I came more than once at 4 in the afternoon, and every time I was treated very badly by the girl at the cashier, she thinks I don't understand her but I understand very well what she's saying and it's all bad. Also when I tried to talk to her in Turkish and wrote to her, she didn't care and she cursed me. Even when she gave me the rest of my money she threw it at me!!!!!!!!! I hope you deal with her.

The worst starbucks ever, every time i ask for a drink they just say we don’t have, and the staff and the boss are impolite, i come every morning because this starbucks is near my university, and in every morning the staff are angry no one smile, and even today when i want to pay by cash they tell me we don’t have cash please card, this starbuck and his staff are the worst ever, and this is my last time pay from this starbucks.

I really like Starbucks there’s nothing wrong with what they serve but the service is another story. The cashier I went to today was very impolite and disrespectful for absolutely no reason nevertheless If I was rude in away I would completely understand but I was just trying to order and as someone who doesn’t live in turkey which she knows i cannot speak the language she was being Rude and Was not patient at all, Which was also screaming at me, The Cashier said she was going through a tough day but that doesn’t give her an excuse to treat me like that, Thanks.

Coffee and the walnut cake was excellent but the service was absolutely rubbish. We waiting 15 minutes for our coffee as the people behind us got their coffee before we did. Not something that you would be happy about.

The place is good, however, in the morning sometimes it is crowded.
