went here for swimming pool but it was closed due to the cold season, but I had opportunity to enjoy their massage and it was really good price and decent.

No internet as advertised it does not work 0 star hotel Stayed 13 now nights cause no alternative was available and our money not returned so we could not go elsewhere. Got sick with vomiting and diarrea. Room smells of toilet and sour drain. Very dishonest owner.

Angekommen heißt es auf einmal, dass keine Reservierung vorhanden sei. Dann mischt sich noch eine Reiseleiterin ein und der Rezeptionist kann nichts tun. Eine Unverschämtheit. Stellt sich heraus, dass die Gruppe vor uns größer als erwartet ist. Wenn die Verwaltung sich bei den Zimmerbuchungen verrechnet, kann doch nicht der Kunde dafür haften. Direkt ins Hotel nebenan gegangen, so etwas tu ich mir nicht an.

Sehr weit von Taksim. Kein guter Service. Das Restaurant ist nicht sauber. Die Passagiere wunschen sind ihnen egal. Ich empfehle nicht!

Dirty beach , dirty water , stuff not doing there job

Staff was ok! Parking was messy and there wasnt alot of space. Pool i reeallly hot and it feels like saooona Beach was great, alot of space and it was clean One lift didnt work soo well Room was clean but air condicioner didnt work at all. It was hot sometimes thaht u couldbt stay in rooom But room was cclean. For the pricenits ok but it could br much better brcausr this mistakes that are presrnt in this hotrl are fixable and if could br much better soo my grade for this hotel is 2/3

Fanatastic everythink.

Hotel is nice, friendly and helpful staff. Food is aplenty, very tasty. Rooms are ok, comfy beds, no balcony though. Wi fi average. Hotel beach too small for all guests

Hotel DOESN'T HAVE air conditioner (!!!) so it was very hot inside our rooms, almost imposible to breath and sleep at night (in august); rooms are generally clean and furniture is in good condition; food is pretty much good but they serve almost the same breakfast every day. My review might be bigger if the hotel has air conditioning!
